Hmm... Sure... Maybe a couple cats could be a bit doubtful of Eagle... A tuft of black stinky (onion) fur and nasty gashes might take a little bit more evidence, just to support the hypothesis that there's a giant pack of foxes living in their backyard...
And Smoke ,who's also had it happen, thought random a random cat was a fox, so no help there.
So sure.... Tigerfang too!
c: Only 1 kid in our entire school had made it to Yale. That was pretty big. Parents were super proud since that was their only child and well... his life is pretty good so far. ...
I'm not entirely sure where you need to go to become an astronaut... Science and space is pretty direct... And piloting... Unless I give that up by the time I'm a senior. Long way away....

[Spiriteyes' gaze immediately turned to the sound of pawsteps. She let her pelt relax before she gave a small nod to the tom. "Girltalk." She moved her eyes back to Tigerfang and nodded in respect before turning back to Brokensoul, "I was just leaving." the toned pale orange she-cat began padding towards where Brokensoul had come from, the warrior's den. She stopped mid-stride, not even glancing over her shoulder as she spoke again, "Here's your chance to rest, Brokensoul." Spiriteyes' she kept her feisty nature, but the pale orange she-cat's tone lacked the usual harshness. ]

[[Someone should probably go wake up Foxfur xD He's like, dead asleep over by a little pond, that's pretty hard to find. The funny thing is, he's paranoid that if he goes to sleep, the Clan will fall to pieces while he sleeps, so he doesn't. And as soon as he finally collapses from exuasted, in the middle of the territory, the foxes come back. Irony? I think so. Teehee ^^]]

[While Tigerfang and Spiriteyes bickered over the issue of foxes, Eaglesoar glanced around urgently for Foxfur or Lavenderrain. Either one of them had to know...]
[He flicked his tail across Tigerfang's back as he turned around, indicating that he would be back soon. Where was that idiot of a deputy when he was needed? Running to the edge of the camp, he finally located the dark ginger deputy, sleeping by a small pond. He snorted to himself in contempt. Sleeping? At a time like this? What kind of deputy was he? Eaglesoar padded over and poked at Foxfire roughly with his paw, not bothering to wake him up gently.]
"Foxfur, wake up! NOW!"

NightClan//Deputy//Tough, Loyal, And Quiet.
[I awoke with a start, and was on my paws in an instant, mentally cursing myself. Foxfur! You fool! You feel asleep! And it wasn't even for a few moments! Who knows how much time has passed! Who knows what could've happened. Dammit, Foxfur! You're such an idiot! I looked over at Eaglesoar, sighing quietly. Even after resting, I was still exuasted]
"Keep your claws in, Eaglesoar" I rumbled quietly, "If you had as much sleep as I did in the last moon, you'd be dying from exhaustion too. Now, what seems to be the problem?"
[I sat down and curled my bushy tail around my paws, stifling a yawn as my ears pricked, half-alert]

Blaze Ƞo ɱore ʈears ȵow ☾_______________________________☽ ['There.' They all smelt it. The sharp smell of herbs traveled like a current down to them, carrying along with it, the unmistakable smell of those cats. Each fox took on a look of their own, each now feeling more exhilarated from the hunt than ever. Blaze was grinning with full out joy, and his tail twitched rapidly as the excitement grew. His instinct told him to go, kill, eat, but he wanted to show these cats what they could do. Instead of go, kill, eat, he would plan, ambush, and conquer. Show them that they weren't the only one with any smarts.]
[With a small signal of his tail, Blaze silently stalked forward. His band followed eagerly. Halt. The unspoken command ran through the band, as they stopped, midtred.]
[Blaze stuck his nose forward into the bush, inhaling the scent. 'There.' He smiled as he saw the cat, dwindling with a couple cobwebs, and as far as he knew, oblivious to the fact that she was going to die in a few seconds. He let the band know, and crouched down. Down went the foxes. '5 4 3 2 1' *Whew* The paw flew down, and the foxes flew out in a flurry of fiery fur. Two foxes shot out, snapping viciously at the cat, before crackling back into the bushes on the other side. Another pair shot out, trying the same thing....]

With so much going on, he must be having a hard time...but Eaglesoar refused to show any softness. No, he was the deputy, and it was his duty to keep the clan going despite everything.]
"Foxes...the same band of foxes that attacks Tigerfang and I, they're here! Tigerfang could smell them closing in!"

[When the tom mentioned foxes, I tended up, my senses alert]
"Foxes?"
[Oh StarClan, foxes! Please protect us from them! We don't need any mor deaths!]

Mudnose sighed, shaking herself. She was beginning to feel tired. She didn't want to go back to camp though. She smiled. She wished that she could stay in the forest, out of that camp forever. It wasn't because she hated it there, not at all. It was just so beautiful out!
She looked down at her paws, and her icy blue eyes fixiated on the bite mark she had left on herself. She smiled slightly, her eyes glimmering in curiosity. Was her whole body immune to the senses of pain? Without a second thought, she whipped her head around to sink her teeth into her shoulder. All she felt was the same pressure she had felt when she had scratched herself. Somewhat disappointed, she sighed, licking up the blood that was flowing almost freely from her shoulder. The metallic tang sent shivers down her spine, and she smiled her trademark grin which she used when pleased. She couldn't feel this pain sensation she had heard about from her mother anywhere!
Sighing, Mudnose started back toward camp, a new spark of almost...invincibility, sparking in her belly. She could take on the whole forest without being crippled by pain!
A new scent stopped her, and she skidded to a halt. SHe smiled slightly. The scent of lavender...and NightClan entwined, flowing into her nostrils. She smiled energetically. It was Foxfur! She glanced around, trying to spot him. Her eyes finally rested on a blob of reddish colored fur farther off. She smiled, trotting toward him. As she got closer, she was aware of another cat. Eaglesoar. Her ears flickered. A scent of....distress came from him. She blinked in confusion, her ears pricked. "What's wrong...?" she asked cautiously. Mudnose turned around, and was aware of the blood still dribbling from the bite on her shoulder. She froze, watching it intently. She smirked somewhat. `•.¸¸.••´´¯``•• .¸¸.•´ `•.¸¸.••´´¯```•.¸¸.••´´ ☾XXBUT ALL I'VE EVER LEARNED FROM L O V EXX ☽

[Eaglesoar meowed urgently, shuffling on his paws impatiently for Foxfur to call together a fighting force. And if he wasn't going to do it, then Eaglesoar would do it himself. "Well obviously, I'd want to know how you know! Did you even see them?" I snapped back impatiently.
[Mudnose came trotting up to us, and I felt my pelt grow hot with embarrassment. I noticed blood on her shoulder, and was momentarily distracted, but shrugged it off, returning to the current situation]
"There are foxes in our territory. Eaglesoar, you, I and the others will lead a patrol, and if we find them, we will fight them off. This is our home, not theirs. Mudnose, would you like to come?" I asked, glancing over at her.

[He bit back a retort as he gazed back evenly at his deputy. At that moment, Mudnose seemed to appear out of nowhere, asking what was wrong. The metallic scent of blood hit his nostrils, and he spun around to see who was injured - only to see blood dripping down the she-cat's shoulders. He couldn't think of how she could have injured herself since there had been no fights going on, but he decided to leave it alone. She probably injured herself on a twig while hunting, or something.]

Mudnose turned back to Eaglesoar and tipped her head to the side. Foxes....sounded like fun quite honestly. She smiled, nodding. "Of course!" she meowed, enthused. She casted a sideways glance at Eaglesoar, a feigned incredulous look in her eyes. "If these are real foxes, that is," she purred amusedly, flicking him with her tail playfully. There was no harm in joking around, of course.
Quickly cleaning her wound on her shoulder, she looked back up at Foxfur. She flexed her claws a total of three times before she felt the coldness in them go away.
