Nyl found fuzzy consciousness just as the chains wrapped around her. She fought them with the thin Ho barrier Seph had shown her ages ago, but some of the acidic effect still burned through. She bit down on a scream as the chains left their patterns on her skin.
Bursts of light erupted in rapid succession all around Fen, especially close to her face.

Seph grit his teeth, enveloping his snagged leg in fire mere milliseconds before the chains reduced themselves to acid. The flame was so intense that it would leave his flesh burned pretty badly. It was originally an attempt to melt the chains away, since he didn't know they were made of Yami, but in retrospect, the burned flesh was a small price to pay compared to no flesh. The liquid acid wouldn't even reach his flesh through the intense flames. He shook his leg and rolled over, scanning the area once more. Fuji was here, now? That was definately a relief. He disappeared, his form melting back into view next to Nyl, where he knelt. He was about to begin to shake her, knowing from past experiences that it worked, but upon closer inspection, she appeared to already be awake.

So the chains were unaffected, crud.Plan B. He smiled as they were about to strike, he leapt up high into the air, and suddenly Fujiwara turned black. He was releasing Sirias, the Black Demon. Ruler of shadows. As the chains were about to strike again, them following him into the air, he dived at an angle for the forest. The shadows there would help him.

Fenris covered her eyes at the bursts of light as she just ran in a random direction, going further into the forest as Neko shot at her. Running away? Hell no! But she wasn't going to be distracting and hit so easilly. She then created a few more handseals as the chains around Nyl clung tighter, trying to crush her into the ground. Fujiwara weapons of course, would have no affect on anything. It was a glass of water and a ragular flail to her and her Yami. Reeve's attack, of course, would also be dodged because she had run off.

Nyl gave Seph a watered-down Look. ~Notice the chains?~ She flinched as they pushed her harder into the ground. The earth itself rose up around her and Seph at the same time, pulling them down, but leaving the chains at the surface.
~Don't move anywhere away from me. If you get stuck down here airless...~
It was completely dark inside their sphere of air under the ground, but Nyl used her chakra to get them to follow the signs of Neko and Fen. She didn't want to think about acid burns at the moment.

" Fujiwara, you friggin idiot! There shadow, SHADOW! I cant use any of the holy crap that you can! You should have used a Holy light! It may have some friggin effect on those chains! " Sirias cursed as he entered a shadow, dissapeared, and reappeared a yard or so away, losing the chains temporarily.

-=Neko sighed, dropping to the ground. His breathing was heavy and forced. What could he do, how could they stop that raw power? He slashed away any chains that shot up around him, looking around to see if anyone needed immediate help. Her running gave everyone valuable seconds to recover. Seeing Nyl drop down, he nodded to himself and took off after Fen, using his chakra as a beacon=-

Reeve charges after her blindly, snatching up the Talon. It's clear that Amae wants to play for keeps.

~Thank you, Neko.~ She followed his flaring chakra signature, not needing her eyes anyway in the total darkness, until she was certain they were almost directly beneath Neko and Fen's path.

Nami grouched lower in the forest. She'd been in deep meditation until an hour ago, when she'd heard the fighting and come. She felt completely helpless. She was no real match for Fenris...or this demon, whatever it was and so she'd watched from her place but now Fenris was running straight for her hiding place. ((no idea what to do or what's going on >.<))

~Gotcha. Airless is bad. So this is what it looks like when you move around underground..~ The statement had some qualities of a question, but it was more like saying, 'answer me later.' Seph remained perfectly still, not even so much as a flinch. He could tell they were moving, and he had a good idea who they were following.

Sirias was getting seriously pissed. What had he done, or Fuji done, to deserve such an attack.
" Okay Fuji, I am giving you your body back. Your alot faster in your human form, plus you have the ability to use your faith in the creator. I dont know how much that will help but its better than what I can do. "
At this point Fuji was back to normal and shaking his head. Where the heck was he today? In the clouds? he was making one stupid decision after the next today.

Fenris noticed the shooting stopp as Reeve ran at her. She stopped and faced him, noticing he had talon as she glared, "You really hate being engaged or married, don't you, you whelp?" She snarled at him, then appeared beside Neko, sending a hard back-hand slap at his face. She had a lot of fury to Neko himself as well for some reason... so didn't know why. All along she had something, now it could be taken out on him! She didn;'t even care for the others right now. "Suffer in Hell, Neko!"

Fujiwara was on the scene again. He watched Fen with sadness in his eyes, not doing anything. He was on gaurd as he thought od what he might be able to do, maybe he could reason with whoever it was that was in Fen.

The irony and irritation is not lost on Amae, nor Reeve. Even the freakin' demon-god ditches him for Neko. With a scoff, he hefts the blade and turns around.
