Shadow let out a heavier sigh. "I am tryign to do what is best for me but it is alot harder than it apears.... then again i am not trying to do with is right for me I am trying to do what is right by them, all of them. I guess I need to think on what I really want this tiem as oposed to what will make everyone else happy." Shadow returned Selena's hug and then wandered off into the forest where he could think for a moment atleast before Cassady and Luna apeared. Shadow sat himself down by the lake and stared at the water while the thought. Cassady may have disapeared alot on him but she still ment so much to him, she tended him through soem dark times and she was the first one to make him care about what happeend to the human race as a whole rather than just seeing them as some kind of responsibility that was thrown on him because of what he and his people knew. She was the first one that he truely cared about since he woke up in this cold, dark future. She made him feel at peace especialy since they mirrored one another very well. Luna was very different indeed. She apealed to a totaly different side of Shadow, his more bestile side, the side that gave him temprary highs and mad ehim feel as if he was something else but was that what he was lookign for? Luna did do other things for him also, she did care for him grwatly and he could feel that, the was she interfered with his busniess and went against his wishes did bother him though. the way she would try and have problems solved her way and forcing the issue instead of letting Shadow deal with things his own way. They both had their up side, both he loved and now he was forced to make a choice. How was he to do it? Shadow had not examined all aspects of the two, really that ment nothing since he would just need to follow what was left of his incredably dead heart while the beast within him lurked in wait.

Samantha couldnt hold back a scarlet blush when Kashan burst into laughter. "Sorry... i know your not that thick.. except when it comes to plays on words... but for a second their i thought your sence of humor had rubbed off on me" she said slightly embarassed, her blus darkening slighter when she felt his kiss off her forhead. She nodded slightly "No offence Kashan... but your sence of humor really confuses me at times" she said honestly

Samantha looked up at him raising an eyebrow "A little odd?" she stated though it came out more as a question. She smiled slightly as he laughed, just enjoying the sound. She rolled her eyes slightly before her melodic laughter broke out. "Kashan, you asked me if okie dokie figiminokie was a curse" she said as her laughter calmed, it kind of hurt to laugh so much. "Sorry... i cant help the blush mecanism just like cant help the t-" she cut herself off not wanting to bring up her ticklishness again.

Kashan shrugged, "How was I suposed to know that it was ot a curse? Sounded strange enough to be one. I am old after all so what differance does it make. back when I was last here your people barley spoke at all. i only have some knowladge of your lanuage from that poor soul I studied on my way here origonaly and he was some kind of vampire that had been lost in the realms for several... hundred years. Not a good way to learn the lanuage." Kashan said before he poked Sam's side.

Shadow moved further from the lake, sensing people nearby, the last thing he wanted was people around him but mroe often than not they found him and more often than not they were not the friendly ones that found him, they were always out for his blood well most of the time.

Out in the distance a being sat perched on a cliff edge, staring over to the manor and the thing that brought him here, the thing that lead him here. "My dear brothers, oh how I have missed you. left me to die onthe feilds solong ago. Now we come to remove you all." it said and followed up with an odd laugh that never fit its body.

Samantha rolled her eyes slightly "Your not old... your just... you" she said with a calm nod before sticking her tounge out at him slightly before she was overcome by suprise. She knew KAshan had come here once before but didnt know how long ago, and after hearing about the 'specimin' she couldnt really deny him. "Okay... now i can see the problem" she said unable to hold back the sudden laugh when he poked her side.

Cassady lurched up tossing Luna aside, as Luna went tumbling she ran and smashed her foot against Luna's jaw in the same place she had punched her.
"He will never love you, like he loves me. He never loved any of you, like he loves me. I know the man he wants to be, the man he is, and right now, the only person that can save hiim from himself, is me. Stay away from my husband and my family."

Cassady lept out the window after Shadow, spitting on another of his ex-wives as she called, "Stay away from him slut, or I swear you'll regret it," her voice contained a tribal growl.

Cassady raced to the lake, the dress torn, her body bloodied, still shoeless. She saw Shadow facing his brothers, sensed his distress, read his every thought, immense pain swallowing her face as the thoughts of all those about raged in her mind, as Shadow's other being ravaged her mind, like her father had her body.

She ran to him and gently took hold of his hand, she raised it to her soft lips, gently kissing it, and letting it fall back to their sides, theiir fingers still interlaced. "Shadow, you know I'm here to help, with battle, saving you mentally, whatever it takes. I'm here, but I swear Shadow," she paused and looked to him her eyes glittering with mischeif and and a bit of sarcastic happiness and said, "You better make the sex damn good because of all of this. Besides, you know you only really get into when you're making to love to an actual woman."
She winked and said, "So, what now?"

Lucain sat back down when Selenia left, retreating to his thoughts again. He downed the rest of his drink and started out the front door and into the garden. He ambled through, thinking to himself, completely absorbed in finding the paladin.
