Coruscant - 'Jedi Temple'

One more problem dealt with. Now to leave and find out what the hell is going on over at Kamino...maybe re-read those rantings and ramblings Locolovictum had written out and find out more information about this supposed Je'daii temple on Mandalore...if I had half the power Esuritio had, I'd call in a planetary cleansing...wipe the planet clean of everything and rebuild from the ground up.

A'kire would sigh, wiping the blood from her forehead, cheek and chin, the position of the three bodies making it look as if the fight could have been between them despite the obvious stench of charred flesh that arouse from the honor guard. All she had to do was come up with a reason that would pass with Locolovictum, get on her shuttle and leave. Her footsteps were just as quiet as before, making sure she wasn't heard nor seen before she wanted to be. Eventually she would reach the area where Locolovictum and Esuritio had been talking, finding the Emperor alone, seemingly content with just sitting there despite the expression on his face.

Striding up beside him, she would glance at the man's face, turning on her heels and staring at him like a well-trained soldier, her expression blank and unable to be read. A slight nod was given instead of a bow as she began to speak."My lord, something urgent has been relayed to me by the Intelligence Sector, and I plan to go and investigate this at once. I'm not sure how long this matter will take, but I assure you it will be dealt with." All she had to do now was wait to see what Locolovictum's response was going to be.

Wilca rose from the bacta tank much quicker than Elyria had expected Were the Kiffar more resilient or had his hardships on Hoth made him that much stronger? She let her thoughts wander as she and Kad waited for Wilca to dress. She thought of Corvin..of Davth..both gone to Bogan and never returned - no word except for one broken transmission..no sign to show if they were alive or dead...her fingers automatically rose to her mother's locket, her fingers playing over the case as she remembered...

It wasnt long before the Kiffar was clean, and changed stepping out with his helmet under his arm. "Well what do you think of my beskar'gam Kad?"

she couldn't help but smile - with all they had seen and been thru..they were still just young men eager to please..eager to compete..eager for approval..

well, if everyone is ready..lets head to the dinig hall - perhaps we still have time to dine before the pirate arrives she linked her arms between the two men and headed for the outside...

Enigma of Euphoria; Descending onto Tython

The zeltron was standing at the landing ramp as the ship began to descend, their was a small view screen, and his eyes were glued to the screen. The planet was serene especially from space, but as they got closer to the planet you could begin to make out the shapes of ruins aswell as signs of new construction.

There was a hiss from the landing struts as the ship made landfall, "Come now how long does it take to land this bloody ship?" his foot tapped impatiently, it had been too long since he had breathed un-circulated air let alone fresh air with no city smog and pollution. His boots made a faint clank as his footfalls landed on the ramp, the wing rustled the grasses around the ship. The planet had a certain energy about it, a hum that seemingly refreshed the man.

"So love, do we wait for my corruption to infect those who come to investigate my ship? I won't have them dealing spice and arms of course, but I may take their credits, clothes, and weapons in a game or two of cards." The zeltron crossed his arms awaiting a response over the communicator.

Coruscant: The "Jedi Temple" - Council Chambers

Locolvictum was about to get up when A'kire had returned to the council chambers. After listening to her request, Locolvictum placed his right hand's point and thumb on his chin for a moment and stared at her dead in the eyes. He wondered what with this new front. It was something different indeed, but Locolvictum was unsure if this was a front to escape or from some other reason that he was not aware of. Locolvictum also noticed what looked like some running blood on her skin. This caused his left eyebrow to raise slightly as he could only imagine what she had done this time.

"Before I answer your question, why are you bleeding? Because I can only think of a few reasons why you are, and I only like two of them."

unlinking her arms she reached into her pocket for her comm the vibration interrupting her serene mood. Gazing into the brilliant blues sky and enjoying the feel of the sun on her face..she made a slight frown as she flipped open the comm fearing it was the Council with yet another interrogation..seeing the old channel lit up once again a smile spread across her face...

"So love, do we wait for my corruption to infect those who come to investigate my ship? I won't have them dealing spice and arms of course, but I may take their credits, clothes, and weapons in a game or two of cards.

her laughter rang like clear bells through the warm breeze why Captain do not underestimate the Je'daii - be careful you do not fall prey to ..shall we say..a little "persuasion" and hand them your ship..

she turned to the young men on either side of her it is our ally Captain Dawson - I must head to the landing pad..you may go on ahead if you like or join me in greeting him..are you game?

Coruscant - 'Jedi Temple'

A few excuses would come to her mind, the Twi'lek quickly sorting through what would be the most plausible, and least likely to get Locolovictum and his men to come after her. "Apparently one of your imperial honor guards must have overheard my so called bluffing when Esuritio was here, and he took it upon himself to try and attack me. He thought I was a threat to you, but the b*****d should have seen that I was more of a threat to him than anyone else. I had to defend myself. He tried to hurtle one of the many statues at me. While it did not kill me outright, it did make contact and leave cuts on my body. Apparently even after the fool succumbed to my saber, two other within this temple attempted to attack me. I don't know who they were, but it seems my attempt at swaying Esuritio into believing I was on his side left a bad taste in others' mouths."

She would look at him again, the mention of a question making her raise a brow.. "I do not believe I asked permission. I'm taking it upon myself to search for this as I am the leader of this intelligence base. If it can be used by us against the Je'daii, then why not go after it?"

Coruscant: The "Jedi Temple" - Council Chambers

Locolvictum felt that perhaps she wasn't telling him the whole truth. As there is an actual room within the temple where people do fight to the death, and that wasn't the hallways. In any case, he decided to drop the matter for now and made a mental note to check the security footage later.

"I assumed that it was a question of sorts as you believe that this particular set of information is important enough to tell me directly instead of making making one of your the other intelligence officers do it." Locolvictum leaned forward in his chair slightly and asked, "So what is this information? I know haste is always important in matters of intelligence, but you can spare me a few minutes to share the details with me, can't you?"

Chalras dropped himself back into his command chair once Locolvictum ended the transmission, and let out a low growl clawing deep channels into the armrests of his steel seat. Disdain for those who would challenge the Emperor, and himself washing over him. His anger only grew as Commander Torven approached him. Chalras could sense the smug air radiating off of him, the fool had drawn pleasure from the insults that had just taken place. His eyes narrowed as Torven spoke, he observed every muscle on the Commanders face, and saw the slight twitch of a smile held back. "Sir what would you have us do now?" With those words Chalras snapped, leaping from his seat and burying his claws deep into Torven's neck. The fool had no time to gasp let alone scream, before he even fully realized what had just happened the Cathar stood before him holding his larynx in his bloodied hand. Falling to his knees gaspiing for air and choking on his own blood the last thing he ever saw was Chalras eating his throat.

Placing a foot on the back of the dead Commander Chalras reached down clutched a fist full of his hair, and with a sharp twisting jerk separated Toven's head from his body. Casting an evil glare to the crew who looked on paralyzed by fear and raising the severed head for all to see he began to speak through snarls. "ARE YOU FOOLS THAT DENSE! DID YOU NOT HEAR THE WORDS OF YOUR EMPEROR, YOU ARE TO INFORM THE FLEET OF OUR NEWEST ENEMY!" The crew then snapped to action broadcasting their intel on Esuritio on all Imperial channels.

Looking over the crew with the same evil glare Chalras spotted a young Zabarak trembling at her navigation terminal. "You girl come here!" Slowly she approached appearing as if she would collapse with each step, and shook like a leaf when sstanding before him. 'Y-yes Sir." "What is your name and rank solider!' "I'm M-m-midshipman, Nekroa Uesro Sir. Placing a bloody hand upon her shoulder as his lips contorted into a twisted smile. "Congratulations you have just been promoted to Commander." The Zabarak turned ghostly pale upon hearing this."Your first orders are to get my ship prepped for a trip to Coruscant, and to mount this over the observation deck." Chalras's evil grin widened as he dug his nails into Nekroa's shoulder, and raised Torven's severed head. Then pulling her in close to himself and the Torven, whispered in her ear. "If hes not mounted by the time I return you will be joining him." He then released her, shoved the head in her arms, and exited the bridge.

Coruscant - 'Jedi Temple'

A'kire would shake her head slowly, time was of the essence and anything she would say would most likely be overthought by the emperor. She knew she was attacked, but Locolovictum's singular eye said it all. He was doubting her, and that meant trouble. One very highly likely reason would come to mind as she spoke calmly.

"I can only tell you it involves Esuritio and where he may be headed to. I've still got him on comms. However, if I don't tail after him I may lose track of him. If you want him as an enemy as I could tell by your words towards him, perhaps I can still be of some assistance. I'll be in contact with you when I've learned more. For now though, time is of the essence and I must follow him - alone."

She would turn on her heels, not wanting to waste a second more before exiting the temple and heading to her own personal ship, quickly inputting the coordinates for the facility on Kamino before taking off and exiting the planet's orbit.

Galactic Hyperspace - En Route to Kamino

A'kire sat in the cockpit of her personal ship, a freighter barely outfitted for much more than light combat, but a ship that she could use until she would be able to obtain something better. Her eyes would pour over the information that she had found in Locolovictum's room. Trying to piece together what madness she had gathered from his journals as well as the information on the Kamino facility.
Why would anything be there after so many years...how did he get information on this? Is it some sort of secret weapon he plans to utilize? His ramblings seem like he's lost it completely if not nearly there...and what of his heritage...a mandalorian? One who clearly gave the je'daii a temple back on Mandalore...none of this adds up! WHY DOESN'T ANY OF THIS ADD UP!?!!? She would snarl out, punching one of the cockpit panels out of frustration, the loose ends beginning to pile up with no clear explanation to tie them together with.

Kamino - Facility Landing Pad

After a few quick hyperspace jumps, A'kire would find herself at the location the coordinates from Locolovictum's journal and personal files had led her to. Rain battered her ships hull as the waves beneath the landing pad crashed violently around her. From her knowledge of basic history, this place had been more or less abandoned, or so the general knowledge claimed it to be, so the idea of something - anything remaining on this facility would be beyond comprehension for A'kire, but those journals and files led her here, so there must be something of importance still residing.

Heavy footsteps approached the heavy doors of the facility's control center, which had seen much better days. After funding to the facility had been cut after the success of Order 66, the factory itself had gone into a strange sort of hibernation. While it looked pristine from the outside, the machines within were more than likely undergoing binary decay from years of neglect.
An abandoned clone facility, on this drab wet planet....why would Locolovictum have anything saved regarding this place? Dammit, Locolovictum, what in space are you hiding?!

To her surprise, the door was unlocked, it seemed that as soon as funding had been cut to the facility, the workers and people who lived there had seemingly upped and left, leaving whatever they were doing where it sat. Papers and fliers were strewn about on the floor, and the dimmed, half working lights cast strange shadows along the walls and floor as the Twi'lek made her way inside. The place was like a ghost town, a snapshot of a once busy and thriving facility now left for nature to reclaim.

The facility was evidently abandoned. The door behind akire closed by themselves after she made her entrance. At least the doors still functioned properly. Circuits were hanging from the insides of the ceilings while releasing sparks as well. There was still power being generated. Water puddles were everywhere, and more was dripping through the ceiling. Maintenance was out of the question. Terminals were everywhere, showing fading images, numbers, past contracts, chopped up audio logs and glitchy video recordings. More sparks shot out from the walls as the lights dimmed again.

Suddenly a mechanical female voice echoed throughout the room. "W-warning, N-no entry into into classified s-sector without aut-auth-auth-authorization." The female mechanical voice stopped for a second before starting up again."This is a secure zone please l-leave this a-a-a-a-area immediately." "system malfunction- At-at-attention all personell, possible intruder in classified sector 67, p-please verify i-i-i-i-ii-identity." A hand print terminal popped up from the ground with it's lights flashing.

Kamino - Facility Entrance

"W-warning, N-no entry into into classified s-sector without aut-auth-auth-authorization. This is a secure zone please l-leave this a-a-a-a-area immediately. System malfunction- At-at-attention all personell, possible intruder in classified sector 67, p-please verify i-i-i-i-ii-identity"

A'kire would narrow her eyes as she overheard the facility's automated security measures kicking in after what must have been years of neglect. The fact that there was water dripping amidst the sparking wires was reason for caution, but this new security measure would catch her off guard. It seemed there were already measures keeping her from getting what she came here for. It was obvious that using any type of weapon on the identification pad would more than likely result in a lockdown of the system, or worse, some other malfunction that could put her in danger. However, she couldn't just place her hand upon the scanner. Her unique handprint wouldnt have been registered in the systems data bank.

Looking around, A'kire would find what would appear to be a poster, hastilly slapped up on the walls of the facility, a bit of dirt smeared over where it was literally slapped onto the wall using a simple adhesive and brunt force. Seeing this gave the twi'lek an idea as she would carefully peel the notice from the wall, taking it over to the scanner, and placing it atop the sensor, hoping that whomever put this up had left a legible handprint on it.

"I-I-I-Identity verified. Higher level security clearance recognized Ac-c-c-ccess Granted. W-W-W-Welcome Mast-"

The fingerprint terminal lowered itself back into the ground. Suddenly the ground shook at Akire's feet before part of the ground that was below formed a circular platform and began lowering itself. Apparently, Akire was standing on an elevator platform.
"Be advised, this is a secure facility. Any and all operations must remain confidential. Disclosure to outside parties is a violation of your confidentiality agreement. You also assume liability for any personal injuries or death during your visit. Thank you."

"Arriving at level 2"
"Arriving at Level 3"
"A-A-A-Arriving at Level 4"
"Arriving at Level 6"

The elevator platform suddenly stopped in it's tracks.
"Alert, system malfunction"
The elevator platform moved even slower now before stopping at level five.
"Arriving at Level 5"
The platform maintained its slow speed as it went back up.
"Arriving at level 4"
The elevator platform dropped down quickly leaving the female airborne for a couple of seconds before stopping at level 6 again, catching the passenger.
"A-A-A-A-A-Arriving at level 6
Be advised, this is a non smoking facility, please put out all cigarettes i-i-i-immediately."

The elevator platform moved at it's slowly speed back to level 2 before small fumes of smoke and sparks leaked from the walls.
"Warning! This is a non smoking facility. Please extinguish all cigarettes immediately."
"System Mal-mal-mal-malfunction. This elevator is down for maintenance, please choose another."

The doors were locked and there was no way out.
The platform dropped again at it's top speed which was supported by the gravity of this world, once again leaving Akire airborne and free falling for 3 minutes.
"Arriving at level 7"
Arriving at level 8.......
P-p-p-p-passing levels 9 t-t-t-t-t-t-t-through-....."

The sound of the elevator slamming on the ground echoed back to the twilek.
"Arriving at level 25, c-c-c-c-c-c-cryo containment level. Be advised, this level maintains extremely cold temperatures. Please dress warmly. Thank you."
The elevator sat at the bottom waiting for the passenger it left airborne. Once she landed at the bottom she would be in a ultra cold environment which was full of cryo containment pods. Most of the pods were closed, containing deceased specimens whether deformed or not deformed. Some of the pods were open showing off the dead. One cryo pod at the end of the hall had a key pad on it and the number "67" written in red paint. This individual pod still had power being provided to it's life support systems.

Kamino - Umderground Cryo Chambers

The sudden plummeting of the elevator followed by the even more sudden stop at the bottom of the floor would cause the airborn twi'lek to suddenly slam down on the elevator floor, hitting the tiles with a force that would most likely kill someone not wearing the armor she was. A few bones in her arm may have broken, but the twi'lek would fight off the pain, slowly frocing herself back up as she dusted herself off. Ignoring the faulty announcement system, A'kire would step out from within, the elevator more of less unhumarmed. The bone chilling air clung to her alabaster skin as she glanced around, feeling another warm trickle of blood coming from the now re-opened wound on her froehead.

Containment level...cryogenics...the hell are they building here? I'd have thought the cryostasis machines had been long sicne shut down or malfunctioned.....strange that they still work...despite the brazen lack of life on this floor... As she walked past the bodies within the cryo pods, something would catch her eye. At the far end of the hallway there seemed to be one remaining pod with power flowing through its ciruits which gave off an eerie blue glow. Upon further inspection the numbers '67' were written on the pod in a faded red. Could this be what Locolovictum had been informed about....? How is anything in this factory still alive....its...almost unheard of. She would look at the pod and the adjacent control panel, glancing over the buttons before hitting a command on the screen to release the subject from within its cryo-prison, grasping both of her sabers just incase things went south.

"Command authenticated."
A female mechanical voice said. Two yellow lights at the uppercorners of the pod began flashing as the process began.
"Shutting down cryostasis protocols for specimen 67. Call sign "Omega 1" "
"Initiating bio scans and supplemental bacta cycles."
"Heart rate normal."
"No muscle defects detected"
"Nervous system functioning normal"
"All vital signs stable"
"Shutting down cryo pod 67."

The pod opened up slowly, releasing a huge wave of cold air. A heavily armored body rested inside parts covered in small pieces of ice. The yellow flashing lights stopped as the doors finished their moving motion.

The male's hands repeatedly twitched before forming into fists. The soldier reached out to grab the handle bars at the sides of the pod before climbing out. Small pieces of ices cracked and fell from his armor as he clutched his fists again to recover from a long deep sleep. He shook his shoulders and arms which led to him fully regaining control of his body. The hud that was built into his helmet came online, all systems checked out, his vital signs were stable, and he was ready for action.

The male who towered above the twilek scanned his surroundings by instinct. This were way different when he was last awake, things were more busy, bore vibrant, more populated. He faced forward before looking down at the female. "You are not Lord Rahl." a deep voice said.
