^ is confused between the difference of a "good" TV network and a "cleverely worded up work of prose written for random entertainment value"
The difference between a "good" TV network and a "cleverly worded up work of prose written for random entertainment value" was defined with the making of Comedy Central. The apparent difference is that one is merely prose and the other is a voice and face given to the entertaining words, adding further to the entertainment. Other TV networks have moments of goodness as well though, as hard as it may be to believe, but these are all preference, unlike Comedy Central, which is funny no matter who you are*. Then you have entertaining works that go beyond pros, these being good novels. Even if you don't enjoy reading, you can enjoy a good story. Novels that are turned into movies provide an entertainment base for those that are less inclined to read on any regular basis. Though the movies are weak representations of the novels** it is better then having no entertainment from that all. Besides this obvious benefit, movies based on novels also give those that have read the works something to discuss and gripe about, further providing entertainment and boredom relief for everyone. This has been another random moment brought to you by mage121188, on MAGE Network, the only mage network you should be watching. Thank you for your support, and have a unforgettable evening.
*If you don't agree with this statement, that's too bad, I wrote it already. Given the wide variety of forms of entertainment on Comedy Central this statement is also more then likely correct. **This is a statement in general, there are a few movies that do novels the justice they deserve. Very few.
This statement in no way, shape, or form, even that of a yam, represents MAGE or it's affiliates. If any statement strikes you as being false, demeaning, demoralizing, sadistic, causing heart failure, breaking any of the 10 commandments, sexually explicit, not sexually explicit enough, or not providing you with a full amount of a normal 5 course meal, you are probably expecting too much of it. Mage121188 is the sole owner, operator, secretary, finance manager, poll dancer, bouncer, and bartender of MAGE.
