"As you wish." He led her up a large front staircase, then into the winding halls. "Here is your room. Call for a servent if you need anything. I'll meet you for dinner in two hours." He turned, walking off, picking up a scantaly-dressed female vampire as an escort as he went down the hall.

Miete nodded and sat on the bed for a second and looking around the room. It was a good sized room with a large bed and a wardrobe on the wall. There was anoter door, which was open, and it led to a bathroom. She just lay on the bed and tried to sleep for a bit though, she hadn't for a long time.

A woman poked her head in the room, then walked in, glaring. Scantaly dressed, her walk almost demanded attention from a man. "Well what do we have here? A rat? Well don't worry dear. If we decide to eat you, it won't hurt much." She smirked, showing her fangs. "It's not like my husband would think of you good for much else."

Miete woke up and glared back at the woman, "That's good to know. Now have you only come here to annoy me or is there another reason?" She just sat on her bed. Miete was not a morning person, especially when somebody else awoke her.

"Came to see what his intrest in you was... Can't see anything but a useless human. No attractive qualities at all. Except maybe the bat features... All vampires love bats." She sighed. "Well, if you come anywhere near my husband I'll slit your throat and give your blood to the worms." Her gaze turned to a glare. "So don't even think about it."

Miete growled, "I don't have an interest in your husband. I'm only here because he has..." she stopped. "It's really none of your buisness, but he has somebody very close to me in his dungeon."

"The half-breed? Yes. Keshoto Rahnah Ayamaric von Dracula, slayer of the Count. So you're the one he's decided to court? Annoying... Didn't even breed towards his own species, did he? Well it can't be helped with a father like his..."

Miete glared at her, "I never asked for your approval. I'd much rather that you all ignored our existence." She wished this woman would just leave her alone. She knew that she wasn't a threat toward her husband so she didn't know why she was still there.

"So you say, little girl. So you say." She turned, leaving. "Just don't cause trouble and you should live to see the next sunset."

Miete nodded after the woman and lay back on the bed, still tired and fell asleep again. Or she would if she could get the bad taste out of her mouth after the conversation. 'How would I cause trouble? I'd be happy if they forgot that Keshoto and I were here so i could get him and myself out of here.' She fingered the hilt of her sword, still buckled at her waist, absentmindedly as she thought.

The sword slowly started humming, changing pitches and picking up a slow pace, a slightly eerie tune coming from it.

Miete sat up when the sword began to hum and pulled it out of its sheath. She looked at it questionally wondering what it was doing.
