*Aitrus watched Jad leave, staying put where he was for a short time after. It hurt him to see his friend like that, and he knew there was nothing that he could do for him. He never was very good at talking about problems like these. Eventually he heads out the door and hops on his bike, reving it up and quickly heading back to his home.*

Kai ran inside and closed the front door quick, holding it close, hands shaking. He removed a hand from the door to get the sword Aitrus gave him from it's shaft and placed the hand back. Soon a black dragon could be seen going that way, smalleing for him, "God.....how can I change scents..."

The dragon caught his scent and started banging on the door, Kai holding it back as much as he could without using his powers, "Ghost has some serious dogs at her side... DOWN!" he sent a bolt of light that pushed the beast back.

Baizou slid downstairs in jeans, a white beater, and an unbuttoned red flannel shirt. His hair was tied back so that it didn't fall in the book he was paging through, which happened to be a book of baby names. He walked behind the bar to get some coffee started, ears relaxing as he turned the machine on. He paused and sighed with a small smile.

With a slight belly protruding noticeably underneath her fitted teeshirt, Ellie sat lazily, laid flat across the couch. Eyes on the ceiling, the woman could hear her husband move across the room and turn the coffee pot on. Her hair had changed itself now, to the lightest, purest blonde it had been yet, and bright green eyes to match. Green blue-ish, but not a big difference. Her sock-clad feet lay swinging slowly over the arm, as her hands rested on her would-be-flat tummy.

Baizou filled his mug and took a sip before slinking over towards the couch quietly. He bent over and blew a raspberry on Ellie's belly. He lifted his head and smiled up at her, "Evening, beautiful." he greeted, leaning closer to kiss her lips tenderly. He stood up and took another sip of coffee before setting it on the end table. "How are you fairing?" He asked, sliding the back of his hand over her cheek.

"Fine!" Said Ellie with a shrug, ever happy face glowing with a brilliant smile. Body relaxed and hands fidgeting slowly with the bottom of her shirt, she gave a happy sigh. "How has your day been?"

Baizou leaned over the back of the couch and sighed, "Dreadfully lonely without you." He remarked as he sat up on the back of the couch, letting his tail drape over her torso. "Oh, and do let me know if my coffee breath makes you sick. I will stop drinking it for you," He offered, seeming quite pleased to sacrifice something for her.

"Give it up for you, not for me." She stated simply, hands slowly petting his tail, as her greeny blue eyes trailed over it. With a soft smile, she shrugged. "It doesn't really bother me." With a few blinks, Ellie had managed to turn the portion of his tail in her hands a bright blonde, quite identical to her own hair. "Heh.. Oopsy-daisy. Sorry." Dropping it, the fur turned back to its pleasantly rich red, and Ellie seemed pleased yet again.

Baizou closed his eyes in bliss and only opened them when she said 'oops'. He perked his ears and watched his tail return to normal. "I do not care what color it is. That felt wonderful." He said, scooting closer until he had scooted onto the couch with her. "Invasion!" He announced, pulling her into his arms. He kissed her neck and jaw, nuzzling her lovingly. "I really should switch to tea, hmm? Then my teeth will not be so icky." He murmured in a low heart-melting voice. He looked at her and smiled to see she had already fallen asleep. "Mm... My precious angel. I will protect you forever." he whispered before dozing off as well.

Kai came down from the stairs in more normal clothes, but with his tall white boots that he used for the six months he was dead and some gloves of the same color. He had his sword at hand that he wanted to train today. Floating down the stairs came Acher holding a teddy bear, "You stay with me as I train. We don't want to bother mommy....much...."

Kaen woke up to an empty room and sighed. "I hope he's not gone again..." she mumbled as she got up and changed to loose fitting clothes. She pulled her hair back, happy that it was finally long enough to do that again. She stepped out of her room, slipping on her bracelets as she closed the door, soft leather shoes in hand. As she stepped off the stairs, she saw Kai and Acher and smiled. "There you two are," she said, walking over to Kai.

"Oh, I was planning on training, but Acher stays inside....it isn't safe for ababy to be outside while training," Kai gave her a hug and kissed her, but stopped when he saw Acher screaming, "He doesn't like it when I get close to you...last night he was hissing..." Acher just kept floating around with the teddy bear. Kai placed the sword in the table.

"He's been doing what?" She went over to Acher and held him. "Why are you hissing at your daddy?" she asked him, walking over to stand next to Kai. "Maybe...he's reacting to the aura differences...." She looked at Kai's sword. "I've trained in a long time. I'm probably incredibly rusty."

"Yeah...I had to start training 'cause Ghost decided to play 'kill the Kai' for the last few weeks..." he said in a very annoyed tone as he grabbed the sword again and fixed the straps on his glove. "I was thinking of doing some training, but I'm not sure if that is wise anymore." kai reached to Acher to touch his head but with that Acher started to cry again. Kai looked a bit stunned and looked at his hand, remembering a small wound in that hand, "Maybe he just doesn't like wounds...or maybe he smells the open wound...
