Weird, I don't know how I missed that you had replied...
But isn't one of the determining factors for addiction that it interfere w/ normal daily function?
I found some good uses for the Mega Ball in Search Man's maze. It was just fun to experiment w/ a ricochet weapon, b/c it reminded me of the Gemini Laser (MM3). The only thing I really minded w/ the snowboarding was the digitized voice.
Yeah, Zero 1 and the ZX games tried to be more open world. It worked okay for Z1, but they scrapped it in favor of teleporting to missions in later Zero installments.
Ah, having to replay that is annoying. Cool, I'm glad you enjoyed Ratchet and Clank.

Yeah, going through the beginnings, I see the horrid way videos translated into the HD, but the humor is still there. Of course, I am not looking forward to the grinding . .. but still, the fun weapons are worth it. ^_^

Yeah, some of those weapons are Painkiller (a game where you can get a gun that shoots electrified shuriken) strange.

I always thought the electrified whip was a bit of a cheap weapon, personally.

I was incorrect. The gun shoots shuriken and lightning separately. It's been a while since I played the first one, but I'm pretty sure it was in that one: http://www.gog.com/gamecard/painkillerI enjoy the morning star / flail in RnC (don't know which game exactly).

I just loved the absurdity of them all. Some of the weapons were intimidating, others were just simply ridiculous. It was humor and violence all in one.
