"It's not working." Hakura grumbled, on the phone.
"Maybe his comm. link's off?" Surina suggested, finishing Lucifer's bike. The owner of the vehicle was beating himself up, digging his fists into the walls of the garage.
"Bleep them, I'm gonna find her myself." He growlled, heading over to the bike, shoving Surina aside.
"Hey, cool it! If your story's true, then that means that guy who beat you so badly's gotta be with Zephyr! Not to mention several armed thugs!" She fortold, turning him to face her. Lucifeer knocked the hand away and mounted himself on his bike, "So whats your point. Next time I won't hold anything back," He spat, and turned on the ignition, the garage doors openen slowly.
"You don't even know where they are!"
"Well I'll beat the bleep out of anyone who seems to know something.." He answered and jetted off.

At this time, the gunmetal mercenaries were walking around town, with Brig in the van driving slowly behind them.
"Where are we gonna stay guys.." Bishop asked, his arms crossed. The citizens seemed uneasy around them, due to the weapons on their person.
Soon, a shriek filled the air. Alerting the mercenaries, Bishop ran off ahead, Brig sped off towards the sound as well.
The source, was a man being slammed up against the wall by Lucifer, the mercs however did not know this person, and approached with drawn weapons.
"Put him down!" Bishop shouted, Brig stepped out of the van and placed his hand on Lucifer's shoulder.
"Who are you guys, some kind of thugs!? Stay the bleep out of way if you know whats good for you!" He growlled, baring his fangs. Anna and Snipe soon made the scene, pointing their weapons at his head.
"Please! Let me go!" The man against the wall pleaded, Lucifer slammed him against the wall again and tossed him aside.
"Stay the bleep away, you're obviously new to the city."
Just then, Leonard and his sidekick Elizabeth showwed up on the scene soon after.
"Hey you there! What do you think you're doin!?" Leonard leapped down from a rooftop, landing with the idiotic grace you'd expect from someone with an elvis haircut. Elizabeth landed with him, inbetween Lucifer and the mercenaries.
"..Who the-" Snipe began
"Bleep." Lucifer pitched in.
"Are you people?"
"Before we answer that question, lemme fill you in with the power of sooooul!" He twirlled, arms out to the side. "Elizabeth!"
"Yes Leonard." She bowwed and they walked out into the street, snapping their fingers.
"Hey you there causing trooouble don't you know the rules of this town?" Leonard began, using the same song he had used on Kagura.
The people on the sidewalk behind them joined in the song,
"Fighting is bad!"
"Violence too!"'
Leonard threw a hand in the air, shifting his neck from left to right and lowered his arm slowly, pointing at the mercenaries and spoke quickly, in the tune of some song you'd hear in a children's movie.
"Exactly right! Just like they said, got obey the rules at all times,"
"What if you break them!?" Elizabeth chimmed in, and the two vigilantied began going back and forth.
"Oh! No!"
"What if you disobey?"
"Brrrrrr!"
"What'll happen? What'll happen? What'll happen? What'll happen!?" The citizens sang along, prancing around. Anna actually got caught up in the mood and began dancing with them.
The man raised his arms to the sky, "Thoooose who break the rules will get to feel, the iron hammer of justice and hear its thunderous peal!" A large hammer appeared in his hand, and he stamppped it down at his side.
"Yeah, their defenders of justice!"
"If there's a crime we'll stop it! If their's a brawl, we'll squash it! Oh.... Yeah! That's-our-gig."
"Go-go guardians!" Anna and the citzens shouted.
"...WHAT!?" Bishop shouted, a disturbed look on his face.
"Alright kid," Leonard set his hands on Brig's shoulder, then reached over to Lucifer, to see he had just driven off.
"Hey!" He shouted, stomping on the ground. He turned back to the mercenaries to see Bishop shooting out of the van, riding his motorcycle after Lucifer.
"Why the-"
"Bleep-"
"Are you terrorizing the citizens!?"

Mary became frustrated, the group scattered to dodge the beams.
"Holy #$%&! I want cards like that!" Duri complained, rolling out of the way.

Mary was about to blow a fuse, she was stomping on the ground.
"Hey! Just try fighting us by yourself next time! I'll tear your lungs out and shove them up your a**" She shouted, raving mad, eventually she calmed down, crouching. She had been wounded a few times.
Duri was examining the damage done to the car, it had gotten pretty beaten up in the fighting. "Perfect.." he grumbled, finding oil leaking out of the side.
Kagura's bullet wound was healling, she walked over to Duri as he stood up and shouted.
"The gunmetal mercenaries never except defeat! I'll take you down myself if I have too!" He roared, joining in Mary's competetive spirit.

Kyra stormed through the halls. She was in a hurry to run from her emotions.She pressed the back of her hand onto her lips,trying to keep her sobs in. Kyra finally made it to her room,she opened it and quickly stepped inside,closing and locking the door behind her. As soon as that was done,Kyra debacled against the walls. Her knees were brought up to chest level as she buried her face into her hands. She started to sob, after a few minutes she let go a choked of scream before she leaned foward and pounded the ground. By the time she was done pounding the ground she was on all fours gasping for ariir between her sobs,and the tears that rolled down her cheeks to stain the carpeted ground. Something caught her attention, the small broken heart necklace with a 'Y' engraved in it.

Kyra leaned back her knees on the ground but her legs in a way she was techniaclly sitting on the ground. She plucked the charm between her thumb and index finger,she suddenly geared up again,abd she fell sideways to curl in a fetal position.

I no longer know where I begin and...this darkness begins...I don't know who...what, I am anymore. I used to think I was a human,then I thought I was just a savage werewolf,and now I am a sociopath. I don't want to hurt the people near me,or the people that once cared for me...I don't want to. But,if I isolate myself from them,maybe they will have a chance to a better life...No matter the bloodshed,I doubt any of them will end like me. Kagura has gone and come,but she is there. Key is smart he will help them. Ana,I am sure her skills will get them out if trouble many times. Rafael; he is sure to aid them well,I am sure of it. Aleta...I must say I respect her,but she is mostly likely to fall my way if she doesn't find her real self among her diffrent emotions...but still I bet she will do better than me. June,I dunno,but so long as Duri is around,she will go back. Yumi,please don't resent me,I love so much.Duriono,I am praying...you are always able to dig and thaw the goodness in anyone soul...Aleta Duri,please help me...I don't like what I am turning into...don't let me turn like father. If that doesn't happen guve me peace,or just keep Yumi safe.

I never wanted to be like this,the wolrd around me made shift to survive and keep my sister safe. There has to be SOME pureness in me...something! ANYTHING!! I am drowning in my own blood! I don't know what I am becoming! Some monster?! I can't stand being left in the dark!Alone! No hope! No one believes in me! No one sees I am still here! I AM HERE!! I dont want to end like father! I want to be like Mother! Like Yumi! like Aleta! Like Duri! I don't want to end like Zephyr or Zethriel! I am not like them!SOMEONE PLEASE! Someone give me some hope! let me see the good in life! the good in people! I can't end up like those two! I don't want to be seen as insane people who only bring pain! I need just a Ray of hope! something to diminish this shadow created by my own resentful heart that is devouring part of me that isn't decomposed! Please! Someone! Help me...anyone....

Kyra staid unmoving,looking out into nothing,her eyes semmed glassy,as if life had been ripped fromthem.There was knock. a minute pass then it was two knocks. Three minutes and a small sound of wood against metal,and the door opened. Rachel slipped the hairpin into her hair and the butter knife into her apron. she stood and raised an eyebrow kneeling by Kyra.

Rachel's eyes filled with tenderness,as she brushed some blonde hair away from Kyra's tense face."It can be difficult,"Rachel said,"just wait,when you have nothing to fight for; you will gain all your strength."

I don't want to lose what I have to fight for! Yumi! Run! Escape! Someone help me! Please! I...I am here...


-----the van scene-----

Yumi was trying tk fix the leak,using only some utterly random items and fire. She melted the tubes shut,and made some adjustments,her glasses were fogged up."T-here." Yumi said closing the hood,her voice seemed to break. She turned and took the bottle Kyra had given her and knelt by Mary."Let me help you...." She grabbed some bandages,and set to covering up Mary's cuts,"I apoligize for Kyra; she can be impulsive...." whispered Yumi looking down as she kept working.

"......."Yumi was still she seemed like she was going to snap at any moment."I...I don't think s-she is...."
"She jus tried to kill you for the third time."Dante said.Yumi looked away.

"She's gotta have a reason!" Duri cut in, "She helpped us out a bunch of times! Why would she want to kill her own sister!? She's gotta be brainwashed or something!" He threw his arms in the air and fell back.
"This is so confusing,,,,"

Duriono stood up, and cracked his fingers. "I'm not gonna destroy my mind thinking about it.. I'm gonna go check on the others.. Next time, we'll try to take her alive. If she won't let us, then we'll see what happens." He trudged off, hands in his pockets.
