Although Verily's bludger missed the Hufflepuff captain, Heather's own bludger slammed into her. So instead of going after the poor girl again, Ver spun after a bludger and aimed it at another main competition, Ariana. Sure the red head had yet to spot the snitch while Shina seemed to be right on its trail... but that didn't mean Ver shouldn't try and make it that much harder on the Vice Captain. She aimed and swung, praying for a hit.

Ada smiled wider when Chase failed to steal again. She was almost... as soon as she got within shooting range, she went for it. The ball went barreling at the goals, and she crossed her fingers that the Keeper would miss.

((OOC: outfit in picture)) Ariana squinted harder, ignoring the world around her. That was probably a bad idea considering she didn't notice that a bludger was heading straight for her. BAM! It slammed into her. "Ow!" Ariana cried out. It stung. Although the ball hit into her thigh, it hurt a whole lot! Tears sprung into her eyes, but she had to fight through the pain if she wanted a chance at catching, or even spotting that snitch. Armour Class: +17
