Mazarin jumped in the air and clicked his heels together. "Yeah! And soon we'll have our date!" He laughed, giving her a thumbs up. "And we'll kiss and fall in love and get married and..." he shook his head, "Nah, forget the marriage. We'll just make out all the time. Great job, Shiftry!" He cheered. He really hoped that somehow, Alastor and Jill were watching him, just so they could see what a good trainer he was.
Yet when that Cacturne showed up, a pang of annoyance went through him. "Alright, let's see just how fast Shiftry can avoid those prickles! Get out of the way!" Maz swept his arm through the air, but Shiftry didn't move. That Signal Beam sure took a lot out of him. With a yawn, the Grass-type stretched his arms and suddenly fell to the ground, all five of the Pin Missles hitting him. "Son of a..." he slapped his forehead and let out a groan. He recalled his Pokemon, rather embarrassed that that just happened. "Let's see how you handle this! Come on out, Murkrow!" The Dark-type bird appeared and fluttered his wings around, hopping on the ground. The bird tipped his witch hat towards the Cacturne as a sort of greeting. "Use your Aerial Ace!" Mazarin barked. "Good luck dodging the undodge-able, baby!"
-*-
"This is it!" Kilik cheered, jumping up, "Show off your Thunderpunch! Hit that Weezing hard!" The boy looked over at Mitsu then down at Kasiya. This battle was going to end here and now - they had better things to do than to play with little kids. Cable ran forward with his fist crackling with electricity. "Ellleeee...BUZZ!" His fist connected hard with the Poison-type, who was sent spiraling into the ground fifteen feet away. The Pokemon hopped back a few feet, landing beside Kilik. "Great job, Cable!" the boy laughed, hugging the Electric-type. "That's game!" Kilik pointed at the Muk with a wink.
"M-mommy!" Yaku cried out, recalling the Weezing. He turned tail and ran the other direction. "The big boy picked on meeee!" He yelled as he dashed out of Lilycove. In typical Kuza fashion, the young ninja let out a yawn and recalled his Muk. "Whateverrrr...I don't like battling anyway..." and he lazily followed his brother out of town.
Kilik smiled and recalled his Electabuzz, putting the ball onto his belt. "Hey Mitsu!" he called out, "Dante! Come here!" He waved his arms, walking up to Kasiya. "Great battle. We showed those two punks not to mess with the older crowd." He gave her a pat on the shoulder and a smile.

"Oh, I see," Mitsu replied, feeling a bit deflated at the chance that Violet couldn't get Kilik in. Something in the back of her mind didn't doubt Violet's ability though. The woman had once owned an Aerodactyl nicknamed Giggles, for crying out loud.
Mitsu smiled after Cable landed the finishing blow. He was such a show-off, she thought offhandedly to herself. "Way to go, Kilik! Kasiya!" Mitsu shouted cheering from above. She took a few steps down the stairs that had been built into the cliff's edge. She looked back at Dante. "Coming?" she asked with a small laugh. She felt oddly happy, especially considering the past few days and their rather unfortunate events. Karri would scold me for not dealing with my feelings, but ah well, she can do it later, she thought cheerfully.
Once she'd reached the bottom she rushed over to the two people, occasionally looking behind to Dante who seemed to be walking at a leisurely pace. She call out, "C'mon big brother," a few times on her way down and across the distance that separated the Mitsu and Dante from Kilik and Kasiya. "Good battle Kilik, Cable. As I would expect," Mitsu laughed. "You too Kasiya!" She gave the girl a reassuring smile. There wouldn't be any hard feelings between the two she hoped. She shifted her new belt, still trying to get use to the extra lopsided weight on her hips.
Lucario looked at Kilik and Cable with indifference. He turned to Kasiya, and upon seeing his master's smile, bowed to her. One spiked paw over his chest as he bowed. "Pleased to make your acquaintance," he said politely, hoping that the girl would not continue their conversation.

"...well, that was anticlimactic," Kasiya mumbled as she watched the two boys retreat, one obviously faster than the other. That's gotta be the fastest battle I've ever had, she thought, looking up at Kilik and smiling. "Yep, we sure showed them. Or rather, Cable did. Digger didn't really do much of anything..." The last part was mumbled more to herself, and she then looked down at Digger as he plodded over to her, shoulders slumping a little. "You did well, Buddy," she said, kneeling on the ground and patting the Sandslash on the head. "Sorry it was so short. I promise you'll see some better action soon, kay?" The mouse nodded and stumbled a bit, and Kasiya frowned, suddenly realizing that he'd been poisoned. She gently set her bag on the ground and opened it, quickly finding what she was looking for - a large, quite ripe Pecha Berry. It was a little bruised but it would do the trick as Kasiya wasn't sure if she had any Antidotes on her. "Eat this, you'll feel better," she said, and though he looked at the juicy berry apprehensively at first, he accepted it and ate it in one bite, slowly returning to his normal colouring.
Kasiya stood up as she heard Mitsu and Dante approaching, and she carefully swung her backpack over her good shoulder. "Hey guys," she said, smiling at them both. Mitsu seemed to be in good spirits and this made her happy - it seemed that Mitsu wanted to leave yesterday's events behind them as much as she did. "Thanks, though it really was mostly Kilik and Cable doing all the work." At her side, Digger snorted slightly. "Oh, I don't know if you guys have met before. This is Digger," she said, though the Sandslash only huffed slightly and pawed at the ground, obviously disinterested. The sight of the Lucario, however, quickly caught the Ground-type's attention, and he then took to studying the Pokemon carefully. "It's nice to meet you too," Kasiya said in reply to Lucario's greeting, feeling inclined to bow as well. What an amazing Pokemon, she thought, her spirits picking up slightly. Mitsu's pretty lucky!
=-=-=-=-= Seeing now that the Raichu was going to eat her breakfast after all, Mai leaned back in her chair and pulled a two day-old newspaper that had been abandoned by some other Rocket member towards her. She frowned at the headline on the first page, detailing how the 'Pincher' had been apprehended at Professor Oak's laboratory in Pallet Town a few days earlier. The admin sighed and shook her head. What a waste, she thought, scanning the article quickly. I bet he'll have a hate-on for Muk every time he sees one. She chuckled lightly and skimmed the rest of the newspaper, finding nothing else that was interesting enough to bother reading so she hastily folded it up and tossed it back in the center of the table, looking back towards the Pokemon. The mouse was just finishing the the last of her food, and seemed to look a little more relaxed than before.
Smirking a little, Mai got to her feet and clapped her hands sharply. "All right, it's time for our morning training. Get a move on." Without hesitation her five formed a single line and began to move forward, leaving the stunned Raichu behind. Mai turned to glare at the mouse. "You too, don't think you're getting a free ride here," she snapped. Shocker's ears twitched a little but she decided to do as she was told, for now at least, and she got in line behind the rosy-coloured Typhlosion, wondering what else the day had in store for her.

Bill stood up and smiled. Setting the device he was using to scan the porygon. "Hello. You must be Karrigan. Professor Rowan had said you were coming by."
Venerax kneeled down and rubbed Cal's head. "You're looking no worse for wear. How'd you check out?"
Bill turned to answer. "Very well actually, the slight variation in his programing is quite interesting. Though I did notice you have taught him the hidden machine number five. I was wondering if you possessed the qualifier for it yet?"
"Er...I hope I understood right, and the answer would be no," Venerax seemed to struggle a bit in following what Bill said. "By qualifier I suppose you mean the Boulder Badge, right?"
"Well that's one qualifier you could use," Bill nodded. "You won't get the full use of the machine without one."
"I know," Venerax nodded. Giving Cal one last rub he stood back up. "Well I'm going to go grab some breakfast. I'll leave you two to your business. It was nice to meet you Karrigan."
He said with a smile and began to descend the dias.

Hearing Riza call out to him, Keegan turned, ready to to tell her just how annoyed he was by how long she'd made him wait out in the lobby. However, when he caught sight of her, his words seemed to tumble out his ears and onto the floor. As much as he wanted to say something witty or sarcastic, the huge smile on his face would have given him away even if he could have gotten a word or two out. "Thanks," he managed finally. "You look... amazing," he told her truthfully, scratching the back of his neck nervously as he was having a difficult time tearing his gaze away from her. In all honesty he couldn't believe that this beautiful young woman would be accompanying him to the Gala. He cleared his throat before holding out his arm for Riza to take. "Milady," he said, bowing slightly. "Shall we be off to the ball?" He wore a broad smirk despite his attempt at being a gentleman, and it was at that moment that he decided he would try and make the best of this evening. ===== The rainbow energy shot out in all directions, and quickly engulfed the Ekans even as it pulled its head back from the Bite. It hissed and writhed angrily before it finally collapsed on the ground, unable to continue. "No, Ekans!" the punk yelled, fists clenched. "You'll pay for that!" he yelled as he recalled the fallen snake. "Zubat! Teach that runt a lesson!" he barked, sending a second sphere spinning onto the battlefield. "Use Supersonic!" The small bat opened its mouth wide and let out a high-pitched, intense wailing sound while swooping down towards the small Ralts.
Whew, Miharu thought once the bird had been recalled. One down... She looked towards the Treecko, hoping to give an order to finish it off but it was already zipping towards Petunia at an alarming speed, and there was nothing she could to do stop it. It slammed hard into the Pinsir's stomach, hitting the same spot the Taillow had before. Miharu was certain that this hit had been a critical one, because before she knew it, the Stagbeetle had slumped down, out of it. "Oh no..." Miharu mumbled, holding up the Park Ball and recalling the beetle. "It's up to you, Sparkle!" Miharu shouted as she eyed the paralyzed gecko. "Hit it with your best Thunderbolt!" The Flaaffy was starting to look tired but again she let a bright blue flare of electricity fly towards the green Pokemon.

Tyra kept back her cheer as the Ekans fell. Jiro had just won his first fight. Tyra knew he was weak. As the Zubat came out Jiro inched back away. The supersonic waves came at him and he couldn’t move fast enough. The waves hit him and he rolled on the ground, the sound disoriented the poor Ralts. “Jiro enough get out of there. Freya! Chop it!” Tyra recalled Jiro and the wounded Ralts hobbled away. The Machop excited to finally get in on the fighting action jumped and headed to the Zubat with his fist coming down.
The violet eyed girl winced as the thunderbolt came towards the Treecko. The electricity hit the grass lizard and it convulsed with the charge. The girl would’ve sworn that she saw smoke come off its tail. Fear entered into her eyes, and she cursed under her breath. In her heart she knew she wasn’t going to win this. The girl put up a decent battle...but why did she start this? “Treecko!! Crash into that sheep!” Even though she didn’t know why she started this, she wasn’t going to run away. The gecko started to charge at the sheep in front of it. The distance was cut between the two opposing pokemon, but it wasn’t gone, the Treecko stopped dead in its tracks and fell over. The girl hung her head at the failed attack.

Ponyta stared at magmar angrily as Magmar stood up. "Don't take that from him, tackle." Tim commanded. With those words Ponyta narrowed its eyes and charged at Magmar for the third time but this time Magmar was paying attention. Magmar dug his right foot into the ground as Ponyta came charging. Magmar ducked down and cut across Ponyta's legs just as he was approaching. Ponyta let out a a cry of surprise as Magmar swept his legs and caught the underbelly of the flaming horse. Magmar let out a roar, "MAG!", as he heaved the horse over his shoulder and onto it's back. "Well what are you waitin' for kid, help us out here, That slakoth should be asleep for sometime. Gotta work as a team now." Rogar pointed out."Oh, now you want me to help you eh... Reverie are you ok?" Revrie raised her head up with what seemed to be a smile. "Good mud slap that horse one last time." Reverie scooped up as much dirt as she could and flung it at the now prone horse. The mud smack the horse in the back of the head which didn't seem to do as much as they were hoping. "Fine kid can't finish it eh. Go on Magmar finish that mule." Magmar walk over to the Ponyta and looked it in the eyes as it spit more hot embers into its face. The ponyta let out a yelp of agony and fell to the ground."One left kid lets get that slakoth." Both Reverie and Magmar walked up to the sleeping Slakoth. "Wake up Slakoth were getting trounced." Slakoth opened it's eyes and looked up at Reverie and Magmar. Before anyone could even utter another command, Slakoth slumped back to the ground. It seems that the smog had finally taken its full effect.
"Ha you brats we win now go home to mommy." Breaker teased at the sight of his second win. "What ever, you guys cheated anyways. Lets go Tom." Both Tim and Tom returned there pokemon reluctantly and began to walk away. "Well lets go kid, were done here. Return Magmar, good job." Rogar said as he turned, picked up his things and began to walk away. "I guess, what was with that whoel arguing with Magmar though. A little confusing on my end you know." Breaker said a little annoyed. "Don't worry about it kid. Let's get to the pokecentre in Rustboro."

Dante had watched the battle end rather fast with a mildly amused look on his face. Sometimes you just wanted to get things over with. He figured and shrugged as he followed Mitsu towards the other two at his own much more calm pace at his heals Hera followed with a somewhat suspicious look on her face, there was someone she didn't know here. When he finally did reach them he just gave each of them a small smile. "I am sorry if my walking isn't fast enough for you Mitsu. Anyways you two certainly finished up that battle pretty fast."
Really Dante was pretty impressed, he remembered when he used to have such strong pokemon with him. He did miss his first team but as he looked down at Hera who was giving Kilik the stink eye he couldn't help but think that this one would be just as powerful given time. "Oi Hera don't glare at Kilik." Was all he said to her, he didn't know what her problem seemed to be with him but he wasn't about to have her attack him. They really had to get along if he was going to be asking his mom for an extra ticket in.
"So we are all going to the Breeders Gala? Anyone thinking of picking up a pokemon while you were there it would be a good chance to maybe see if you can get an egg or something." All Dante hoped was that he didn't have to dress up. That and he did want to see if he could get a Charmander or Turtwig egg commissioned there.
~~~~~~~~
"Harden huh?" Robin said with a smile on his face. "Well then Raz lets see if we can break that extra shell! Lets use your Faint Attack!" Of course Robin didn't know that Starmie was weak to that, she just didn't really want to hit Misty with one of Raz's less then accurate other attacks.
"Yaaaaan!" Razputin called out before he faded into inky blackness before appearing right next to the Starmie and landing on top of it before disappearing again. When Raz appeared again amongst all of his clones once more he started to glow as Speed Boost started to kick in.
"Hmmm Raz I can tell which one you are now since only you moved. How about you and your clones kinda move around. That way she can't tell which one you are." Robin called from the sideline.
Raz didn't want to get hit again today especially after that Hyper Beam from earlier so scrambling sounded like a good idea. The speedy Yanma started to move around with his clones in some cool aerial maneuvers. Momentarily Robin and Luffy forgot about the battle and watched Raz and his clones do some fancy flying.
"Breeder's...Gala?" Kilik repeated with a raised eyebrow. The cogs in his head started to turn and then he remembered! That was the whole reason Kasiya was here. "Right. I mean, I'd like to go, but I don't have a ticket," he shrugged, "Besides, I'm content with the Pokemon I have. I don't need to ask for an egg. But if you're all going..." the boy let out a light laugh. "I'd like to go." He glanced down at the Heracross and blinked. "That reminds me! Dante, would you like to see how Bahamut's doing? Come on out!" he called, throwing the Pokeball up into the air. The Dragon Pokemon spread her wings as she came out, flew in a few circles to stretch out and landed next to Kilik, letting out a cooing noise. "I can't thank you enough, Dante. She's become a real powerhouse for me." Kilik put his hand on Bahamut's side and gave her a light rub.
"If you could get me into the Gala, I'd be glad to go," the boy said, leaning up against Bahamut, taking a good look at her. Flygon looked down at her trainer and gave him a light smile. She lifted her head and looked at Dante, letting out another coo, excited to see her original trainer. Her tail flitted around excitedly. "Though the way it sounds, the Gala seems that it'll be a pretty dressy shindig. I've got a tux at home, so I could always call my mom and have her send it to me." Kilik glanced over at Mitsu and gave her a smile. Another day with her, it seems.
Mitsu smiled at the Sandslash, though he didn't seem quite as interested in her as she was in him. She crouched down to get eye level with the Pokemon. "Nice to meet you Digger," she said, laughing lightly as his nonchalant expression. Kasiya always had a new Pokemon with her every time the two girls saw each other. She was one of the strongest trainers she knew and she had quite the collection of Pokemon. That just means I'll have to try even harder to be on the same playing field as them, Mitsu thought looking at the two who had just finished their battle.
Lucario gave a nod to the Pokemon, not caring too much for him either. And then there was that Heracross, glaring as usual. He couldn't quite understand their odd emotions. Lucario, however, was glad to see that his trainer's female friend had some decent manners. He nodded approvingly, but refused to continue the conversation.
Mitsu smiled at Dante as well, he always apologized for the silliest thing. "No worries Dante, I know you like to walk slowly," she replied. "Getting another Sinnoh Pokemon would be great," Mitsu replied to his inquiry, "though I don't exactly have any idea of what kind of Pokemon live in Sinnoh." She laughed sheepishly, but she was sure they'd be amazing.
As Kilik sent out Bahamut Mitsu looked at the Flygon with awe, she'd always been impressed in it's presence. She was a magnificent Pokemon and it reminded her of Dante's old friend.
It was rather dark outside now, it was odd how fast the time had passed. The Gala was bound to start soon, and if they didn't get a move on they'd be late. "We should get going," Mitsu said to no one in particular, "But I've got one last errand." And with that she made a mad dash for the Pokemon Center, not wanting to keep the others waiting too long. The familiar red roofed building was luckily nearby and she made it there in the fastest time she could manage.
Pulling up a stool she logged into her PC, typing in her username and password swiftly. A small Pikachu appeared on the loading screen as her PC box opened. There weren't many Pokemon inside, less than five even. She selected Apollo's Pokeball without replacing one of her own Pokemon. "Hey! You can't do that!" Joy called out, struggling with a tray of Pokeballs.
"Don't worry, I won't have it on me for long," she called back as she signed off and returned to the group, a bit out of breath. "I had to get this," Mitsu said upon catching her breath. She released the Pokemon inside, a shower of silver sparkles cascading down upon the silver Rapidash, Apollo.
Mitsu walked back over to Dante. "I've only had her for a few days, so I'm sure she won't miss me too much. She belongs with you," Mitsu smiled, placing the Pokeball into Dante's hand. Moreso than any other Pokemon Apollo was Dante's Pokemon. She couldn't picture him as a trainer without his trusty Rapidash. They'd been through so much and shared such a bond she felt wrong keeping the Pokemon from him. "You'll take him back, won't you?"
The Sandslash tilted his head at the purple-haired girl, but nodded. He didn't really care for anyone but Kasiya, but if this girl was his trainer's friend then he was okay with that. He looked up at Kasiya then, tugging at the hem of her shirt. Kasiya bent down and patted him on the head again before she recalled him into his Pokeball. She still felt bad that he hadn't really gotten a chance to show his stuff in that last battle but she knew there would be other opportunities. She stared in awe as Kilik released Bahamut, feeling the same pang of jealousy she had felt when being introduced to Lucario. Mai has one of those too, she thought, remembering well how much the Flygon had liked her. She shook her head lightly though, banishing her thoughts. She had plenty of awesome Pokemon of her own, and if she really wanted to she could capture a Flygon! Or even a Lucario! If she put her mind to it she could capture just about any Pokemon she wanted.
She looked back over at Dante, and gulped a little. "That reminds me," she said, her fingers lightly tracing over the Pokeball that held Levi. "I'm sure someone else would be glad to see you, too," she said, taking a deep breath before she clicked the button on the sphere, and the Marshtomp appeared in a bright flash of light, looking around almost immediately. Upon seeing Kilik she frowned and backed away - he was a boy after all and she had yet to grow out of her dislike for males in general, though a familiar sight caught her eye just then and after a moment or two she realized she was looking up at her first trainer, Dante.
"Maaarsh!" she cried happily, running over to the auburn-haired boy before hugging his leg tightly. "Tooommp!"
"I think she's glad to see you," Kasiya giggled.
=-=-=-=-= "Brace yourself, Starmie!" Misty called, clenching her fists a little tighter at her sides as the Yanma went in for the attack. Starmie seemed to shudder as the dark energy traveled through it's body. Drat, a Dark-type move is super-effective against a part Psychic-type like Starmie, Misty thought, though her worried thoughts didn't betray her confident expression. "Clever, using Double Team," she said, eying the many images of the Yanma that zipped around above the water's surface. "But don't think we're not prepared to deal with something like that! Starmie, use Swift!" she shouted, pumping a fist into the air.
Starmie shook off the creepy feeling of the dark energy in its system before it's center gem began to flicker brightly, shooting off a stream of sparkling stars that homed right in on the real Raz.
When Bahamut appeared fully evolved her new shape making her look more magnificent then ever Dante could only smile at the sight of her. Taking a few steps over to her he reached up and gently rubbed her head with his hand. "Hey girl, its been a long time and you are looking much stronger. I hope you are being a good girl for Kilik." Just then Kasiya released Levi who ran over and hugged his leg. Laughing slightly he reached down and patted her on the head. "Wow, you sure have grown a lot to Leviathan." Grinning he looked up at Kasiya and Kilik. "Thank you both for raising these two, also for letting me see them again." Turning back to his two former pokemon he smiled at the two and gave them one more pet each. "You two make sure you continue to be good all right?"
When Mitsu came back and out of a pokeball popped Apollo Dante couldn't help but feel a sense of relief at seeing him again. His friend who he had started his journey with was standing right in front of him. Glancing back at Mitsu he gave her a small smile before going over to the shining Rapidash and wrapped his arms around Apollo's powerful neck. "Hey buddy I missed you. Do you want to come back with me?" He asked the Rapidash softly. All he got in response was a soft whinny and the white and black horse nuzzled him a bit more. "Thank you very much buddy."
~~~~~~~~~~
The scramble didn't really help Raz very much as the Swift attack never missed. The sharp shuriken stars smashed into Raz's who faltered slightly in the air before straightening himself back up. Ouch those stars hurt! Raz glared down from behind his red goggle like eyes at the Starmie as his body started to glow again in another speed boost.
"Hang in there Raz I know you can do it!" Robin shouted pumping her fist into the air. When he had recovered Robin just smiled slightly and striking another pose pointed out towards the Starmie. "Raz lets use your Sonic Boom!"
Gathering his speed up Raz took aim the best he could and took off towards the Starmie at his current stop speed.

Several minuets had passed since Crenu and his pokemon began their run aroudn the park in Celedon, the sun had risen from it's hiding place behind to horizon now and was shining brightly on the city. He had worked up a bit of a sweat, but showed little other signs of fatigue much like his pokemon. The only one in that group that seemed to really be tired was Snowrunt whos little legs couldn't carry her as easily as those of the other pokemon. None the less she caught up a few moments after Crenu and the other pokemon had come to a stop. "Alright, lets move on to some more practice. Catch your breath Snorunt, but don't get comfortable. Pupitar, get out here." He said firmly, tossing Pupitarss pokeball out into the group of pokemon and watching as the blue shelled pokemon erupted from it, standing ever still and upright with his big eyes peering through the shell's openings. Crenu often wondered what pokemon that took pupa like states as their intermediary form looked like during their development, and he wasn't above tearing open a pokemons shell and effectively killing it just to satisfy his curiosity. But Pupitar was far to valuable a member of his team for an experiment and he knew a Pupitar's shell to be tough enough to repel anything he'd be able to do to it. "Pupitar you're gonna have a tough time against Erika's pokemon, so will Poliwhirl but he's at least got his Ice Beam, you've gonna have to work on moving aroudn more efficiently. Poliwhirl, target practice. Bubblebeam." Poliwhirl did not wait a moment longer, before the words even left Crenu's lips he was already on the move spinning about to face Pupitar and firing off a barrage of bubbles to pulverize the Hard Shell pokemon. Pupitar however, was not to be taken lightly. Even with Poliwhirl's sudden attack Pupitar vented the gas in his body instantly and shot off, easily dodging Poliwhirl's attack and stared him down in a mocking fashion. Poliwhirl didn't give up though and kept trying to nail Pupitar with the jet stream of bubbles that exploded with such force then they hit a surface. Pupitar continued to shoot back and forth dodging the attacks, only to be clipped by one of Poliwhirls attacks after having dodged so nicely. "Come on Pupitar, you can do better than that. Poliwhirl, raise the stakes a bit with Icebea-"
"Oh Shiro~~~!" A voice cut across the park, interrupting everybody's activities, but mostly Crenu's.
Crenu really didn't get to finish his sentence this time around, but that didn't stop the more than happy Poliwhirl from attacking. Pupitar didn't slow either, disgusted in himself for failing to dodge and determined to do so better than before as he dodged Poliwhirl's beam. Crenu however was completely forgotten about the morning training and was instead frozen in place, almost afraid of what he'd find if he turned around to face the voice. No, it can't be...here and now? Damn it... He knew there was no denying it, but he still didn't turn around.
"Shiro~~~! Oh why so cold my dear Shiro, and after I cam all this way!" The voice sounded a bit cross, but the young man with the shimmering purple cape spoke it with a smile. He ran up to the tall blond boy, still smiling as he wrapped his arms aroudn his neck intrigued by the dancing Pupitar. "Oh no, did that use to be little Larvitar? Oh my and what a jolly looking Poliwhirl to boot!"
"Hello Ken." Crenu said with a little twitch in his eye as he pried himself free from Kenneth's grip. "And to think I was having a good day." He gave the man a quick glance to make sure he wasn't dreaming, no such luck. What was with that outfit? His cape nearly blinded him with all those sparkles. And though he'd regret it, he couldn't help but ask. "What's with the cape."
"Ah! So co~~~ld! Haven't we always been the bestest friends ever? You, me, Ay..Ayane." His smile almost faded for a moment as Kenneth paused at the last name, but it came back. "Sorry, it's the heat...That's right, my cape! Oh isn't is just the most gorgeous thing you've ever seen Shiro! I made it myself, actually I designed the whole outfit! You like it right?"
"Yeah, it's very nice." He lied, such a colorfully bright thing wasn't to his liking, Ken had even managed to turn a dark color like purple into something that made his eyes hurt. He decided that if he ignored Ken, he might leave. "Poliwhirl keep it up." All the while Kenneth had been talking with Crenu Poliwhirl had been attack Pupitar who had been jumping around. The ground was covered in patches of ice and at closed inspection so was Pupitar. "Good, Ariados you jump in with Poison Sting on Pupitar as well." Happy just to finally be involved in the exercise. She turned to face the leaping Pupitar and took aim, unleashing the barrage of needles. Pupitar dodged the next Icebeam, but got pummeled by the toxic needles.
"You sure are tough on poor little Pupitar, how mean of you Shiro! Come on, give the guy a break. Stop training for just a bit, I had a hard time finding you. Please? I went from Johtoh to Hoenn and now to Kanto! Come on, you can train after I'll even help! Please!" He pleaded, coming in closer and looking at Crenu's pokemon. "Oh what a beautiful Ariados you have! And Ah!" He said, spotting the little orange cone sitting on the sidelines. Ken immediately ran over and scooped up the Snow hat pokemon in his arms and cuddled it furiously. "O~~~h what an adorable Snorunt you have! Oh my gosh it's to die for! You've even got a little cutie pie like this on your team!? Oh I'm jealous, I really am. What is this young one, a male or a female?" Snorunt didn't know what was going on, suddenly she was in the arms of this strange man being squeezed so tightly that she could barely move. Ariados paused from her attacks for a second, her vanity showing at this strange man's compliment but soon vanished as he showed Snorunt so much love.
Crenu sighed and rubbed his eyes, damn Ken was annoying. "Fine, just please shut up. It's a she, and my training is perfectly logical. I never intended for Pupitar to dodge both attacks, just to choose which to take. Not a hard choice really, but he did well. Ariados, Poliwhirl, Pupitar return." He said calling each of them back to their pokeballs, then looking at the smothered Snorunt. "You too, I don't need her getting spoiled." He said, recalling her from Kenneth's arms, much to his disapproval. "So what do you want Kenneth. It's been, how many years? Why you gotta bother me now? We're not friends Ken, we never were." Damn this was going to be annoying. But if if humored him, hopefully Ken would leave him alone. "...How's Misdreavus?" He didn't care much for Kenneth, but he was at least interested in his pokemon.

Ignoring Breaker, Rogar continued on his way. "Come on kid I don't have all day." Infact I barely have a few hours... he thought to him self. "Oh come on Rogar look theres a beach lets go for a swim. I don't see what the rush is." Breaker looked over at the beach. It was a small beach but he noticed there seemed to be someone surfing along with a couple of Wingull flapping about on shore. Breaker rushed off towards the shore before Rogar could answer. Rogar shook his head and slowly followed as he watched Breaker make a dash for the water. "Impulsive little brat." He muttered to himself as he stopped at the edge of the beach. Breaker began to tear of his clothes and tossed Reveries pokeball out towards the sea as he came barreling down the sand. "God I love the water." He said as he dived into the water to join reverie. Rogar watched slightly amused, but only slightly. He sighed with slight annoyance as he watched the two of them playing tag. Breaker seemed to be losing quite bad in his opinion. "Hey look Reverie." Breaker said excitingly as he saw some Corphish in a stream that ran from the beach to a very tiny, tiny pond. Couldn't even really call it a pond really, more like a puddle. But the point is he saw them. "Reverie do those Corphish look very happy to you?" Reverie gave Breaker a quick look at the Pokemon and paid no attention and maid her way to the back of Breaker and tugged him under the water. Breaker came back up out of the water sputtering. "No seriosly Reverie, look. There using bubble..." Just as Breaker said, the Corphish were using bubble, and it seemed like they were using it on each other. "Lets get closer Reverie." Breaker began to swim closer and noticed that they weren't fighting eachother, there was a Krabby thrown in with the bunch. "A Krabby...you never see krabby in this area. Must be lost or something...come Reverie it looks liek it's in alot of trouble. Lets give it some help." Breaker sprung out of the water and began to run towards the battle. "Rogar, come on we gotta help that thing!" Breaker looked back in the hope to see Rogar bounding forward to help. But he was gone. Breaker paused for a moment and looked back puzzled but was snapped out of it as heard the battle intensify and tured around just in time to see the Krabby get knocked back out of the pond. The Corphish countinued forward towards the now prone Krabby. "Quick Reverie Mudslap, we gotta slow these things down." Reverie flew out of the water and sent a load of muck flying at one of the Corphish and took out one of its legs toppling it over for a moment. Breaker continued forward towards the Krabby and than stopped about 5 feet away. "Those things could seriously hurt me..." he thought to him self. Than it came to him, "Breaker use sand attack." He said to himself playfully. It wasn't time for games but it seemed like a good idea as he bent over and began to through sand at the last two remaining Corphish. Breaker glanced at the fallen Krabby as he flung the sand, it was stammering to it's feet and began to make its away from the Corphish with what seemed to be a rather somber look to its face.

The punk could only smirk when he saw the Machop enter battle, and he nodded to his Zubat. "You can take that," he called, crossing his arms over his chest, "then counter with a Bite attack!" The small bat let out a screech in reply, bracing itself as the Karate Chop landed a solid blow to it's back. It wouldn't be deterred though, and it quickly lunged forward, fangs glistening in the sunlight as it attempted to bite down hard on the hand that had just struck it.
Miharu's breath had caught in her throat when the Treecko had again started charging towards Sparkle - she was sure that last Thunderbolt would have finished it off! Sparkle narrowed her eyes and braced for the oncoming attack, but it wouldn't come. "Flaa?" Sparkle tilted her head at the sight of the fallen Treecko, the fact that she'd won not quite sinking in as of yet.
The green-haired girl sighed with relief and slowly walked towards the Flaaffy. "You did it, Sparkle, you won!" she said, kneeling down and hugging the surprised Flaaffy before she looked up at the violet-eyed girl, and sighed. Miharu stood up and slowly made her way over, Sparkle at her heels. She looked up at the punk girl for a silent moment or two before she held out (or rather up) her hand for her to shake. "No hard feelings, okay?" she asked, deciding that though she couldn't physically manifest it, she could still be the bigger person attitude-wise.
