this is just a case of unintentional bad marketing with lazy parents.
new alchohol beverage drawing fire from parents.if you guys dont click link, ill sum it up.
Anheuser-Busch (budweiser, bud light, etc.) came up with a new alchoholic beverage called Spyke. Which is alchohol mixed with a type of energy drink and flavoring in a nail polish style bottle. They are aiming at a comtemporary drinking crowd (the red bull+vodka style kind) but are getting flak from parents who think they are intentionally marketing this to kids.
i figure since part of this guild is under 21 i wana see what you think about this?
personally, i think that law enforcement has a right to worry about this with underage drinkers (making a small item like this easily concealble for things like sporting events and proms) but parents really need to stop complaining about how companies like Anheuser-Busch sell products like this. i personally think the product just sounds bad (Chocolate flavored alchohol?! wtf?!)
But they are concerned about their own kids drinking and driving during prom season.
if you know your kids are drinking and driving.....and FAILING to do anything about it. then maybe your kid desereves a car crash for both him AND them to realize "whoashit....maybe i should i should be a better parent than just turning a blind eye to my teens activies and blaming it on the people who really dont desereve the blame to hid the fact that i didnt do jack s**t to divert this."
i really hate the parenting of people sometimes.....
