So now we not only have the animated ship on the top of the screen but we now have an animated ad for the new RIG? Good lord, Gaia. Stop whoring so much. It's like eye pollution

Update on the sister front:
I called to ask mom something. Alicia answered the phone. She was rude and rather short with me. Whatever. I asked mom if Alicia and her were going. Alicia said she was. Come to find out that she wants to go so she can drink the hot cocoa with butterscotch and see the Jack Frost character. *shrugs*

She'd better drop her attitude before tomorrow because Brian won't put up with that s**t regardless of whether or not mom is in the car with us

On the upside, my little sister is awesome (I'm the 'black sheep' believe it or not) and will be one of the only reasons X-Mas will be tolerable this year, since we're getting the whole family together, instead of just the immediates.

Well I can't really b***h about a little sister, As I am the baby in the family.

Let's see, my mom calls my brother and I oil and a lite match. If one of us doesn't start the fires of fury than the other one will. With either remarks about my tatt and piercing or me going on about his inability to display or seem like he has emotion. Even though how I express my emotions is confusing he sets the bar to a whole new level. Among other things.

My sister, well she's the oldest. She's the one that can do no wrong. When we were little she would always do things and bluntly admit to them. Though somehow my brother and I would be the ones that got blamed for it and punished. By the age 14 I said ******** it and actually had fun doing the things I was supposedly doing. Figuring I might as well have a good time if i was going to get into trouble anyway.

So..

This "Christmas outing day" isn't starting off well. I get up and call mom

me: Hey, I wanna leave by noon (it's now 11)
mom: well.. okay.. Alicia's still in bed
me: .. uh.. sweatdrop
mom: don't worry, it doesn't take long to get her moving (which is a total lie btw)
me: well i'm already ready
mom: I'm sitting in bed in my PJ's watching tv
me:... well, I'm just calling so you guys can be ready
mom: Call me RIGHT before you leave the house. I'm still laying around (she does this so she can START getting ready when I leave the house. Note that it takes literally 2 seconds to get to her house from my place)
me: (thinking to myself how we had a similar discussion last night about when we were going to leave and how we're no way leaving at noon)

IS THAT SO MUCH TO ASK?

It started snowing at 8pm last night. They're calling for 24 inches and I had to go to work today.

They're saying that they won't be able to plow on the side streets until early Monday morning.

The snow was so bad on the way home, it was hard to tell whether you were driving towards a plowed portion of the road. And if you guessed wrong you ended up receiving a Windsheild full of snow.

It took us over an hour to dig a path so my car could get back into the driveway.

Now see, that's snow.
A few weeks ago, people here in central Texas where freaking out because the weather report said that we would be getting 2 inches of snow.
I've lived in Texas all my life, and it never snows, we just get sleet and ice. and even if it does snow, it barely half and inch.

So this was no big deal to me. However, people where going crazy. My brother works at a grocery store, and people where stock piling can foods, water, generators, and all this stuff as if they would be trapped in there houses for days. People buying chains for their cars, I mean they where going all out.

Then the day come where they said it would snow. And Guess what, it did snow, BUT it snowed for about 30 min. And to top it off, it didn't even stay on the ground, it melted before it could even pile up to be snow. So we had no snow in the end. And I just laugh at all the stupid people who though this would turn into a blizzard.

People in Central and Southern Texas just can't deal with cold.

LOL, yeah. I love those kind of snow storms. I went to North Carolina one year and it snowed while I was in town. Crystal and I were sitting outside smoking in hoodies Chilling. While we watched it all melt before hitting the ground. That is the kind of snow I want.

I'm thinking of posting more pictures. While I go out to smoke I watch as the snow piles on. My car has just about the same amount of snow my dad's car has had sense the storm started. And my car was cleaned off at 3p.m. when i walked inside.

The driveway next to mine looks like a skating rink it's piled so high. They're not going to like it when they come home from vacation.

I think the most amusing thing I've seen from this snow storm has been a SnowPlow stuck in a ditch.
