Odin's the type to do really impulsive and stupid things. So kidnap/beating people up/robbing someone in broad daylight are things he might sort of do without thinking about. Then after the fact of the matter he'll be standing there like: "s**t... How can I make this right all while making sure they don't get the cops involved?"

Eh... Stalking. Gathering some info for him. He might give you a burner phone and ask you to deliver it to someone. Might try to hire you to kidnap someone and bring them to him. He'd probably start off with simple jobs that aren't that big a hassle then try to talk you into doing stupider and stupider things.
