Hero Maul ...Raui! The city doesn't have a gym! What is the 3rd gym's city? Veilstone or something along those lines. Your in the town with the breeder right? Well get a pokemon with cut and go through those slopes with your bike on the fast gear. You'll see some Psyducks blocking your way and a Cafe. From there go >. New trainers will be there and branches that require cut.
