If Ippo makes a jet engine noise during his Dempsey Roll, and Sendo can hit somebody so hard that the entire ring shakes, then you can buy into some light fantasy in your fighting. Tenjou Tenge's a good series, even if the manga is scads better than the anime. xd

C. Fox *mumbles* no wonder my friend whos terribly into Naruto a wont admit it to me, like it. Hey, what about that "Tough" manga? We're talking actual chakra stuff though, not Narutard junk.
And what Anonymooo said, just don't watch the anime.
It has potential, since it follows the manga quite well, but it dies at the end.
Anyways, all the nudity is in the manga, the anime just has ultra fanservice.
And Tough is plain awesome, starts off about this guy who participates in these underground fights to raise money for his dojo and his ailing father, where the only rule is one move that's drawn from a deck of cards is illegal (biting, eye pokes, whatever) and just kinda takes it from there.
Some out there stuff (guys who have sex all the time, and abstain from it to work themselves into blood rages), but sweet action with some really koul grappling and striking stuff. Some ki techniques too; it's basically all good as long as you're into martial arts.

I dont mind the using illegal moves. Its reasonable. That "Tough" manga sounds interesting...Too bad i cant download stuff. Hm, ill look forward to it.
Now i'd to see a Kickboxing/Shootboxing version from the creators of Ippo.
Damn i hate dial up, takes quite a while just to load an 8 minute video.

The manga stresses people with well superhuman strength.. not in the incredible hulk or dbz way...
more in the...

Hm cool.
I actually like the dbz s**t. Cuz its simple, non complicated s**t. You know, they just blast em away with some beam and then they rush and fly and throw a buncha punches thats it. They dont have to explain the use of ki or chakra in every episode...Lol i just dont like it in rpging anymore.
Anyways, i dont even know where to find that manga. I guess im gonna keep going to Borders...Cuz ive only been to Borders like 4 or 5 times.
