Tora continued downstairs with her arm around Hara. "What would you like to eat?" she asked. "And you must tell me everything about your trip!"

(I have been gone for so long -_-. I am happy to see the okiya is being used again ^-^.)
Aki walks out into the garden and sits under the sakura trees shade. It is a beautiful day with the wind gentliy blowing. As she sits there, she starts to day dream a little....

Tora sees Aki walk by and smiles. She follows her out to the garden and says 'hello'. She sits beside her and pulls a flower from the ground and begins to smell it.

Tsukiko passes by as she dilligently tries to her task at hand- sweeping the floors. However, she can't help but turn to listen to the conversation absentmindedly.

Tsukiko gasps and quickly turns behind a pillar to try and hide herself. You idiot! she thought. I can't get fired from this okiya too! She sighed and went back to sweeping and grumbling to herself as she tried desperately not to eavesdrop.

"I'm great, thanks! Unfortunatly, the Tea House has been very slow lately. We're kind of in a off-season, I guess...," Tora trailed. Out of the corner of her eye she saw a shadow duck behind the pillar of the Okiya, and her ear picked up the rustling sound of a broom.
Tora placed a finger to her lips and winked at Aki. She stood from her spot and quietly made her way to the new Maid. "Hello," she said cutely, and close to the Maid's ear.

Yikes! I'm in trouble now! Tsukiko turned around with her eyes wide and her mouth gaping open. "H-hi!? May I help you Miss!?"

Tora giggled. "Sorry to have scared you," she smiled. "My name is Tora and I am the head Geisha of this Okiya. You're the new maid, Tsukiko, correct?" she asked, still smiling.

"N-no-I mean-yes! Yes!" Tsukiko gaped at her with wide eyes as her face grew hot, embarrassed. "Pleased to meet you Miss! Can I get you something?! A tea?! Some sake?!" Stop being so stupid Tsukiko! Calm down, she's just like any other per- No she's not! She's the HEAD GEISHA! Gah! Shut up now and go-go! "I'm sorry Miss I have chores to do! Pleased to meet you and sorry to be a bother!" Tsukiko bowed deeply and ran down the hallway franticly, earning the shouts from other maids as she spilled laundry and caused the destruction of multiple plates being carried from the kitchen.

Tora felt sorry for the young Maid, but she couldn't help but laugh. She'll get used to life here. She'll make friends and be on first-name-basis with everyone soon enough. She smiled and went back to her spot on the porch next to Aki. Tora looked up into the sky and drew in a nice, long breath.

Finally finding a hiding place in the maids room, Tsukiko slumped down and sighed. I'm never going to make it this way... She must think as much of me as if I were a fallen leaf...
