"Oh ha-ha..." Zahzi said, picking up the rest of the groceries.
"I'm coming, I'm coming..." he said, walking toward her with a closed-eyed smile.

Amnity saw the smile on his face, and it unnerved her a bit. "What? What's so funny?" She asked, shifting the groceries to one hand while she kept her other hand in her pocket.

"Nothing...Nothing." Zahzi answered, shaking his head.
He then looked up at the sky.
"Hmm...It may be too late to make a dinner for Laviatar, you know..."

"I bet she's hungry...But I'll cook for tomorrow." Amnity kept her eyes to the ground, thinking. After a few minutes of silence, she looked up at him with a smile. She held his arm to stop him as she set her grocery bags down for a second. "Wait, I want to try something."

Melanie watched in question as Amnity stopped. Yet another surprise. These people never cease to amaze me. I should probably leave soon. I don't want to bother them much.

He stopped moving, and stood there, looking at her.
"Want to try something? Like what?" Zahzi asked, looking at her with a curious expression.

Amnity took a step closer to him, looking up at him with a smile. "I saw it on tv once." She didn't look anywhere in particular, she was just trying to think. "I don't know what it's called. But you did it to me before in the grocery store...Oh! It starts with a K!" She chuckled a bit, looking back to him. "Do you know what I'm talking about?....Or am I just going crazy again?"

Amnity rolled her eyes and laughed a bit. "Of course I need to know the name of it, so I can put it on my list of 'things I have yet to do'."

Amnity laughed, then looked away for a second to pretend to think. "Well, it's a very, VERY long list. In it includes 'learn how to play an instrument', 'learn how to dance', 'go sky diving', 'fight a drunken Irishman'." She paused and looked back at him with a grin. "Don't ask." She looked away again and continued. "Let's see....'Go skiing', 'spend a whole day watching cartoons', 'kiss you'... So on, so forth." The soldier looked up at Zahzi one last time, crossing her arms with a smug grin on her face. "Yeah...I need as much help as I could to accomplish anything on the list. Would you be so kind as to assist me?"

Amnity smiled back, then wrapped her arms around him and gave him a quick hug. "Thank you." She pulled away, still smiling as she picked the grocery bags back up. "...I want to learn how to play an instrument first. Do you know how to play one?"
