Sammy walked through the teleporter, up to the beach. She let out Squirt, Dancer, Cupid, Troy, and Comet, all but Troy going to the water to play. She and Troy stayed on the beach, relaxing. She wanted to let the other four out, but she didn't know the effects of being a shadow pokemon...

Cody followed Sammy and jumped into the water behind Adelle. "Sorry it took so long," he said. "I cant swim though... That's the only problem."

Sammy yawned as she lay on the beach in her tank-top and shorts; thank goodness that had been her clothing choice for the day. Troy had returned himself; beaches weren't his thing. All of her pokemon that were out were now splashing water at each other. Sammy wanted to join more then anything, but she knew she couldn't.

Adie smiled as she was joined by Cody and Sammy, giving the girl a wave as she tread water a ways out from the beach. Cody jumped into the water a ways behind her, though when she heard he couldn't swim, she looked a little shocked. Who couldn't swim? Bringing her fingers to her mouth, she let out a sharp whistle as Squirtle popped up next to Cody, giving him a bright, turtle smile.
"He might be small, but he floats! He'll take care of ya," she said as she swam over towards him laughing, dipping under the surface of the water for a moment before appearing once more, splashing Cody gently. It was clear that this was her element - the water. If she felt at home anywhere, it was here. Flipping over on her back as she floated by Cody, she laughed, motioning for Sammy to come join them. This was just what she needed.

"Hiya Adie! ^___^" Sammy called, seeing that she was motioning for her to join. Sammy grimaced; her therapist had said earlier that day to avoid being in contact with water, to help her mental state. "No, thanks!~" She called as cheerily as she could. Instead, Squirt swam out to them and poked Adie, smiling.

"Hey Sammy! Sandshrew can keep ya company then," she called out, laughing as Seel flipped out of the water over her, showering her in a sparkling arc of water. Diving backwards in the water, she surfaced once more, resting on Seel's back with a contented smile, pushing her wet hair out of her face. She looked up to see Sandshrew, who was building a sandmound, look over at Sammy with a cute smile before darting across the sand to her side, cocking his head to the side. It looked like he wanted a pat on the head or something.

Ike, not seeing anyone down in the HQ, used the teleporter and appeared on the beach.
"Swimming in January... why not?" he joked. They were on a tropical island, so the place rarely saw a day under 63F.

"Aww, hi lil' fella! ^^" Sammy grinned, patting the tiny pokemon on the head. "You're cute!~" She laughed, looking down at Sandshrew.

IkarizuMaki_DoA Ike, not seeing anyone down in the HQ, used the teleporter and appeared on the beach. "Swimming in January... why not?" he joked. They were on a tropical island, so the place rarely saw a day under 63F.

Sammy shrugged. "Good," she lied. "So, what do you mean by 'thinking about the future'? Like, time travel or just in general? o.o"

"Everyday is a good day for Swimming," Adie said as she swam to the shore, wading out of the water as she ran onto the sand, giving Ike a bright smile. Sandshrew, who squeaked happily as Sammy patted him on the head ran towards Adelle, leaping into her arms as soon as he was close enough. Laughing, she held him close to her as she fell into a sitting position on the sand near the two of them, the same bright smile plastered on her face.
Meowth lumbered over to her, laying down next to her before continuing her catnap without a peep, Adelle looking over at the two of them as they continued their conversation. That was one thing she never really though about - the future. She was notorious for living in the here and now more than anything.

"Good point, Adie." Ike said to her. He listened to Sammy's question, sighed, and looked upward.
"Nah, not time travel. I have been thinking about Celebi's future with the team.. but no. I've been thinking about Team Aqua's future. It's just been so stressful without Hunter here to be my Co-Leader. He's never around anymore, isn't he?" Ike said.

Sammy sighed, knowing that what Mr. Ike had said was true. "Yeah, I've only met him once or twice, though... But you're doing a good job runnin' everything. ^^" She encouraged, giving him the thumbs-up sign and a cheesy grin.
