Just because I used you as a diversion, doesn't mean I stayed to watch. rolleyes
I'm referring to her Proto's second/third/and Tairu makes her fourth, in command of Konoha... and how none of them have done approvals in over a month.
And I really don't care if she gets offended. I'm pointing out facts, not picking fights. Do your job as Crew or step down and allow someone who will do the job to take your place. It's as simple as that.
I'm just going to put my name out there that I would be glad to help out with profile approvals, Crew or not. I already told Proto I wanted to help, and the last I heard she was considering it. So, the offers open. If you guys want me to help out with the profile approval, just sign me up.
I'm open to you doing Konoha's Approvals... under one condition.
Don't force people to use the Stupid Format if they don't want to... or insult them if they choose not to use it.
If you do that, I'm all for you approving Konoha's profiles. 3nodding

Nevertheless, there should definitely be a strong bond between the two of them, being that they only had each other since their birth. They might disagree, argue, and even fight, but in the end they will always come out of the experience with a playful smile on their faces.
Everything else looks good, although I would definitely go back over your history, as there are multiple grammatical errors, some surprisingly big and obvious.

So, are you okay with our Kaguya's starting out in the Academy? We don't have to change the stats at all, but I figure it would probably be a good experience for them to do some training for a little while before the take the Exam with the rest of the Academy Students.

Its fine. Its like they are in the academy just to be placed in a squad, right?
