on that point im not sure but I think if you cheat you dont have to take any part of the test but if you get caught you are automatically disqualified

Actually it was Fenrir vs Blarg AND another chuunin. Blarg was the Akatsuki leader at the time and was attacking Cloud, so naturally Fenrir confronted him at the gates. I fought the two of them for a little while before Pyro came in and helped take the other chuunin off of me, leaving me and Blarg to fight it out. It lasted for a while but because of the two rank rule Fenrir wasn't allowed to beat him, so it ended in a draw. I also tried using a finishing move that was pretty creative, but also wasn't allowed in the end. I used the transformation jutsu to turn Fenrir into a long shadow, allowing me to creep up along the whip he had around my clone to surprise attack him at point blank range directly behind him.
