Aiden had been wishing he could lick the frosting off of Rafa, but that prolly wouldn't have been a good idea. "I need to get a stereo." he says.

Raf shrugs a little. It would be nice, but it's not really necessary. And they drive around a bunch.

She laughs a bit, "I'm not surprised. We can't..." She was about to say the truth, that they can't afford sweets often, but instead softens it, "We don't have sweets often here. They're still a big treat for us."

"I'll try to bring them over more often then." Aiden replies with a grin, since he knows the truth, but won't state it because he loves Rafa and Maria. He grins though. "Want to come and see my car? I let Rafa drive it around all day."

"Sure. I didn't know you had a car." Maria replies. It wasn't that raf hadn't told her, more that they hadn't been home at the same time to talk since raf found out.
Rafael comes along to, as they go to looka t the ccar.

Maria understands a bit better now, "Aa."
And then they go see it. And Maria's the kind of person who is mystified by people who totally adore cars, so she's not half as in love with it as her son, but she does think it's nice.
