Within a few minutes, the Gobi had retreated back into its seal, too weak to have such out lashes go on, Tutsumi fell limped against the tree which now started to suckle on his remaining energy, feeding to make sure it didn't rise again.

"Well it's wonderful." Nami said gesturing to her tea. It was already soothing her sore throat. She raised an eyebrow at Neko as he walked back in. ((Seph, me and Neko went to town and got supplies yesterday. There should be plenty of food XD))

Still, she recognized a dismissal when she heard one, and she quietly left Neko's room. There were other things she was thinking about, anyway. Ideas, solutions.

"Nothing terribly dangerous. More of an information gathering mission. The Hokage had heard of a group of Youkai living near the Hidden Sand and wanted to meet them, know more about them...when we got there no one had hear anything...we couldn't find anything so we headed back..." She drained the last of her tea.
A wide yawn escaped before she could stop it. Blushing, she apologized.

He held the bowl of pastey-looking syrup up to look into it. He frown some. Would this work? He looked at the pan with the sizzling fruit, then back at the bowl. He stepped to the stove and narrowed his eyes some. He slowly tilted the bowl and the syrupy liquid dripped down onto the pan en masse. What happened next was unexpected.
The pan burst into flame, but there was no explosion. He shook his head some, glad his head was far back enough to avoid becoming eyebrowless--for even the Ho Sensei could be effected by uncontrolled fire. He looked at the pan, the flames still a good foot high, before finally using his own chakra to deminish the fire. He stepped closer to the pan, looking down at his fruit. He sighed some, rubbing the back of his head.
Yet another failed cuisine experiment?
One of many. Excuse me while I add it to my mental list. He grinned some, then scraped the ruined peices of fruit off the pan. Hesitantly, he tasted one. Edible, but not tasty.

Pushing against the tree and the wire binds, Tutsumi finally managed to break free before losing all of his energy but in the process, he gains several cuts around his wrists and the back of his hands. Almost at once, his head bobbed down as if he was about to faint, but stopped about an inch from where it started as he quickly brought it back up. A few minutes later, he managed to crawl onto the porch and curl into the fetal position, letting the blood flow slowly from his hands. Since everyone was either in a room or in the kitchen, it wouldn't make sense to even wave and speaking was out of the question due to the howls.

Seph's eyes looked up the instant the Protector began speaking.
It's what I don't sense that's bothering me..
Seph left the pan on the stove and moved into the main room. The last time he felt Tut, he was outside. He moved quickly to the main doors, throwing them open. "Tu-" He looked down, blinking for a few seconds, trying to register what was lying infront of him.
"Tut!"

His head slowly bobbing a few centimeters every few seconds, Tutsumi only heard, "T", the rest was a black out moment. His head started to pound as his eyes squinted hard, face contorting into one of pure pain yet a lack of any other emotion.

"No...it's alright. I'll find out about the scroll tomorrow. Sorry to keep you up." She smiled. "You shouldn't work though. You look tired."She headed for the door but paused. "Good night." She said and disappeared out into the hallway.
She made a detour and collected her things from the baths before heading back down the hall .
