Yeah, my friend is having another girl and I'm sure she'll reuse many of the same outfits. But when we went shopping together the allure of new baby clothes is strong. I can understand the want to buy new stuff.

Malee: Yes, the allure of the tiny baby clothes is very strong... sweatdrop
Kari: -Hmm, when we were first married, for Christmas I got him some silk boxers, and a little something for... erm, me redface - For our first anniversary I bought him a silver bracelet and told him the same thing that he told me when he gave me a bracelet of special significane (when we were dating). Second anniversary he wanted a tie *rolls eyes* so I found him a nice church tie and bought a tie tack of the temple that we were married in to tie it back into our wedding. Third anniversary I bought him Record of Lodoss War on DVD (first time we really did anything on our own together was watching that show). And since by that time we'd both joined Gaia I custom ordered the Parn and Deedlit edits from Meri (and she was sweet enough to get them done for me *luffs Meri*).
I'm not sure what all the Christmas gifts have been, he wants fun stuff for Christmas, so I do that for him. This past Christmas I ordered the California Rasins Christmas special form him. (He kept saying that it would be the best Christmas present ever)...

xd Jen: I was thinking of getting something of that nature.. but... again, not sure what XD though Silk boxers would be cool.. he doesnt wear boxers though.. but maybe he will for me one night XDDD
The thing with my bf is that he told me about a game with controller thing he wanted and i told him that after my vacation, i would get it for him.... but he bought it himself.. he always buys what he wants so getting him dvd's and games just doesnt work., which is why i usually throw him a gift card to Suncoast or EB Games..
This is gonna hve to take some serious thinking.. maybe even wondering around the mall or something...
Thanks Jen ^^
and bedtime for Kari! <33

Kari: He doesn't wear silk boxers either... *giggle* We've been very open with each other about what we like on the other and what we feel comfortable wearing for that *shrug*
Up until we had our daughter--birthday, anniversary and Christmas all involved something of that nature. Depending on cost and present budget depended on if it was part or all of the present. Now that we have our daugher it's not that those sorts of things aren't nice... we just have less time/opportunity for that sort of thing unless we send the little one off to the grandparen'ts or something.
See, and I've really lucked out in that area. Hubby is one of the easiest people to shop for that I know! *cheers* He loves anime, and anime sound tracks, and he's always saying that he wants this or that... 3nodding very nie for me indeed!
You're welcome! <3

Meri: I had an idea, and seeing as I'm very tired it may or may not be a good one...
I was thinking that you could make a subforum for people to put together wishlists of ava edits that they want. Or like somewhere to put together orders when it's known that either you or Kimi will be opening up soon.
*hopes that makes sense*

Kari: Hubby is hard to shop for because his tastes are very specific. ^^; He just gives me a list and I pick off of it, or we'll go shopping together.
Jen: That I've seen, people seem to either keep notes privately in PMs or Notepad or use their edit collection threads to store future orders and edit wishlists. I do have a ridiculous amount of gold still trapped in the guild fund though. *lol* Hmm...

Still about Howl's Moving Castle: fine, you keep the raven-haired version, I keep the blonde version wink
Ugh, I don't have a significant other. Which reminds me of something quite embarrassing that's been happening lately >> Erm. Nah, too embarrassing to mention.

You're welcome! <3 Jen: well, my bf and I dont do very much involving that area ^^;; .. but that can always change XD He's been hinting more and more regarding things of that nature lol.. *blush* Meri and Jen: my bf LOVES anime and stuff, which you would think would make things eaiser, but he just goes out and buys it, not waiting or writting a list. So I gotta be creative with gifts ^^
