Tally walked in, growlithe following closely on her heels, which made her trip and fall headfirst onto the hard and cold tiled floor. Tally looked up, her nose slightly bleeding then looked back at growlithe still so close to her heels that it seemed he was some extra extension to her boots. Tally sat up and grabbed growlithe who was glad to cuddle close to Tally's chest, "What's up, growlithe?" she asked, resting her chin on his head, "Are you okay, buddy?" Growlithe barked restlessely and quivered in her arms.

Cody sat still on the couch, playing with the same empty pokeball from last night. Actually, he had been there all night. How could he sleep? With Maddy all high strung, but depressed at the same time, that possibly spell trouble. Either way, he was here for her and he hoped she knew that.

Maddy walked out of her room, Raine sitting on her shoulders. With psychic help from the little Ralts, Maddy was slowly managing to take control of the virus. She spotted Cody on the couch and sat down next to him instead of on the ceiling. "Hey."

Cody was startled by her and dropped the empty pokeball on the ground. "Hey. Are you ok?" He was completely suprised by the fact that Maddy was actually talking to him. Maybe she was ok. Either way it didn't matter. She was talking to him. That had to mean something, right? She had to be getting better.

"Yeah, I'm ok." She flinched as Raine climbed in front of her face and started examining her left eye. "Yeah, it's purple, stop staring!" The little Pokémon flinched and went back to its settled position on Maddy's shoulder. Maddy crossed her arms and looked the other way.

"How come Ginji is never here when you're here and Sammy is never here when I'm here?" Cody asked. He was starting to get disappointed.

"Like I know..." She entertained herself by examining her left hand, the one with the shining purple scar. Raine jumped down onto Maddy's arm and prodded at the scar. "Raine... Stop poking..."

Aipom appeared from under the couch. "Where the hell did you come from?" Cody asked. The monkey pokemon attempted to play with Maddy's Ralts and keep it entertained. "We are the only ones really ever ready to do anything around here anymore. Eeryone else just like... Leaves..." Cody turned his attention back to Maddy.

Raine eyed Aipom curiously, and lifted it off the ground with Psychic, checking to see what it's reaction would be. Maddy just sighed. "Well, at least it's quiet around here... I got enough of a headache already, I don't need a bunch of people around to make it worse..."

Aipom tried to move, but couldn't. He smiled though and seemed to like it. "But you know Ginji being around would make you feel better." Cody replied confidently.

"Probably... I don't know for sure though. He hasn't been around ever since I woke up..." Maddy summoned a little ball of purple flame and played around with it. Raine let Aipom down and then disappeared in a flash, and reappeared again holding a book. The book was double her size, but Raine opened it and held it aloft with her psychic powers so she could read it.

Raine wandered off, levitating the book in front of her so she could continue reading. Maddy sighed. "I'm sure that when she gets back you'll go back to liking her. Being away from others makes people begin to doubt things, I find..."

"Yeah. I hope I still like her..." Cody said as his mind drifted off into a daydream. He couldn't even tell Aipom was messing with his face anymore until the monkey pokemon pinched him hard to wake him up.

Maddy flinched and the flame she had been playing with disappeared. She looked at the palm of her left hand and found that the scar had severed open slightly to release a few drops of blood. "Hmm..." She closed her eyes, gathering her thoughts.
