"..Hm." River stood up cracking her knuckles to relieve the pressure around her. It seemed to work as she stepped around Trina and walked towards the bar slow in her step insomnia laced eyes mocking the petty feelings people hold for each other like a mirror. Reflected right back in there faces to show how rediculous they look to her. "...Ah." She sighed out gazing over the shelves.

"Fine." Trina answered, as she always answered. She drifted behind River, smiling for no apparent reason once again. She had no opinion or judgement on much, and especially not people. She wondered how River was, but waited to ask.
Richard slept on, and if he dreamed, he did not show it.

"That lady was nice. Corinne? We can call her Aunt Corinne you know." Ellen whispered, and Alyssa thought about this in the dark. She had no opinion either way on the subject. "Yes...she did seem nice huh?" She agreed, wishing her sister would let her sleep. "Aren't you tired?" Alyssa asked, and Ellen said nothing. "You just shook your head huh?" Alyssa guessed, smiling to herself. Her sister was awfully...air headed at times. "Oh, right! Yeah, I did." Ellen said with a giggle.

Corinne smiled at the ring on her finger and then up at Richard. Carefully she pulled away from him and kissed him gently before heading up the stairs.

"I can hear them, can you not? Children are so loud." River commented picking up a coffee cup after the coffee was done and filled the mug blowing over the top of it. "...I feel like I am slipping Trina. Who knew Kaden could take that much out of someone." Rubbing her brow line she sighed, "Thank Jashin I have Telly around to sit for them." River murmured skimming the clue haired woman with a slow blink. "You have been well which is always good to hear my friend."

Trina's dark eyes flickered to the ceiling for a minute as well, then to Corinne, and then back to River. "Yes...but I like the sound." She said with a faint smile. The smile fades again though as she listens to River. "Telly? I've not met this person. I am glad for it if you are." She studied River for a moment, but said nothing about how sleep deprived she looked. Why mention something if you had no solution? "I am glad to provide it then. Do you really dislike it? Caring for the young ones?" She inquired, not judging, just asking in that unintrusive way of hers.

"Oh, I love my children even though we aren't blood related." River stated softly. Despite the obvious insomnia around her eyes the woman looked completely awake in her self-indugence. She looked like she'd been well rested though if anything people could see she never slept. That was a small down fall though no one ever spoke up to question her about it. "I'm sure they respect me enough to love me back; I don't expect anything from them anyways.. .." River quirked a brow at the woman, "You like the sound of there voices? Because they are young...Hopeless." River stated bluntly but it sounded fair. Raising a hand to her long hair she ran it through pushing most of the strings in her face back.

Trina was not sure if River meant she was hopeless, or children were. Either way, she did not mind. "I do not doubt you." She said of the first statement. Then her dark eyes flicker to the window, watching it for a moment. "Yes...because they are young. And untainted." Trina shrugged, a new gesture she had picked up from the inhabitants of Gaia. She wasn't sure if that were bad or good, but oh well.
"Are you excited about tomorrow?" Alyssa groaned inwardly. She had nearly been asleep. "Oh yes, can't wait." She said, rolling over again. "Me too. I think it'll be fun!" Ellen said excitedly, and Alyssa had to count to three before responding again. "It most certainly will be."

"Rage brings out the worst in children." River stated politly watching her shrug with curiosity never before witnessing such a gesture from Trina. " If you've seen them angry you wouldn't think such things- But I understand your view on it." The murmur that left her lips could of been cold and dishearting, but it merely stated her thoughts on it. "..." Staring at the stairs she cracked her neck setting the now empty cup down to walk around the bar and back towards the Piano. "Join me please Trina." River motioned with her hand as she grabbed a chair lifted it up and onto the stage.

Trina thought about River's words. She had seen Maara angry once...but people's anger, when compared to Sachin's hatred and rage, was merely amusing. At least, when Trina was in her right mind. Which wasn't often.

Corinne stopped outside the door to Richard's room when she thought she heard voices inside. She knocked against the door gently, not wanting to wake the girls if they were asleep and she was mistaken.

Trina snapped back out of her own thoughts, blinking at River. "I can't play." She said softly, stepping lightly over anyway to sit with her friend. "Music...beautiful as it is...I cannot make it." And that was true. She became mesmerized even as she sought to make it.
Immediately, it went quiet inside the room. "Are we supposed to be sleeping?" Ellen whispered quietly to Alyssa, clearly not wanting to get in trouble. Alyssa was sitting up again, watching the door. No one would possibly come all the way here and attack them...right? "I don't know." She whispered back, Ellen slipping from bed, Alyssa getting up too. Ellen didn't know much magic. Alyssa did. "Uncle?" Alyssa tried, her sister following suit. "Aunt Corinne?" Ellen asked.

Alyssa crawled back into bed. Alright? Just why in the name of God would she be? Then again, why would anyone ask? She said nothing though as she slipped back beneath the covers, wanting to sleep and think of nothing for a while. Ellen was more conversational though, not looking in the least bit tired. "Oh! Yep, we are alright! Are you alright and stuff?" She asked, standing at the door with Corinne, smiling still.
