Description: This jutsu is a jutsu that allow it's user to be able to animate non-living or no longer living things. The requirements is that they must be touching the thing they want to animate, must draw a seal with the users blood. One sign of animation is glowing red eyes. Can only be destroyed if you destroy the object or body or cut off the chakra supply from it's user.
Effects: The effects is that the thing that is animated is able to use whatever skills it aquired. For example, if the user animates a dead body then the dead body can use what ever skills it aquired when it was living.
Deceased-animals(Includes humans) - Whenever the seal is drawn upon a deceased animal or human it brings back the object to a state of "living" the soul no longer being intact. Since the soul is no longer in-place it makes the re-animated body much more voracious, bloodthirsty, and willing to do the bidding of whomever brought the corpse to reanimation. Thus said, having no soul they lack the basic function to think and are mainly designed to use whatever means necessary to obtain their goal. The chakra amount is the same as the deceased person whom was alive. If it was an animal it's chakra total is half the total of the person who re-animated its corpse. The Jutsu's animals are allowed to learn are only those which are implanted directly into the animals corpse upon reanimation.
Plants - Placing the seal upon plants allows plants to directly communicate with the user of this seal. The seal also allowing whomever placed the seal upon it to control the plant and giving it motion; Allowing trees to move and to do the users will, basically. Smaller plants, such as venus flytraps and such may be increased in size to that of trees. Plants are allowed to take basic commands and use them automatically.
Non-Living Objects - they may be animated and may be used for the user. The Non-Living objects may sense chakra sources outside of the user who placed the seal upon it and may attack them viciously, having no mind on whom to attack or whom not to. It may not use jutsu nor be controlled and are simply mindless weapons which do what they will.
Requirements: Must be touching the object they want to animate, must draw a seal around the body with the user's blood. Can only be used by Soren Silverstar

When he was finished, he laid his hand on the body and suddenly he pour large amounts of chakra into the body. The hokage's eyes glowed red and opened.

Also, if you were just animating corpses it shouldn't be anymore than S-Rank. The reason most reincarnation techniques are S-Rank are because they require soul and body to become one again.

No, no, no, no no no No No NO NO!! If any one approves this I am going to flip. What the hell is this??

It's basically impure world Ressurrection without the process of fusing souls into the body.

Also due to the fact it doesn't have to draw souls from the Pure World into the Impure World; It shouldn't require a live human sacrifice which was used to draw the Souls from the Pure World into it's old body.

I'm rather impressed, Halloween. That's a nice technique.
