There should be a sound recorder in Accessories under Entertainment. Depending on your computer, you may need to use a microphone if one isn't built in.

Most newer laptops just have it built in. I'm not sure where it is on mine, I just know it's there. As for desk top computers, you'd probably need to plug in a mic.
