A robed and hooded figure would stroll casually into the academy, decked out in black and blue armor and an extra-long sleeved black and dark blue robe, with its face hidden by a cowl hanging low over it, leaning on a staff as the person walked. Once he was inside, Theodin pushed the hood back, moving his goggles up onto his forehead and amd removing his breathmask for now, stashing it in his bag. Scanning around the room, he spotted Kaori and Knives, giving them a quick nod, then saw Nari, another jounin, watching some girl he didn’t recognize and decided to walk over and introduce himself. Reaching the young girl, Theo smiled and gave her a quick wave with his free hand, “Hey, you must be new around here, I’m Theodin, what’s your name? You want any help training?”

Kaori noticed the hooded figure instantly, but when he revealed himself to be Theodin, just just nodded breifly and returned her ful attention back to Knives,
"Yeah, it's nice to be back home again. Travelling is nice, but I miss the desert, probably far more than it misses me." She said as she looked up at Knives and gave him a soft smile again, "Any plans for the rest of the day? No missions?"

Sonyo didn't realize someone was there in till they actually spoke to her, too fascinated by her ice to really notice anything else. She paused, having been turning the sharp of dry ice over and over in her hands, and then looked up at the figure. she was confused for a moment as to why the cold wasn't effecting him, but then she realized the armor he was wearing and realized it made sense. After gawking for a moment at the man before her, she dispelled the ice back in to a gas which floated lazily around her like a fog before settling to the ground. The female gave Theodin a slight bow, clearing her throat; whether she felt like a shinobi here or not, she still wasn't officially. "N-Nice to meet you, m-my name's Sonyo... I recently transferred her from another village." She thought for a moment on his offer to help her with training. Nari already said he wasn't really good with ninjutsu, but all the same havign some help would be nice. She was a gennin still, after all.
Sonyo nodded, letting the cold slowly seep away back in to the hot air of the desert. If she tried any sort of suiton jutsu, they'd probably freeze. "Some help would be nice, yes. Thank you.. "

Instead of using normal water ice for techniques, sonyo is able to use dry ice instead. A "Dry Ice" chakra pool is made; how much is in it depends on how much chakra is put in to it. Theo sttod there as the girl finished fiddling with something in her hands….was that ice?....When she bowed and introduced herself, Theo chuckled a bit, “You don’t have to bow to me, Sonyo, nice to meet you though.” He then thought for a second, “Was that ice you were playing with? I’m kind of surprised to see another hyouton user here in the desert…” He’d wave his hand quickly, pulling some water from the air and freezing it into a kind of slush of flowing ice that would twirl between the fingers of his left hand, “… I’m not as good with those kekkei genkai jutsu as my dad, but if you want I could try to help you with the ones I know, I’m better with the basic elements myself, ninjutsu is kind of my specialty.” After a few seconds, Theo hit the button on his staff, retracting it down and stashing it on the back of his belt so he would have to actually use handsigns to teach the jutsu, then turned back to Sonyo, “So where would you like to start? Suiton, Fuuton, or Hyouton?”

Sonyo's eyes got wide and a squeal rose in her throat; another hyouton user! She didn't think there would be anymore than the one the Kazekage had mentioned earlier. How many hyouton users had made their home here, hoping to test their ice against the desert heat? How many had been born here? Sonyo bounced around a little in excitement, a bright smile on her face. "Another hyouton user! I haven't seen one since the last time I saw my aunt! That's so awesome! Did you move here too or were you born here?" The gennin had forgotten about training for the moment, too excited by the arrival of someone else from her bloodline.

Smiling a bit as Sonyo went wide-eyed and squealed, bouncing around all excited, Theodin couldn’t help but laugh a bit. “Wow, wouldn’t have expected that much excitement over a little ice.. unless we were trapped in the middle of the desert far from the village, that is. I was born here, my dad came here from somewhere far out west though, years ago. If you’re from another village then you’ve probably met my parents… or at the very least my mom, she’s….kinda the Kazekage, and the other hyouton user here in Suna is my dad, our head medic, James Poe. ” Theo couldn’t help but rub the back of his head a bit and smile nervously, he was a little embarrassed and didn’t really like dropping his parents’ names.

Kaori blushed slightly before she shrugged and leaned back on her heels and smiled up at him,
"I don't have any pressing matters to attend to. All my missions are complete, and my reports given..." She tilted her head to the side slightly and smiled softly as she turned to look at Nova out of the corner of her eye. "We could do something. Our date was kind of interrupted."

Sonyo's eyes stayed wide, he was the kazekage's son? "Oh I see it now! You even have like... the same silver hair.That must be pretty neat, to have a mom that nice." The words slipped out before she could stop them, they were really uncalled for. Her mother wasn't that mean, she was just a little strict. The genin cleared her throat, looking away. "Right. Training. Are there any suiton jutsu you'd recommend? None of them really seem to be catching my eye at the moment. I seem to be a little more biased towards fuuton jutsu." The young female slipped her thick hide gloves off and put them back in her pocket.

Chuckling a bit, Theo replied “Yea, mom’s pretty cool, most of the time.” When she suddenly looked away, like she was trying to hide something than got serious for a minute, Theo smiled slightly, “Alright, hmm…..for using suiton here in the desert you’ll definitely want one to create a water source, since we obviously don’t have a ton of those around. There’s a C rank jutsu that pulls one up from deep underground, my dad likes that one, the Waterfall Basin technique. There’s also a B rank jutsu that creates water in your stomach and it flows up and out of your mouth, which seems strange , but I think it ends up making more water, that’s called Bursting Water Collision Waves, and it’s the main one I use if I can’t pull enough water from the air.” Theo would then run through the handsigns for the one he already knew and hold the last sign, as he began spitting up a large amount of water, as it expanded and the academy was flooded with a few inches, he ended the jutsu, then looked in the scroll for the handsigns for the other tech, running through them slowly, before a large plume of water shot up from the ground. Theo then ended the two jutsu and watched the water all seep into the dry ground of the academy before turning back towards Sonyo, “There’s a couple options for water creation or finding jutsu, feel free to pick one, or learn both if you want, Bursting water collision waves also lets you manipulate the water by riding on top of it, which is kind of fun and really unexpected from people attacking us here.” Theo laughed a bit at the thought of enemies freaking out seeing a tidal wave coming their way in the desert, then motioned for Sonyo to give the jutsu a shot.

"This is very true. The question is, would nova over there try and baby sit? Or is she so hell bent on you finally finding a mate that she'd be actively encouraging things? Either way, you have any suggestions as to what this something might be?" Knives chuckled with a chuckle as he watch Theodin and some other ninja train, he didn't recognize the student, but there had been a lot of faces in the Kage's office. Skuttlebutt about ninja from other villages coming here was what he had over heard but he hadn't put much thought into it.

Hikari watched her fellow Suna ninja train and talk, the bright light hitting her all the while. After a little waiting, a familiar face would enter the academy. Theodin was dressed a bit different than before, but he still had the same demeanor to him as when she had first seen him. She watched him as he taught an ice user some jutsu, but quickly got up as he started flooding the room with water. 'White doesn't go well with water.....' she thought, as she walked over to the teaching jounin and the new girl. "You should watch where you're using your ninjutsu, Mr. Theodin. Others might not like it if you get them wet." Hikari bowed to Theodin and Sonyo as she greeted Theodin. "I don't believe we've met yet, I'm Hikari, an eiseijutsu specialist. Nice to meet you." Hikari smiled at the new girl and bowed one last time.

She shuffled her feet for a moment then shrugged her slender shoulders, "I don't know, we could do anything, go for a walk, train; though to be honest I don't really want to train right now. We could even go to the Raigyo compound..."
