Mothette- aw... get well soon Your Grandma
Riku Mason- Yeah it's because my area got hit with a ton of ice and it's been like a record number of days in a row that the weather has been this bad. So cars are having way too much trouble driving (heck even people are having trouble walking outside) so it's like no one can leave their house and school's been canceled since Tuesday. For a while the electricity was out. It's so boring.

Ugh the powers out? That sucks. My school has been canceled since Wednesday. I think schools back on for tomorrow though, Sadly. I think I would rather be stuck indoors then go to school.

Georgia/South had a weird once in three decades snow storm. We were out of school for a week. Ironically, our school decided they should make up those missed days on Saturdays..... so glad my professor was smarter than that.

Exactly, Icee. I live in the south. Texas.
And we just got a ton of snow. I grabbed a boogie-board (yes, something meant for a beach) and did something like sledding. I fell on my butt more times then I can count.

There's been major storms and power outages across the whole country over the course of this winter. It's kind of weird.

WHOA! You guys live in the Southern area? See I live in Illinois, and ice and snow are no big deal(but I hate hate it).
Lucky for us though no power went out....I did hear that a lot of schools lost power in Chicago, but nothing about homes. But I stayed prepared and made sure my laptop was all charged!

Join my RP! I moved to AZ over the summer and no snow of course. My family back East are so annoyed with the snow already. They keep getting slammed with it.

Yea, we've got A LOT. In one night we go 2 feet of snow. It was a blizzard! It was amazing! I'm not saying I like snow, but getting it in such huge amount all at once like that.......Seriously, the most snow I've seen at once.

HI EVERYONE!!!
It's gotten kind of quiet so I'm going to stir things up a little. First, what are you all up to?
Second...guess what? My ex-fiance called me today. It was a real shock, it's been like 9 months since we last talked. I'm not sure why he called, I lost the connection and was unable to call back (he probably thinks I did it on purpose) and I guess I just have really mixed feelings about this. On the one hand, he's my ex. On the other hand, he's a great drinking buddy. What to do what to do...
Oh and I might be diabetic.

I guess. We went on a date last night. He's changed a lot...but not so much in some ways. I think I've changed more though. He asked me to be his girlfriend, I said I'll think about it. And...I don't think I want to. It's not him, it's me (for once.) I guess...I'm just not really sure I want to be in a relationship with anyone anymore. Most people are so ordinary. I'd rather just have friends, I think. This also confirms the suspicions about my nightmares: I don't really love Josh anymore, just the idea of who he used to be to me. And now that he's not...I'm not really interested. Funny how things turn out.
What's been stirred up your way?

Nothing much stirred up where I am, now that all the ice and snow has melted =(
But I did learn that my theatre teacher absolutely sucks at choosing the cast for the play (and some reasons for choosing the people she did turned out to be racist sad ).
And by sucks at choosing cast, the main guy lead person (Robin Hood!!!), went up to me the other day (after weeks of being off-script, AKA: lines were supposed to be memorized weeks ago) and he said, "YES! I remembered six lines today! That's a record!" Hmm... 6 out of possibly 100 or more.... And the show opens two weeks from now... Does that look good to you, because it looks pathetic to me, a person who actually memorized everything AND an unrelated monologue in the same time period.
The racist reasons were because all the leads ended up being Indian. Prince John, Lady Marian, Robin Hood: all Indian. Some people are saying the only reason she chose those people (since at least one of them can't remember their lines) was because they were all the same race.
