WHOOOOO WANTS PANCAKES?
I have pretty much mastered making pancakes with this current recipe I'm using. They're delicious, and made out of just things from the pantry. Substituting buttermilk with "soured" milk is pretty brilliant. You just add vinegar to milk. It's pancakes before it can turn into ricotta cheese.
the trick is to heat the pan on high until water simply dances on the surface. Then take it down to low, and after a little while, introduce oil (I use peanut... Just enough to great the surface) and then start ladling those suckers in!
I just drop a big glop in and spread it into a rounded shape with the bottom of the ladle.
There is really nothing I cannot do in the kitchen.

Upon going to school, my friend invited me to a video game night that the computer science students are holding on Friday. So now I am about to get raped by a bunch of nerdy (probably mostly Asian and older than me) people at Melee. Apparently they are "Melee experts". FML xd . You guys are lucky Melee isn't online or I would be forcing y'all to help me practice.
