I stopped midway through your post but I think you are confused on the exact person who would be marked as dead.

You calculated the time it would take for the spear to hit it's mark correctly from the numbers I gave, but you missed the fact that the chain blade did not have a 'ramp up' time as you made reference too with your ki blasts. The chainblade launched at it's full speed of 95mph…no speed up time in a 0-95..It would in fact take 0.14-15 of a second to hit its mark. Also wasn't your ki blast your counter to my attack? If my attack would hit it's mark, I'm sure it would hit before Hank could see, think and then take additional time to start the charge on the ki blast and then fire plus aim….I'm mean I know you said it doesn't have a charge but I take that as a kaaa-maa-haa-mee charge. To shoot or summon a basic ki blast would still take at least a second to draw that energy, especially if its a reaction with reaction time added in. That's to DBZ standards.

It's simply firing excess ki from his body of which he has vast amounts for he is Super Saiyan; it can be done infinitely, one time each and every post. It is assumed instant as written and with no ramp up time, not too unlike Bojuka's spear, and need I remind you much, much faster!

I never stated I was "doing it like Dragon Ball Z;" merely that I took some creative license from Dragon Ball Z. cool Important and one of your greatest weaknesses! Settling for 300 when you could've shot that spear so much faster!

An instant attack is, as per the term.. instant. The attack is launched with no presumed charge up, because I never said in my profile it had one. Assuming Hank sees the attack, which he would once launched, even -if- we assumed he didn't launch his counter-attack until .07 seconds have passed [the "half point" let's dub it], the Ki Strike would -still- be faster and -still- hit Bojuka first! And that's being very generous.

Why?

Because my dear friend, "2.5x speed" is the ultimate weapon! Speed of what? I never said. Just speed. Mental speed, ocular speed, auditory speed; speed.. as a disambiguation my dear OutlawD. Such is the power of Hank achieving Super Saiyan where Bojuka Brown had not.

Now granted, I'd probably done things more reasonably and intentionally just lobbed the Ki Strikes like underhanded baseball pitches and all that good fun against anybody else despite being able as my profile reads to do the above, but Bojuka goofed and went for the big arsenal. So he [gets] the big arsenal!
