Except that sound didn't work like that, without a much louder sound to cancel it out. Being a STAB move, Tympole's sound attack was just barely over K-Rok's. Not enough to effectively mute out the attack. Furthermore, K-Rok held the superior special attack stat. In short, Tympole's Uproar was powerful, but the only thing that Tympole was saving from the Snarl attack was Avan.
The four waves would come to meet the three waves of Uproar, one last coming right after the end of Uproar to deal the devastating blow to Tympole, should he remain active.
[Yo, this b***h is tryin' to upstage us!] one Sandile shouted.
K-Rok merely smirked. It was a valiant effort. K-Rok disappeared suddenly.
With Aerial Ace, he appeared before Avan, George now behind him. He was grinning now, the distance between them didn't exist as he aimed to slam into Avan and take him to the floor.
Where Avan would be, if he was hit, subject to a Crunch attack that would envelop his head and allow K-Rok to proceed into a Fling attack toward George, using Avan as the item, unless Avan could get away.

The same closeness that Topper wanted to take advantage of was the same thing that let Salieri save Wukong from the Watchog's attack. As the Pursuit closed in, she grabbed onto Wukong's hand and pulled him close to her body so Topper would miss at the last second. Wukong swung around Sal's arm to cling onto her back as she dove into the forest.
The dense forest floor was filled with tall grass, housing many different types of wild pokemon. Trees roots littered the ground as Salieri zigzagged past massive pillars of bark and leaves. "I know you trained with Liuye Dao, but I'm going to need someone with more of a voice."
Grabbing a pokeball out of her bag, she released Chen Zhen as she kept running. Materializing in a seated position atop his Grey Air Balloon, her Pansage floated at a speed that was enough to keep up with his trainer. Based on the look of concern on her face, he guessed that they weren't in a very good situation.
"Long story short, Plasma's got a dragon skull and we're being tailed by that creep from the Dreamyard," she explained, never stopping her sprint. "See if you can set up some traps to catch this guy. Turn this forest into a weapon. My attacks...they aren't working anymore."
Chen Zhen nodded, and floated upwards quickly, disappearing into the trees. Salieri couldn't damage him? He didn't know what was going on, but he had to get working quickly. He knew how forests worked more than many. He had a plan in mind.
Any second now, Topper followed by Bill would probably be hot on their trail. "Wukong," she said over her shoulder, "We need to stall until Chen Zhen's ready."
Wukong nodded and Salieri stopped running for a second. With Wukong still atop her back, she leaned forward and the Monferno began to breakdance atop her. With his legs aflame with Blaze Kick, he made a sweeping windmill motion. The flames sliced right through the nearby trees, causing them to topple behind the duo and make a block in their path. It wouldn't hold them for long.
Salieri stood up straight and kept running forward again, with Wukong now running beside her. Assuming that their pursuers got to the block in the path, they'd be stalled momentarily trying to get past it. Salieri had no idea where she was going, and just listened for Chen Zhen to call her.

Takamaru Waved off the insult, no use exchanging words with some one who cant even here you right? After Boaz begain typing into his Phone Tk became a tad worried, unsure of what to do next he ordered Iron Hide to to 'Dig' just to be on the safe side.
While The large Iron Pokemon did this, Tk jumped up and Grabbed the branch of a tree, effectivly pulling him self into the cover of said Tree. Both now Being free of being Targeted by the 'lock on.'
From there Iron Hide would Emerge in a different location, his head only, and use another 'Metal sound' Attack before Re-emerging himself into the ground. Depending on what would transpire from there would depend on Null's actions.
'That Phone's gotta go' He thought while Traversing the Tree's around the battle. He had given Iron Hide Free range to attack however he pleased, unless ordered other wise.

"********' troublesome brat!" Bill shouted as he gave chase.
Topper didn't let his miss stop him, he kept on after the duo. Strength powered his muscles as he ran into the tree barricade, exploding through it as the trunks were thrown with an immense burst of strength.
One of the trunks burst into the air and Topper jumped with it, his keen eye allowing him to spot the duo amongst the thick foliage, the slightest movement on top of recognizable color. Taking the tree in hand, Strength still active, he'd use Fling to thrown the tree at the duo.

Salieri heard the trees get torn apart behind her, and looked around to see Topper in the air. When he threw the trunk, she skidded to a halt to face it.
Wukong didn't need an order to know that he had to intercept the tree. Opening his mouth, he unleashed a beam of visibly red heat at the tree trunk. The projectile burned up in the air, scattering into ashes from being vaporized by the Heat Wave beam before it could get close to touching the duo.
The beam would continue on towards where Topper was in midair. Knowing she was safe, Salieri turned and kept running while holding the middle finger out to Bill behind her. When Wukong finished up the attack, he too would make to retreat with his trainer deeper into the forest.

A thunder bolt attack caused the heat wave to explode at a safe distance as Topper landed and continued with Pursuit. Now that he knew where they were, he could use the move more effectively, quickly gaining ground.
"This is it, girly!?" Bill shouted to Salieri as he continued to run after her. "All that braggin', and you can't even stand up and fight? This is martial arts? This is why ya can't fight men, you got no idea how fightin' actually works!"
Topper would only use the closed distance for his next attack. At the closer distance he would use Grass Knot, the vines coming out of the ground in an attempt to grab and trip up Salieri and Wukong.
It wasn't much, but if it worked it would allow Topper to fully catch up with them, and Bill as well depending on how long they were stopped by it. If it worked, Topper would follow up with a wave of Toxic.

It all happened so quickly. Everything had the chance to go so wrong in that one instant. But Luka had improved his reaction times somewhat. As everything happened, he had just enough time to scream out to his Pokémon. "Kai, swerve."
Kai trumpeted in his ball and began to arc around the Krookodile. If pulled off correctly and fast enough, Kai would be able to avoid the Stone Edge completely, which he was doing a decent job of as he charged along. Unless the Krookodile moved to cut him off, Kai would start to unfurl as the Trubbish came into view. Either way, he was going to collide with one of the Pokémon. ((The way I see the layout is like Trubbish behind Krookodile with Trubbish aiming off in the opposite direction to where Kai is aiming))
Squirt, however, was not in a good position. He was caught in the air with a Thunder Wave heading towards him. There was just one problem with the Blitzle's method of attack. By hitting Squirt with a Quick Attack the Blitzle had changed Squirt's course. The Tirtouga refused to be forced out of his Aqua Jet and the Quick Attack merely shunted him in a different direction. This meant that the Thunder Wave would never meet its target because Squirt was still moving. This chance meant that Squirt could once again aim for Krookodile, hoping to hit.
Tayla was forced to fly backwards by the Sludge Bomb, but, her prowess in the air had improved greatly. She immediately used the new momentum to swing herself around the tree and hopefully ram into the Trubbish. This would, if everything worked correctly, throw the Trubbish into Kai's attack and Tayla would be able to jump away in time to avoid any damage.
Luka saw his Pokémon acting how they should and focused on the big steel fist that was flying towards him. If that hit him in the face, he'd no longer have a face to talk with. So, as it flew towards him he would move backwards and duck. By doing this, the fist would most likely fly into the nearby tree rather than his face.

((So, Blitzle managed to knock Squirt in another direction. I'll take that as Blitzle being superior to Squirt in strength. Now it's canon. =D))
Squirt would, first and foremost, need to land before he could use Aqua Jet again. Since he was caught in the air. This just meant that Blitzle could meet him again with Quick Attack. Being superior in strength, he'd likely throw the Pokemon off toward a tree as soon as they made contact, utilizing Squirt being thrown then to fire off a Shock Wave attack. Assuming Quick Attack hit, of course.
Krookodile, meanwhile, stepped into Kai's path again, this time aiming to catch the fire/fighting type before releasing a second round of Stone Edge.
Trubbish, finally, only had to deal with Tayla. Ramming into Trubbish was a dumb idea, and she wouldn't have time to do anything but curse herself for utilizing her momentum in a swing that would put her directly in line of another Sludge Bomb, with no Protect to mute out the damage.
Albert punched the tree, steel gauntlet protecting his fist. He'd then twist himself to block Luka's path, putting Luka's back toward the tree and seriously limiting his room to dodge the steel clad boot that aimed for his stomach, threatening to bruise some organs should it connect.

As she ran, Salieri brushed her loose hairs away from her eyes and grinned. "You should know this isn't a fight anymore!" she called out to him, laughing condescendingly after. She just needed to keep him baited, so he didn't see what was coming next. "It'll be a beatdown!"
As Topper came closer, Wukong used his Mach Speed to disappear, coming back into view when he landed atop a tree branch ahead of Salieri. He held out his hand for her and pulled her up, just in time for her to avoid the Grass Knot that rose from the ground. She swung up to where Wukong stood and perched alongside the branch, sticking her tongue out at Bill.
Wukong finally understood the sort of tactic Sal was going for. He pointed down at Topper. [Hey, you know you look kind of like a beaver, right?]
It wasn't just regular pokespeak. His words were tainted with the power of Taunt, making the target who heard them become livid with anger at the insult. If Topper became inflicted, which would happen just from hearing it, he'd be convinced to start aggressively attacking Wukong.
[And that beaver means v****a?]

"Heh, no pride! It's a woman's place to fear the power of men, to be dominated by us! No wonder you're running away!" Bill shouted. He grinned. "Ya fear domination! Don't worry girly, I'll put ya in yer place!"
Topper, meanwhile, didn't seem to react to the Taunt. Instead his body lowered to the ground and he appeared to disappear underneath the dirt as it came away from him. Dig.
Only a moment later would the tree Salieri was on be engulfed in flames. Beginning to burn, it would likely force her to evacuate the tree. Which would, a second after, be knocked from the ground at the base, roots pulling up as Toppre exited his Dig with the power of Strength carrying the tree.
In the air, he would utilize Keen Eye to target Wukong before thrusting the burning tree in a Strength powered Fling.

Salieri was still grinning. Wukong thought it was weird that the two humans continued to smile as they were insulted. Hmph, human pride is a strange thing.
"Running away? Who said I was running?"
When Topper dug underground and the tree that Salieri was on began to rock, she immediately knew what was going on. Because she had once before used a very similar tactic, in her battle against Chili.
-Flashback-
"Flame Charge!"
Enhancing his speed even further, Pansear reacted like a shot, darting to the side; one moment he was there, the next he vanished. This time instead of just leaving flaming footprints in the grass, a good portion of it turned into fire that raged, not just high, but wide like the wake of a boat. With Chen Zhen unable to keep up under the ground, Pansear sped towards one of the trees on the arena.
It became alight as he scurried up it, darting from branch to branch until he reached the top. The tree leaves exploded into dancing red flame as Pansear used the tree as a crow's nest; scouting the arena to spot where Chen Zhen might pop out from. The flames he'd trailed through the grass were beginning to spread, creating a wall of fire. Or in other words, lessening the area that Chen Zhen could battle in, or indeed jump out from. Knowing that the heat would begin to seep into the soil and force Chen Zhen to surface quickly, Pansear put his back to the area with the most flame.
Above Chen Zhen, the battlefield was scorching. Soon, all the plant life would be burned up. And when that happened, the field would be safer. Until then, Chen Zhen had to be careful. Fortunately, Pansear had moved itself into a perfect position for him.
He had originally intended on using the tree as a distraction for Pansear, but the fire monkey being atop it was just as fine. Salieri had no idea where Chen Zhen was, but he needed to get out from underground before the heat got to him. “Rise up!”
From underneath the base of the little tree, the ground crumbled and expanded as Chen Zhen pushed up rapidly, blowing the tree and Pansear out from the ground. The soaked roots at the bottom of the tree became dry when exposed to the air, and then lit up entirely as the fire spread across it’s body.
-End Flashback-
Salieri lept off of the branch and onto another that was attached to an adjacent tree. Wukong followed as the tree they were on became eungulfed in flames. And just as Salieri had predicted, the tree was uprooted by Topper.
"Been there, done that," she mocked. Her eyes widened when the tree was hurled, but only because it flew with pinpoint accuracy at Wukong. The Monferno barely had time to react.
With no order given, Wukong simply allowed himself to drop from one branch to a lower one, allowing gravity to give him the dodge. The burning tree slammed into the one that Salieri stood on. The Battle Girl wildly waved her arms momentarily to regin balance before jumping to a third tree, as the one see just stood one was beginning to fall down.
Wukong lept from his branch over to Salieri. After Salieri pulled down her eyelid and gave Bill the finger once more while Wukong turned to lightly slap his own butt for Topper to see (as in "Kiss my a**"), the duo lept to another tree, and continued doing so in succession.
He's using up his energy attacking, but keeping them at bay isn't going to cut it for much longer. As she jumped form branch to branch like the monkey that was next to her, Salieri's mind wandered to her second monkey. Without Bill looking at her face, she allowed herself to show an expression of concern.

The tree that was hit caught alight as it fell, both trees burning as Tropper landed upon another tree. The trunk, for only a second, then he kicked off. He was giving chase again, using Pursuit to quickly chase down the fleeing enemy. It was his own high speed movement technique that relied entirely on Wukong fleeing in order to work.
Angry and bitter, Topper would use Grass Knot again. Keen Eye predicted the location and the vines would form as soon as Wukong landed. Without his mach punch to give him a speed boost, Topper figured he'd be unlikely to dodge.
It would, if it hit, only be a temporary stall but it would be long enough for Topper to come crashing in for a Pursuit attack.
Bill, meanwhile, was left all sorts of debris to dodge as he kept after the duo. Jumping over this hole, then that burning tree, etc. Needless to say, he was getting particularly annoyed at all of the running for no payout.
"That's it!" Bill called as he stopped. His voice boomed with rage, he knew Salieri wasn't far enough away to not hear him.
"You said that Asian b***h was your friend?! I'll bet she's here someplace, I'll just go have some fun with her! Different kind of fun!" Of course, this wasn't entirely a threat. Though Bill didn't plan to have a 'different kind of fun' with the Korean girl, probably just beat her up in frustration if he found her.

As soon as Bill called out to her, Salieri froze atop the tree branch she landed on. Her back to Bill, and her expression masked by her position.
Wukong furrowed his brow. [Why'd you stop-]
As soon as he landed on another branch right behind Salieri, grass popped out and tied down his feet. It was very weak, but it was enough to call him to fall forward and if he missed his step on a crack in the sidewalk. The stunned chimpanzee fell from his perch, and was slammed by Topper into a tree trunk while in midair. The Monferno slid down it's length to the forest floor.
Wukong stood up slowly after the attack, panting out of breath now that Topper had finally caught up with him. Two attacks he resisted in a row wasn't much damage, but more of them would stack up over time and his defenses weren't all that great. He glanced up at Salieri in the trees.
What's going on with her? What about the plan?
Slowly, Salieri began to turn her head. Her eyes were masked in the darkness of the shadows of the leaves, but her mouth was clearly visible. It curled into a grimace that made her pointed canine teeth evident, like an angry predator.
"...what did you say about Eunmi?"

"Didn't hear me?" Bill called as he slowly - finally - got around to catching up. "I said I was gonna have some better fun with yer friend. Yer runnin' away, and ya beat her, so I figure I can beat her, too, right? So I'll just go 'n do that and then have some fun to make up for all this energy yer makin' me burn," Bill explained. He smirked. "Run some more and I'll just go do that. This is yer last chance girly, fight or flight, no matter what I'm gettin' mine."
Topper, meanwhile, did not let up the assault. Wukong hit the ground and Topper kicked off of the tree trunk with powerful legs, the force of Strength behind them to cause the tree to fall as he moved away.
This time it was Giga Impact.

"Pa-paaaaaan!"
Like magic, Chen Zhen's voice echoed through the forest, quietly enoigh that it could be attributed to the wind. But Salieri was expecting it, and she heard it in full force. The Battle Girl wiped non existant sweat from her brow theatrically as she leaned against the tree with her arms crossed.
"Whoa, whoa, okay. For a second there it sounded like you were going to rape her or something. Alright then, you want a fight? It's too late for that."
Wukong's eyes met Topper's, and as the Watchog came at him he hopped about a foot into the air.
"You already lost."
Putting his fists together, Wukong brought down his hands for a hammer blow with the power of Mach Punch as Topper passed underneath him harmlessly. With the recharge time that came from Giga Impact, dodging the super fast blow would be nearly impossible. Assuming he got hit, his face would be pounded towards the dirt.
Except that because there was a hole being formed in the ground underneath him, his face would never truly come into contact with the ground. Chen Zhen's arms reached up from underneath, the rest of his body covered by shadows. He would grasp for Topper and pull him towards the ground. If Wukong pounded down Topper, then Chen Zhen would grab his head and pull him into the hole formed by Dig.
Which would close up again almost instantly with the power of Recycle around Topper's upper body, burying him halfway into the dirt. If Wukong missed, Chen Zhen would form the hole near Topper's legs and pull down his lower half. Either way, he was trying to trap the Watchog in a hole.
And as this all happened, a huge log suspended by thick chords of silk swung from the canopy down at Bill's side like a ram to topple him over. It whistled through the air with great speed, which almost masked the sound of many Sewaddle laughing their own names from up in the trees.
