Yer gonna have to excuse me, Ma'am, but are ya serious?Nana if you can all work together through adversity and become like a family through your similar shared experiences. I mean ya no disrespect, Miss, but I can tell ya right now that a single, smart, warrior can turn back the tide of a single villain. Ya don't need a 'family' of total strangers, nor do ya need a mansino turned make shift fortress.
If ya congrigate yer forces ya have security of larger numbers, I'll admit to that, but if they have even larger numbers then yer pretty much screwed because they can overwhelm you in a single, well planned, push.
Think about the Navy Seals. Six, Eight, or Twelve man teams can go into hostile zones, heavily armed with anywhere from three to five time their numbers, and not only complete their objectives but do it in such a manner that allows the team protect their numbers from wounds and casualties.

So. . .tell me what you think of this:
My co-worker, also my Boss' son, called me today to come into work for a girl that was supposed to close tonight at the resturaunt I work for. After about 5 minutes of "guilting" me into it, I said yes.
I called him later, because I wanted to know if anyone else could possibly work for her, but he said there was no one else and that I would be switching with one of the managers and working in back.
I called said manager and asked her if he had called her about it and she said yes, but that "he" was the one that was supposed to close for the girl that was sick. She then asked me why he couldn't work, and I told her that he said he had practice. She sort of paused after that, before telling me that she would call him.
I get a call from him later, much more pissed at me, telling me that I did not have to work and that he would and he also started to lecture me on how this was inappropriate that he shouldnot have to work after I said yes.
I basically told him that I would not talk to him about this over the phone and that we would talk next time he saw me. Oh, yeah. . .looking forward to that.
What I really think needs to be said to him is "So, it's okay to inconvience me, but when it inconviences you it's not?" Now I'm afraid that he is going to go to my boss and complain, like he usually does when someone pisses him off.
Am I at fault here?
~Kuro stressed
By the way "kuro" is a stressed out college student, who has a test next week and a paper due for her comp class. So not only am I'm stressed, I'm exhausted!

So this guy is your boss' son?
Isn't childish to run to your mother and say that it's unfair to load your work onto someone else?
Kind-of a tattle-tale if you ask me.
And it's his irrisponsibility to load work onto you, without telling you it's his work to begin with. He's avoiding his job, and that can get him into trouble.

Think about the Navy Seals. Six, Eight, or Twelve man teams can go into hostile zones, heavily armed with anywhere from three to five time their numbers, and not only complete their objectives but do it in such a manner that allows the team protect their numbers from wounds and casualties. Ok, re-writing this as it seemed a little harsh before. Long story short, we aren't Navy Seals nor is any other member of the Dojo. Casualties are exspected and so medics are on hand. The enemy is known by the veteran members, so counter plans can be made. This plot is a way to incite activity in the guild and give anyone who joins it, something to do. Yes the enemy outnumbers the rest of us, like 100 to 1, but the Dojo's side has very powerful fighters and the terrian around the mansion as an edge, as it is unfavored by the enemy. Not to mention the possibly of taking out a good percentage (lets say 5% - 10%) of the enemy in one shot due to powerful members. Magic vs. Machine, and the enemy forces spread out like a web. Those Navy Seals units are like a tight knit family if you think about it. One smart warrior might survive, but he alone would have no reason to build a new Dojo. He alone wouldn't have much luck building it either. Not quickly anyhow. Though similar shared experience, and getting to know your fellow man, you'd hopefully have more respect for them, and willingness to help out if they were in a tough spot. It's all about getting the people working together, to achieve a worthy goal. 3nodding

So, just go back from visiting my workplace. Seems that my Boss thinks that it is my fault and so now I have one strike on me stare . I'm thinking about looking for another place to work.
God this is so f****** up stressed . I've worked there a full year, I always work for other people, even my boss' wife on one occassion. I've been polite and courteous, I never ask off for work, well, only 1 time and then next week for my birthday. I've never been complained about until now. I came in when he was in a tight spot on a weekend. mad
I just feel like I've been bretrayed somehow ): , I'm a good employee and it sucks that I have to pay the stupid price because of some spoiled little brat. That's it, I'm through with this. talk2hand
Sorry about the cursing, I edited it.

He IS a new member, after all. sweatdrop sweatdrop Just has to understand, we are no Navy Seals nor is anyone trainned in such a matter here. It isn't a true reflextion of a war, it's just a means to moved the story and activity to a higher level. Sort of like how the Matrix 2 was just to move along the story to the Matrix 3. The war is just a way to get more activity, the Dojo rebuilt, and give people something to get involved in, reguardless of if they actually fight or provide a different service. 3nodding
