Hinote Tosatsu Kumo, you're not a Suna ninja. Stop pretending. And just because you have the captains in Kiri doesn't mean anything, unless you plan on making up rules to benefit yourselves. Ahhh but Gregar, I can freeze your Suiton jutsu, rendering an entire arsenal of your jutsu useless against me.
Here are the facts { as far as my thought on the Perfect Kenji how he would measure up. }
Gobi: I WILL have quite a bit of trouble on him, buuuut I'm sure that with my Third stage Hyourinmaru I'd be able to roughly defeat him, I'd get seriously wounded at the worst, and I would probably just seriously wound him, But I wouldn't let anyone near him, and I'd take him with me. I don't think the Gobi has an increased healing factor so I'm good there.
Snake Sage: I use ice... I kill your snakes by freezing their cld blooded asses to death, so if it were summon on summon, I'd bet on Hyourinmaru. ^.^ Not to be mean, but that one was fairly easy to go against.
Tendril clan: This guy I'll have trouble on, but if I can freeze those tendrils, I'm fairly safe. plus he would become segmented ^.^ allowing for easier removal.
Ushio clan: Not sure what th Ushio clan does... So I can't make an accurate forcast.

Lament_of_the_lonely Theres some pretty good rpers here! Besides, just cause your vc doesn't mean your the best out there I didnt say I was, but it probably does mean I'm fairly good. And Lance and Luo are much better than I am (I would go so far as to say that Luo is the best RPer in this guild). So thats 3 very skilled RPers against 1 (havent seen enough of Kumo's RPing to determine skill level). In practicality, that would be near impossible to beat. Then we have to factor in the rest of the village, all of them also extremely skilled RPers (that includes you jade.) Tell me, is it plausible for 1 person to beat that?

It is a personal summon, not a weapon. And I'm not going to have a weak a** summon. it is going to be roughly a boss summon, but I have to wait a Long a** time to get all of it's abilities T^T Just look at it right now. Unless you let me time skip him it'll take me ten years before I can get the Rank of Ice sage through Hyourinmaru's Third stage.
I have no intention of getting this easily. None whatso ever. I'm making it so that I have to work my a** off for it.

Kumo wouldn't even be able to scratch the outer walls of Kiri before he was put down. Sunagakure on the other hand, would seriously screw things up in there, cause you'd be all straight forward with your awesome ninjaness, and we'd be mind raping you with our insanity.

Second, even with stage 2 of Hyoton, you cant freeze ALL the water. Its Kirigakure, for petes sake, freezing that much water would kill you. Third, we have jutsu other than Suiton. Such as the Gobi, the only one who can use all 5 elements. Fourth, yes, snakes are cold blooded. Manda would just warm himself up by eating you. Fifth, your an academy student. Getting to that level of power would take a looooooong time, and by then we would also me quite powerful. Sixth, and last of all, you really shouldnt spell your plans out in every single thread in this guild.

That hurts Hinote...
Just because I don't really show it in normal posts doesn't mean that I'm not good at fighting when I know about what the heck I'm using. Also, I would be Sannin or Kage Ranked when I even try this...
Also, Why hasn't anyone noticed that I want to take it quietly and without killing anyone T^T I just want to make a slight change in it, is that really so bad? Just think for a second.
If it gets frozen, then I can teach you all Yukiton. { BECAUSE YUKITON TAKES FROM MY JUTSU!!!! scream }
If it becomes an Oligarchy, then some can stay, and some can head squads of Genin, and take them out on missions easily, and some could be ambassadors, and such to other villages.
And many more that I can't think of right now T^T

We are NOT naruto. We are a guild BASED on naruto. If there is something in naruto we dont like, we can change it. If we want to get rid of the uchiha clan (settle down uchihas, were not gonna) we can. If we want to say there are 15 tailed beasts, we can. If we want to say that its impossible to walk on water, even with chakra, we can. Naruto is the BASIS of the guild. If we want to add something, or take something away, we can, because we are NOT naruto.

It isn't a sword T^T It is the literal Hyourinmaru... T^T
It says I can freeze any under my rank... If I'm a sannin, I'm pretty sure that you wouldn't be able to keep stringing out Sannin/ Kage rank techs at me for very long.
I know, I'm just saying that your suiton would be useless, and I don't think any of your ninja aren't planning on having that chakra type. I mean it is Kirigakure after all.
That is if he can eat me. If he tried, I'd summon Second stage Hyourinmaru in his mouth. That would be horrible because I'd freeze him from the inside out. ^.^ Or maybe just send first stage Hyourinmaru down his throat, coating everything for an entire mile straight and the entirety of his mouth into Glazed with ice snake. Nott to sure, but I think that'd kill him.

Who ever said that I'd go through with this, and not go somewhere else hmmm? Also, who said this is the main part? { Look in the q&a forum, that was just a broad overview, and not all of the plan. I still have a couple of twists and turns. I also have an entire scenario plotted out as to if something happens how can I adjust. } { That scenario isn't including battles because that would be meta gaming and powr playing. ^.^ }
But even in real life, anything is pretty much plausible. We just have to figure out a way to do it.

Scratch that about any under my rank... >.< It says D rank without moving, and nothing about anything else, but with effort I think I should atleast have up to B rank available to freeze. Maybe A. Maybe.

Custom personal summons can only go up to A rank. And there power is not dependant on you. Thats one of the things I hate most when people put down a custom summon, when they say "can perform such and such one rank below me." Your writing about the SUMMON's abilities, they do not directly correlate with your own.
