Cassie knew that he wouldn't understand, but she wasn't going to hold it against him or drag on along after what she thought he should get. She would bury her feelings and work only for the team, her cousin, and her sister. She shook her head imperceptibly and then finally met Brisinger's gaze. "Hmm, and what's that?" She rested her elbows on her knees and twisted her fingers together.

Thornessa caught the last bit of a conversation and jerked herself back to the icy camp. She summoned a flame into her right hand and threw it up as a signal to Shay, nothing else would pull her concentration.

Shay saw something explode in the corner of her eye and turned toward it expectantly. It was only a small ball of flame. She was about to turn back to her sister when she saw Thorn waving her down, so she dived down to her cousin.

Andrew started to explain. "There is a city close to here. A lot of infomation, is traded. It is a merc heaven because of it. It's a bit odd but dangerous." He smiled, "We should be fine."

Brisinger sighed. "The bad news is that you have to go all the way back to the society..." He said.

Brisinger looked at the ground thoughtfull. "I guess the Quisidor wouldn't want me back now..." He sighed "Fine... I'll help you out..." He said reluctantly.

Crade stood up and nodded. "By this time Brisingr must have told them everything. But I'll make him follow a little plan I got so that he comes back!" he pulled out his hand and some shadows formed his crystal ball. "I'll comunicate with him so that he convince them to stay, after all it's late night, and then I'll go get him"

Cassie looked up and blinked a few times, "You really will?!" Then realized she was supposed to be keeping her emotions under control. "I mean... er... Thank you very much, we all appreciate your help."

Thornessa walked over to Faraday, "We're not the only ones who want Brisinger. He's back on the menu in the fortress too." She stumbled backwards a step, far-seeing was exhausting, but she kept from falling again.

Shay followed Thorn, she knew this is what she had called her down for. They couldn't let Brisinger be taken, even though he was with the enemy, he could be the only one who find them the amulet.

Crade smiled at Leah and ran off the room. While he was walking to the exit of the fortress he used his crystal ball to see Brisinger and so comunicated with him. Brisinger could hear Crade's thoughts. Brisinger, try to slow them down in whatever the way, try make them stay in the camp, I'm coming to get you, Leah needs you and I don't care if I get killed by the Quisidor. Things are getting a bit tense around here. Don't know if it's just me... anyways, hold on ok pal? We'll meet pretty soon. I'm out. Brisinger made a little smirk that couldn't be noticed by the others.

Crade had left the fortress and was in his crow form looking out for Brisinger.

Brisinger looked at Cassie first and then at Faraday and the rest. "Yes, I'll help you out. But this night it isn't worth the trouble... we are all tired so I say we stay here and then in the morning we leave to the society with full energy"
