DARKSHADOW I miss you.

And I still shed a tear, every once in a while. [Darkshadow was dreaming at the moment. He could she rain. But a ginger cat made the rain go away. Rainface and Redfur! Something happened. Darkshadow woke up from his coma and got up on his feet.]"I gotta find her... [The mere mention of those red furred dogs was enough to make his hackles rise. Still, the smell of foxes was faint, and well covered by the forest. It mixed in with the forest too well for Eaglesoar to tell if it was his imagination or if those fleabags were really there.]
"No! If it's really the foxes...we've got to warn Nightclan!"
[He meowed as he gazed back pleadingly into Tigerfang's eyes, hoping that she would understand. They were the only two cats in Nightclan who had engaged with the foxes, and known their true terror. Nevertheless, he wasn't about to back down this time, if needed be.]

Mudnose felt her fur prickle as she was suddenly aware of something in the air. Was it.....tension. Her dark brown ears flicked uncomfortably. What was with all of the tension? She almost bolted out of camp, desperate to get away from it though. Where on earth was it coming from? Mudnose stayed put though. She didn't want to get up.
Mudnose's ears flicked slightly at Brokensoul's hushed voice, and she growled slightly in annoyance. She hated it when he grumbled like a moron, but of course, she didn't say anything. He was probably talking to himself, and those types of things could not be helped. At least, that's what her mother had told her.

[She resisted the urge to lash her tail and unsheathe her claws. The foxes made her just as angry, but she was trying to be rational. There was no way they could take them on their own without sustaining major injuries...or worse.]

[After the dead apprentice's fur was clean and smooth, I stood up, cringing at the taste in my mouth. I looked over at Brokensoul and Mudnose again, my dark amber eyes narrowing as I saw the tom trying to make conversation, then glare at me. Well, I glared right back, straightening up and putting one paw forward, a threatening stance. What an idiot. I could take him on any day. I smirked, then turned away, and bending down, whispered my final goodbye to Stonepaw]
"StarClan is lucky to have you"
[Licking her ear, I stood back up, and headed out of camp, searching for water. In the middle of all the swamps and trees and frogs, there was this tiny, shallow little pond, hidden by dense foliage and low-hanging branches. I pushed my way through and waded in, wanting to cleanse myself of Stonepaw's blood. I drank deeply, then padded put, feeling the cold air do nothing for my wet fur. I sat down, deep in thought. I bet Brokensoul thinks he can make moves on Mudnose! Ha! No, he can't! She's too good for him!
Is she too good for you?
I shivered, though not from the cold, of course she is. Suddenly furious with Brokensoul for trying to get above himself, I let out a growl and lashed out my paw, dragging my sharp claws against a nearby tree. The cuts were deep, I could see them as I leaned against that tree, closing my eyes.
It's ok...if I rest..just for a few..moments..
Then, I was fast asleep.

[Spiriteye's let out a small huff as she laid on the shadowed ground. Her multicolored eyes set on her clan, moving from cat to cat. Usually she'd be curious enough to try and eavesdrop on one particular group of cats but not now. Now, her mind was wandering off to other places, places which consisted of silence and just her thoughts. The death wasn't what was getting to her- no, it was her frustration; all of these deaths and she didn't get in on a speck of fighting.]
