Well, most the time they are against BESTIALITY, and just like to say that that's all furries are into. Which it is COMPLETELY understandable to be against. It's just sad that some members of the furry community made the world peg as all as such.*shivers*
Or some people are just assholes looking for something/everything to hate, really. That's what the internet is all about.

@Cassy: I can't parallel park worth a s**t. sweatdrop Backing up doesn't bother me, but I hate doing it in parking lots. I only have one side mirror. Xp Play with all the mirrors and your seat until you can get them to something you're comfortable with. I had to redo all of mine once I started driving the car again. It took a while, but it works well enough and makes it a little less spooky.
@Mike: Eh, the people who seem to hate furries do it just to be in that little clique. It's like Something Awful.com, I stay the hell away from there because they pretty much hate on everything that our general generation likes.
The internet is a place for people to communicate with/learn/explore.. We make groups to build communities with, and sometimes those communities are full of people who love or hate different things...
I think you should take Jess's advice and advertise in some of the furry guilds around Gaia. The one she brought up is pretty cool.
Don't let it discourage you, hon.
I'd enter, but I can't really draw at all. XD Maybe a headshot of Nnyraptor, because I was good at drawing dragons back in highschool, but.. I dunno. Post all around in that guild though, you'll find people.

Yeah, I'm gunna try that. I advertised in my other furry guild which already yielded an entry, so that's cool. I was just down about it right then, but I'm not worried or anything now. People will enter, I just gotta be patient. I've noticed in past contests that most entries come in the final month so... heh.

I always park FAR AWAY so I'm not next to any other cars when I can help it. x_x

XD I park far away too. Like it's driving me nuts at work now because we have to park in front of the store and right by Starbucks which is super busy until it closes. I hate being in a crammed parking lot in front of an even larger crammed parking lot. People are crazy.
I might give it a shot... I just have no way of putting it online. XD No printer/camera save the cellphones. We'll see, maybe someday.
...You know... That's like the biggest company whoring I've seen... Starbucks directly in front of Wal-mart.... That was amazing marketing/planning on their parts for putting them like that... ******** have to work until midnight tomorrow and I hate driving at night. My windshield is all ******** up and dirty and it fogs because of the humidity and I have no air conditioning. S'gonna suck, tomorrow. Blah.
@Cassy: We did stay up late last night. But we mostly just role played my new vampire dude (Ended up naming him Angelo, mostly for the nicknames. Angel, Lo) and Jess did London. They just talked, and I worked on my low raspy Antonio Banderas voice for him because he sounds like Armand. XD
I am a dork. And not half bad with doing male voices. I feel like I didn't do him complete justice, because I didn't take the time to figure out how to make my hair look more like his. I just did the emo bangs, makeup and kept my hoodie up.
Yeah, I really enjoy live roleplaying. I came up with his entire backstory on the spot as they were talking.

I went birthday present shopping for my daddy. :3 I got him a CD and those little metal mind puzzles where you gotta figure out how to take them apart. And candles that say "Lost Count" LOL. I love my dad. blaugh EXCEPT when he always always eats my leftover food I get from restaurants.
I'm gunna be on later, we're watching Farscape yet again. x3 But I read your responses already Cassy. I love Godfrey more and more all the time, it's crazy. heart

Hal Sparks is the utterly adorable actor from "Queer as Folk" (the American version; a Showtime series featuring the homosexual fictional nightlife of Pittsburgh.) He's one of the many semi-celebs who give their opinions on aspects of different time eras in the "I Love the 70s/80s/90s" shows done by VH1. Said shows feature music, movies, products, and other fads from decades past.
Porn of him and... uhm.. someone. But he's WAAAY too adorable not to write porn about.
