Jenannen: Congratulations~ ^^ Another little princess! heart Have your baby girl one day early. XD Then she and I can share a birthday.

Hubby and I were friends for five years, dated for three, and were engaged for a year and a half. No one can say we rushed into things. *lol*

Meave: That's horrible! ;0; Did someone accidentally step on a kitten?

Actually the whole incident is like this....

Meave's family doesn't have any pets, so the kitten is not ours. And in fact, Meave is afraid of cats and dogs and many other animals, so Meave will strongly object if ever brother wants a dog, which is why There is no pets in Meave's house.*relieved*

BUT! These few days, the weather of Meave's area turns bad the keeps raining, cold and wet and damp. Few days ago, Meave saw a cat coming IN the dining room, and Meave tried to shooed the cat away(while trembling...) But the cat didn't get it, it go UPSTAIRS!

Meave quickly go out to fetch brother and parents,(they are parking the car outside...). And Then, Daddy bring a wooden stick along and search all the rooms. Finally, found that the cat is cuddling a kitten under one of the cupboards in parent's room.

We had no other choice but to leave her with the kitten for days, and during that period of time, meave do not dare to go inside parent's room, and Meave always closed the door, which is bothersome(we are not accustomed to close the doors between rooms). And there was twice Meave lock herself out of Meave's own room!(grrr...)

Then, 2 days ago, the kitten started to learn to walk and DARE to go up to Meave's territory! scream (originally the kitten don't know how to walk, which is why Meave let them be there...)So, daddy use a wooden stick to push the cat into a box, then leave it outside the kitchen. The mother cat came back and she took the kitten out of the box and TRIED to bring the kitten back to the roomm upstairs. Unfortunately for them...(fortunately for Meave...), there are aunties at the living room and at that time and shooed her away. AT the end, the cat cuddled the kitten in the corner of the kitchen.

Meave had begged parents to give the cat and kitten a cloth, not that Meave is symathetic,(well, the cat had been rude and the cat DARE to sleep on Meave's bed before the kitten incident!) But the kitten is soooo cute...and it miews in a way, that is so....pitiful... AND one more important point is that, MEave won't want anything to die in the kitchen, it will be horrible! But parents assured Meave it will be ok, since the mom cat is cuddling the kitten.

Yesterday morning when Meave woke up, Meave went to have a peeped on the kitten...(just a peep from the door slit...still afraid of cats), and the mother cat is no where to be seen. Afternoon, when Meave come back from school, Meave have another peep...Meave observed the kitten for some minutes, and Meave began to think the kitten already dead. The kitten's posture of sleeping stayed the same from the morning until afternoon. Meave told parents(in a tearful manner) and they said : " If it is dead...all we can do is buried it." Well, that is true, but it is so scary to Meave and the kitten is soooo poor. sad

Dad confirm the kitten is dead this morning, when Meave observed the kitten again, no sign of movement, stayed in the same posture. Daddy planned to buried it later in afternoon.

But in teh afternoon when Meave come back, the kitten is GONE!
