~Meet you there.~
Seph turned in mid-stride and moved into the kitchen, opening the cupboard and pushing through items. "I think I need to go to the store.." He said, mostly to himself. "Hmm.. I'll go tommorrow.." He began to pull items out, only to toss them back inside with a soft shake of his head.
Oi.. Good nap!
Well, I'd hope so. You've been sleeping for days! What did they have you doing up there?
The most strenuous, taxing, and tedious of tasks: Paperwork. Ask Neko, I'm sure he knows all about it.

Slowly Tutsumi started to change again as the tree continued to suck away at the Gobi's almost limitless energy supply. Due to it being a master over all elements, the tree itself could still be used after this to test out students if it was so needed. Already passing his hair, eye, teeth and nail change, five tails slowly appeared behind Tutsumi's back, each full and vibrant of the five elements. For those unaware of what Tutsumi had in him, it was best they stood back as well as those who were aware.
"Boy...why are you doing this?"

Nyl finished heating up the tea - the Ho method really worked - and poured some into a light blue mug with waves etched into it.
"Thief-sensei is talking to himself again." She grinned. "I can tell. I'm an expert." With a nod that stood in place of a bow, she headed out of the kitchen and back to where she'd left Neko and Nami.
But they were no longer there, which was a bit confusing.

Seph's head poked out of the cupboard, then winked at her. "He started it."
Stop acting like you didn't miss me.
Seph laughed and looked at the two items in his hands, as if weighing them to himself. He tossed them into the air.
And stop acting like you know what you're doing. It's not a hard choice. Apple or Pear.

Nami nodded her thanks and disappeared behind the wall. After a quick perusal of the dresser's contents, she decided on a pair of pajama pants and tank. Changing quickly, she wrapped her still dripping hair ontop of her head in the towel and peered back out to see if Neko was still there.
He was out in the garden.
"You're a youkai, aren't you?" She said quickly, coming to a stop a few feet behind him. The garden reminded her of home.

-=Neko spoke loud enough for Nyl to hear. He was still infatuated with the Koi pond, sticking his finger in and watching the fish chase it. It was then that Nami mentioned Neko being a Youkai. He stood up abruptly, whipping around so his wide eyes could look into Nami's=-
What do you know of Youkai?

Nyl opened the door and came in, walking over to Nami and holding out the tea. "Tea's here." She smiled. She was afraid she might have come across at first as being...mm, cold, or distant.

Seph's ears perked up, and he turned to look down the hall. He shrugged it off, having made a decision on his fruit delimma. He would eat both fruits. Together. He took a knife out and began chopping, leaving peel, stem, and core in the mix. He pulled a pan out and began preparing the fruits for cooking. He was pretty sure he'd seen something like this before, but couldn't quite recall. It was trial and error time.

Another howl rung from Tutsumi's throat as the Gobi's energy was still being drawn out. The ground around him was destroyed completely by the howlings' shockwaves which were now to a count of three.
"I can't...let you have control...Gobi..."
"Foolish boy, I was never after control..."

"Not a lot of practical things. Mostly legends. I read a lot. It was your eyes that made me think...I was apart of a mission once about youkai..." She said in a rush, embarrassed that perhaps she'd said something wrong.
It was then that Nyl came in, tea in hand. Nami accepted the warm mug with a grateful smile. "Thank you so much...my throat is raw...if you couldn't tell by my voice." She bowed her head to the blond.

Nyl smiled back. "Sometimes I think I am the Sensei of Tea, instead of Ijutsu." She laughed. "Not that I'd mind. Tea's certainly less work."

((If she's the sensei, Seph's the Shojiki. Coincidence? I think not. ninja ))
Seph frowned some. He needed something else, something that would spice up the dish. But what? He crossed his arms and moved away from the stove, then finally settled on brown sugar. But he couldn't just sprinkle sugar on here, it wouldn't melt. He took a deep breath, then began to conjure something up in his head. Second later, he was working at it, letting the fruits simmer.
