Ike returned both Scizor and Lucario and started to explore the lab. "Take a walk. Sounds like a good idea." he said. He too noticed the symbol on the flooring and walked around it.
"You're the guy with the book." Ike said to Ginji. He looked over across the lab to make sure Sammy left safely.

"It's not that simple. The books words things funny. It's like reading Shakespeare, in Latin." Ginji sighed as he grabbed the floating book and walked over to the platforms, flipping the book open to random pages. All the pages were either completely black or completely white. No text. "And sometimes there is no reading at all..." he sighed as he reached the center of the book.
It showed a diagram with 5 figures, 1 black, and 4 white ones surrounding it. There seemed to be a battle going on between the colors, even the book pages confirmed it. "This is a place of great energy. What kind, I don't know." he told Ike. Then the pages shifted towards the 'white' side.

"Hmm..." Ike said curiously. He wanted to take a good look around this new found underground laboratory.
"I'm going to take a look around. Call me if something happens." he told Ginji, wondering off.

Tally Tachibana *huff puff sigh* Okay, so here's my SUPER edited version of the mission, all the arcanines have been changed to growlithe and the battle with Jake now seems more...reasonable *groan* *faint* MISSION- Party Quirks We need party stuff for our party this Saturday! So your mission is to go and get us party stuff! But watch out, we aren't the only people who want to have a party! (You will fight 3 other party people) Pokemon: Gulpin Scyther Magby Funds upon completion: 1000-2100 Items: Ultraball x3 ... “Growlithe! It’s your turn! Make me proud!” I watched arcanine growl and jump up with excitement. ... You fixed almost all of them razz Anyway, this mission was previously graded, and there really wasn't anything you could do better. Except maybe actually CATCHING a Scyther.

Sammy released a small yawn as she walked in. "Hi, everyone." She greeted into thin air, sitting on the couch instead of going under it.

Ike was still snooping around the old lab the Team had discovered on the north side of Aquos Island. He was finding extraordinary things, but nothing to helpful when it came to helping his partner Lucario. He was hoping Ginji was on the verge of finding out a quick way to purify Pokemon. Who knew when Team Shadow would strike next?
Those thoughts led Ike's mind down a scary road. First it was the battle tower in Sinnoh. Then it was the Battle Frontier in Hoenn. Could the tower near Olivine City be next? What scared him more was the fact that he didn't know if Jasmine was there or not. The whole thing made him find a lab stool to sit on and a dusty lab desk to lean on.
He sent a message to everyone's TADS.
Everyone,
We'll be looking around the abandoned lab for a while. There's plenty of Pokemon around here to battle, so feel free to come train whenever. Ginji and I are looking for a way to purify Pokemon with the shadow virus. If you have a Pokemon with the shadow virus: KEEP THEM OUT OF BATTLES! That is how the virus spreads.

Maddy rushed into the sand tunnel and whistled shrilly. Kale came down through the sands to greet her. "You have to be quick with this one. I don't know how Ike and the others will stop it but I know they'll do something." She handed the letter to the eager little Spearow, and Kale took off. The letter clutched in his talons read:
"DoA,
Try travelling to the summit of Mt. Silver.
Love MoMo"

Ginji looked around at the floor in the lab, he sighed deeply as the book continued to hover in the air. "Got any ideas where to start looking?"

Ike got Maddy's message a few days ago. It was hard to pull himself away from some of this stuff, though. Nevertheless, he thought, Team Aqua should go to Mt. Silver soon like Maddy had suggested. There were still a few questions Ike was wondering about that canon of there's.
Did it only convert wild pokemon and pokemon outside of their poke balls, or did it turn every pokemon in the area into shadow pokemon?
Will it worsen the condition of a pokemon who already has the shadow virus?
Perhaps it would be safe to keep their distance from the mountain, then climb it once the canon had been fired.
Of course another plan that made more sense was that they should just find where that canon is and blow it to smithereens. That sounded more fun.

Cody came rushing into the common room with Aipom around his shoulders, holding on for dear life. "Come on buddy," he said as he dive bombed the couch. "Woohoo!" he shouted in excitement. "Helloooo?" Cody shouted into the common room so it echoed throughout HQ's many corridors.

Ike came out into the common room, glad to see people about.
"Hey guys." he greeted them. "Maddy gave me a message a few days ago saying to keep an eye on Mt. Silver. I just heard Team Shadow just fired their canon at it. He gotta head over there asap."
Ike, with his things already in hand, stepped up onto the teleporter and up to the surface.

Cody jumped about fifty feet in the air and STAYED there. Hearing Sammy's voice had scared the crap out of him and he just decided not to come down. "Ya never know... It could be you," he blushed and said. Hearing Ike's statement, he asked, "We're leaving already? We just got here..." Letting himself slowly down to the floor, he headed through the teleporter after their leader.
