Billy grumbles a bit because he's tired of people trying to force him to quit, or cut back. He takes a deep drag in spite.

Cor sighs. He was going to point out that on a good day billy didn't smoke much, but on a bad day, or when he was working on the computer he smoked like mad, but the pout silenced him, "Fine. But I'd still rather you'd quit."
