After the 4th, Dai chopped it in small pieces. He then put them into a bowl, & put the knife down. "Hold on Morgan, I have to get some lemons & cinnamon, I'll be back" He walked to the refrigerator & got 2 lemons & then to the pantry to get some cinnamon. He walked back & then resumed cutting his pealed apples. "So Morgan, would you mind telling me a little about yourself" He said (making small talk, of coarse XD but he also wanted to know more about her, since they'd be friends)

After all the apples were chopped, he poured lemon juice on them. "So that they won't brown..." he says to himself, reading the book, "Hold on, if they're in a crust, won't it not matter?"
((XD Always wondered that myself... also, if they're in an oven, they'll brown a little too, I think... Idk, I'm no cook... I just watch "Good Eats" XD))

Dai smiled at what Sam said. "Wow thanks!" He said with a big smile. He loved compliments. It made the job even better than it was before... He took the lemon & squeezed out some juice, & tried to spread it. He then mixed the apples & lemon juice, to try to coat them all.
((Yeah, its the same here... I don't want it to rain, just to get a little cooler.))

Nicole Elf walks over to Dai and sees him making food. She turns to him and awkwardly, almost shyly, starts asking Dai about the food. "Um what is it that Dai is making.? And does Dai need any help making it? No students need anything at the moment and Nicole Elf, "she says pointing to herself", has cleaned the kitchen so many times it won't need to be cleaned for weeks. Does you need any help with whatever it is your making?"

"I's making apple pie!" he said proudly, "& sure, be my guest! You did a fine job at cleaning, by the way!" He said to Nicole. He put some cinnamon and sugar on the apples. "By the way, I'm Dai! What's your name?" he asked Nicole, sturring the sugary mix.

Amy walks in and smells the unmistakable scent of apple. She sees a noew houseelf, putting applesin with cinnamon. "Apple pie, if Amy Elf is not horribly mistaken? Would you like Amy to assist you," she asked pointing to herslef, "Or do any students want anything?"

Tracy walked into the kitchens and just stood there for a while. Then she came in and flopped down into a chair. She didn't want to bther any of the hardworking elves so she just sat watching.
