"Alright. I have a lot of ingredients for lasagna, and there are a lot of easy recipes for lasagna in my book." Amnity said, actually smiling. She looked around though, trying to find Zahzi. Where is he? She didn't like how he was far away from her for too long. Then she shook her head. What's wrong with you. You can't even function for a few minutes without him?

"Let's see...Some of that...A little of this...Three of those..." he mumbled to himself, placing various brands of Vodka in the cart. "So many uses for this...Not bad on slow days, either..." he said with a chuckle as he left the isle.

"Hey, Amnity?" Melanie asked, noticing how Amnity looked a bit worried. "What's wrong? You look a bit... what's the word... uncomfortable." She looked at her watch. "Maybe we should get back. Let's go find Zazhi. Okay?"

Amnity liked that idea. "Alright, sure, if you want. I don't know where he went though." She began walking down the food aisle. "Did I look uncomfortable?"

"Hmm...I'm sure she'd like this..." Zahzi said, looking at a few cookbooks.
He finally descided on one of them, which seemed to be the most recent addition. "Hmm...Where is Amnity, anyway..." he asked himself, looking around the store as he placed the book in the cart.

Amnity looked around the store a bit, looking for Zahzi or anything else she might need to cook dinner. She saw a few people shopping, not many shopped this late at night. And old woman was struggling with her groceries, though, and could barely carry one no less 4 huge bags of food. It was strange, a spark of endurance raced through the soldier was she immediately by the old woman's side, asking her if she needed any assistance. In the end she ended up carrying all 4 bags of groceries, but though all of it must have weight at least 75 lb she held them as if they were weightless. She smiled the kindest smile she could to her, then called over to Melanie. "You can go ahead Melanie. I'll catch up with you." Amnity showed no embarrassment at all, helping someone that needed it. She just smiled happily, not a trace of regret and disdain at all. A lot has changed, she knew that, but it all was for the better.

Zahzi was staring at a shelf for a good five minutes...He was fixated on an entire shelf of Plasma globes. They seemed to be completely attacted to him, acting as if they were all being touched by someone's entire hand.
"...It's like a cruel joke is being played on me..." he said with a deep sigh, slumping over.

"Thank you young lady, you're so kind." The old woman thanked her after Amnity helped carry the bags of groceries to her car. "You're welcome." Amnity said with a smile. Then a thought crossed her mind that very minute. What happened to her? Why is she so kind now? Then another thought bothered her. Why was she enjoying being kind to people? I'm going to have to ask Zahzi....If I could find him. Then, she had an idea. Amnity raided the store for packing peanuts. Just a handful, styrofoam. She then stepped out into the middle of the store and tossed them into the air. They floated for a second, then glided toward the western part of the store. The soldier followed contently. They would find Zahzi, sticking to him. And she would get a good laugh as well.

"No, I did not brea-" "Sir, before you went near them, they were acting normally...When you came, they broke." "I'm telling you, you're not making senc-" "Pay up, or I'll have you arrested.
This conversation was dealing with the fact, that a manager had noticed the plasma globes being attracted to him.
"It's because I'm German, isn't it?" "What? No. No!" "Then run along before something bad hap-"
He stopped talking, when a handful of styrafoam hit him in the head.
"...That can be one of two things..."

Amnity followed the floating Styrofoam. They moved quickly though, and she had to run to catch up. She stopped when she came to the electronics aisle though, seeing plasma glodes glisten and glow without anyone even touching them. Zahzi’s close. The soldier thought, knowing Zahzi and his powers all too well. She followed the last piece of Styrofoam, finding Zahzi talking to some other guy. Amnity took no interest in him though, walking over to Zahzi and plucking the packing peanuts off his head. “I was looking for you.” She then smiled to the manager, the kindest she could. She knew Zahzi was in trouble though, for something she didn’t know, now she had to help him get out of it. “I’m sorry sir for him…What did he do exactly?”

The manager pointed at all of the plasma globes. "This punk damaged five-hundred dollars worth of merchandice in less than one minute!"
"What did you just call me?!" Zahzi asked, looking at him with a twitch in his eye.
"A PUNK! I CALLED YOU A PUNK!!" The manager answered, getting right in his face.
"DON'T MAKE ME FORGET MYSELF!" Zahzi warned him, wagging a finger in front of him.
"WHAT'RE YOU GOING TO DO?! HUH?!"

Amnity kept a level head, even when the manager and Zahzi didn't. She placed a gentle hand on Zahzi's chest, pushing him back so they wouldn't get in each others face anymore. Now she had to save his a**....Again. "Five-hundred dollars?" The soldier asked in astonishment...Rather, fake astonishment. Lets get this over with... Her eyes began to water a bit with tears as she looked away, a painfully sad expression on her face. She looked away dramatically, imitating the acting she'd seen on T.V. "Five-hundred dollars?...That's...That's more then we could afford!..." Amnity spoke to Zahzi, but speaking so they could both hear. "How can we ever afford to pay for little Timmy's surgery?" It was obvious now where she had gotten the acting from. She was pretty convincing though, if she did say so herself. Sucking up her tears, she turned to the manager, the trail of tears running down her cheeks. She chuckled a bit, drying her eyes as she tried to muster up as much of the broken dignity she could. Amnity looked utterly helpless and sad, which is exactly what she needed to look like to get sympathy from the manager. Really, who could get mad at a woman crying? And if that wouldn't work...Well, Amnity had her gun in reach. "I'm sorry...Forgive him....W-we'll pay for the globes...Maybe if I take out some money from my health insurance I could...."

Zahzi's jaw dropped, watching the Charade unfold. "If this works, I'm finding you a Grenade Launcher..." he says in her head looking at her.
The Manager doesn't say anything for a few moments. He then looked at her with an ashamed look. "I...I'm sorry...You don't have to pay for anything..." he said, struggling to hold back tears from the fake story...

'Make it a grenade launcher and 6 sets of 40mm Illum rounds and call it even.' "But...But the globes..." Amnity looked confused through her tear glistened eyes. "It's alright...I-I'll pay for it...I just need to work another job on top of the 3 I have already...Timmy won't mind staying at home alone..."

"No! No, no, no...Erm...They were already on sale...So don't worry...I'm sure it was just a coincidence..." The manager said, waving his hands in a motion saying it wasn't necissary.
"~Sigh~ Off to Pentagon for me...Again..."
