[Kegan] Well, I have really never had luck getting my foot in the door at the local nursery because it's family owned and family run, so they don't really NEED anyone. I'm also a pretty damn good chef, but I am a vegetarian, and handling meat is really something I will not compromise on. Not for money. But the wheels of destruction have long been spun without your choice to try and end the cycle of carnage that will undo us all. Might as well go for a meat soda pirate

I picked Snivy and named him Smugleaf, since I almost think it's a better name than the official one.

It almost seems like the grass starter's route for this game is the hardest. The first gym had me fighting fire, the second one against normal (which is neutral really), and the third one was bug. When am I gonna get to beat the s**t out of a nice rock gym leader? Or maybe water?

Successfully added.
The water route is just as hard, then. Grass, normal, bug. I guess then that the fire one would have a slight advantage, but only because of bug. Besides, they give you a monkey that's strong against your starter's weakness, so that just kind of makes everyone equal.

I picked him too and was not very pleased with the move set. I checked out serebii.net to see the tm move pool also and was turned away. If I wanted another victory bell like move set I'd grab victorybell.
When I pick up my actual copy I'm going to grab the Fire fighting type.

Yeah, but like you said, the water's is just as hard, so here I am with a grass starter and a water monkey, and none of them have helped me much. XD
Thank goodness for Timburr or however it's spelled.
I'm gonna take a shower and then play some more. We should mess around with whatever this C Gear is supposed to do. Maybe you can get on Steam or something so we can IM?

Or maybe water? 4th is electric , 5th is ground 6th is flying on the way to the electric chick there are fire pokemon abound in the deserts, the ground guy has ice types in his town...the flyer leads you to the usual ghost tower in every game.

Honestly I would love to, but I'm tired to the point where I legitimately risk falling asleep while standing up right now. I'll probably be up for it tomorrow night or like any other night this week, though.

The noise level of this household is going to make me do something rash one day.
I need to get far away.
I'm starting to think about the peace corps again.
Not sure how my meal choices would be there. Probably better if I join one of the groups that teaches people organic farming or whatever.

I chose Snivy too. And that was it. Just enough time to pick a starter...
I like the visuals. The season thing is weird. XD I thought it'd be like AC too.

Ugh, I kind of want white, but I don't know. I've been thinking about getting Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom and Fossil Fighters instead. Suggestions?
I'm afraid I'd get the new Pokemon games and while it would be fun to see new Pokemon and stuff, but it's what, eight gyms and the elite four? Sure it stretches it all out longer but bleh, I dunno. I've played just about every Pokemon game already anyway.
