"Nice to meet you."
The tall brunette grinned and then turned to Maddy and bit his lip.
"I see. Sounds like I need to dig up some info on that cat."
"Chiii."
Cereza waved to Michael's Pokémon and tapped Memo on the head when they neared the stones.
"Oh wow."
He said with a small smile as he bent forward. Cereza quickly grabbed a bouquet of beautiful flowers and rested them by the center. Memo smiled warmly and gently ran his hand down the stone.

Rei glanced around. It seemed like all of Kalos was beautiful, always with patches of flowers. As he walked further on, he noticed more ordinary patches of tall grass surrounding large stones which seemed to reach out to the sky. Admittedly, Rei was more interested in the rocks than the flowers, and so he found himself walking towards the former.

As he began studying the rocks, a curious Eevee poked out from behind it, giving the Countess an endearing look. The Zubat flew closer to it, effectively disarmed, and received a swift headbutt in return. Startled, she cried out and struck her now-glowing wings at her attacker. Rei was startled; an Eevee was attacking his Pokémon!

"Use Confuse Ray!" The Countess obliged, sending out her strange confusion-inducing attack at the Eevee. The opponent, dazed, tried to ram itself against the bat, but in its confusion, whacked its head against the very rock it hid behind. Seeing a perfect opportunity, the Countess swooped down and began leeching the life out of the Eevee. The Eevee tried attacking in retaliation, but only hit the rocks instead, and slowly stopped resisting. Rei decided it was time to throw a Pokéball. The ball shuddered twice, and burst open prematurely. Eevee, shrugging off the confusion, bit at the Zubat.

"Drats. Let's try this again." He threw another Pokéball, and after three successful shakes, caught it.

He watched the Pokéball zoom off to the storage system, and turned back to the rocks, deciding he had a little more time to study.

Allen nodded toward Maddy, moving off to battle something. A flash of a small brown ear instantly peaked his interest. "Come on out Ecrelys.He tossed the Pokemon containing the Kabutops. "Cut the grass in the area." in one swift motion, the Kabutops ducked low, and spun around once quickly, cutting the grass in a large area. There was a small yelp of fear and from the lower cut grass came a small white face, topped by little black ears with yellow and while inside. "An Emolga, Ecrelys--" As he prepared to call for an attack, the Emolga's cheeks lit up and began sparking, shooting off a wave of electricity. The Shock Wave hit for some harsh damage on the Water type, but Ecrelys stood strong.

"Rock Slide." Allen ordered. The Fossil nodded, digging his toes into the ground, and slamming his claws into the ground as hard as he could manage. Huge boulders leapt from the nearby area to easily overcome the opposing Emolga. Allen sighed, and turned to go back to his teammates.

Rose followed the others to Route Ten and then separated from them in her search for wild Pokemon to battle, or maybe to even capture. She thought about the Pokemon commonly found on this route and decided that an Eevee would be best, and as luck would have it, that was the first Pokemon she stumbled upon, along with a second Eevee.

Since there were two Eevee's, Rose sent out her Froakie and her Meowth from their Pokeballs "Froakie, use Power up Punch, Meowth, use Payday" Rose ordered (PokeDollars +250).

Rose's two Pokemon teamed up on one Eevee, which used helping hand prior to getting hit, and the second Eevee used a boosted bite attack against Rose's still inexperienced Froakie, which caused it to faint. Rose recalled her Froakie and sent out her fletchling as the injured Eevee fled from the battle.

"Meowth, use Night Slash, Fletchling, acrobatics" Rose ordered.

Meowth struck, then Fletchling did, and Rose threw a Pokeball at the Eevee before it could run away too. It was drawn into the Pokeball.



With the capture succeeding, she picked up the Pokeball and headed back towards town.

A graveyard... How utterly morbid.

The coherent thought Ace had throughout while searching for any pokemon rustling in the grass. Maybe she'll find a strong ghost-type pokemon lurking near the tombstones or perhaps a tough one prowling around.

Instead, it was a black and white squirrel with some yellow patches gliding toward her path. From the looks of it, this one no doubt looks similar to a Pikachu, as its cheeks had those patches of yellow. But still, Ace could not identify this Pokemon. It was then that she used her TADS to figure out the name.

Ariel Cecilia Evans was by no means a Pokemon expert. While she can easily name all the Pokemon and their types that exist in her home region, the other existing Pokemon outside Kanto was foreign to her. As Ace put down the information, it was clear that the Pokemon was called an Emolga. And it's type was flying/electric. At least she was somewhat correct in guessing this strange creature's similarity to a Pikachu/Raichu.

But this brings in the question whether to have this pokemon as a potential teammate. Ace looked at her six pokeballs before glancing at the electric rodent. Despite the fact that an electric type may be beneficial in possible battles, it was evident that Ace had no interest in catching it. She whip out one of her pokeballs and toss it to the ground.

"Amber! Flamewheel!"

As soon as the dog pokemon emerged from the pokeball, she turned towards the electric squirrel before dashing rapidly as its legs could move. The fire ignited around the growlithe, forming what appeared to be a shield as it collided with the unsuspecting Emolga. Her opponent shrieked in a high screech as the scorching flames had burnt part of her belly and the tackle managed to tumble the small pokemon backwards. As it made to a complete stop, it managed to stood up (barely) with its small legs and glaring menacingly at Amber. It immediately dashed toward her as its whole body was immersed with flying sparks in the air. Tackling the growlithe, the electricity radiating from the yellow and white pokemon electrocuted Amber for a brief moment before she could retaliate the attack.

"Bite!"

Struggling to stand up, the growlithe pounced on the squirrel, biting it's bushy tail. It once screech again for a moment before it then collapse. The growlithe then let go before returning to Ace. The trainer glanced at her fire pokemon uneasily before staring at the still body. Ace walked toward the Emolga and checked for a pulse and making sure it was alive. Feeling a small beat, her lips drew a thin smile. Thank Arcerus the pokemon was alive! Ace nodded before returning back to the group, letting the pokemon wake up on its own.

Hecter pushes up on his orange triangle shades as he spots Maddy in the distance. He keeps out of sight as he makes his way to the back of the Pokemon Center. He places a small, round object in the corner of the window and hides in some bushes. He pulls a small, dim tablet from his pocket and begins watching the inside of the center from it; from the view of the object he put down.

Ace nodded before she decided to explore a bit around Geosenge Town. Maybe, she could shop something at the very least. She was somewhat used to the silent atmosphere-her hometown was quite similar in regard to the eerily atmosphere of the town-but there was something Ace couldn't put her finger on. Despite the unpleasant silence that filled the streets, there was some sort of eyes watching her every movement she made.

She stopped walking and looked back.

There was no one behind her.

Ace frowned, and shook her head. Perhaps, she was imagining things as she continued on walking.
