I was hoping to request the company of a certain maiko I saw a few days ago in the cherry blossom garden, she was speaking with a geisha named Iyasu. but I can't remember the maiko's name."
He looked a bit worried. " I'm not even sure if can even request to see a maiko alone without a big sister, correct? But If I can that would be wonderful."

"Oh, are you speaking of Yuri-san?" she asked, "I'm sorry but Iyasu-san nor her younger sister are here right now. But, if you don't mind my company I can help you." she said with a smile, her golden hair falling in front of her hazel eyes.

Looking in to Ariku's hazel eyes again Ariku gave a small smile. She sbowed and moved her hand delicately toward a table. "Please come and sit down." she said. She was very happy to see so many new patron comming to the tea house. It had only been Shagatsu-san for so long.

She smiled and gracefuly sat down.
"Me? Well I have only been a geisha for a couple of days." she said a bit shy. She poured some tea for them both.
"What interests me? Well..." she laughed "I'm naturally a performer. I've been in some sort performing art since I was very young. But, I was trained in martial arts." she thought a second, "And I do like sports." she started laughing again.
"Not very lady-like right?" she said hoping that she would still be accepted. Her eyes met his once more, "But what about you, Haru-sama...?"

Hara walked into the teahouse feeling well rested and ready to start the eveing..... She was already half way through her Maiko training.....Oh how she couldn't wait for her Onee-Chan to say she was ready to be a Geisha.... She stood at the door looking for Tora. post 69

Tora sat in the corner silently drinking tea. A small sigh escaped her throat. She looked up to see Hara enter and waved at her.

"I'm okay," Tora replied with a sleepy smile. "I think running non-stop for a solid year has worn me down though." She let out a long, deep sigh and sipped her tea again.

I know what you mean....she gave a soft laugh..... and pour herself some tea.... then continued.... I've just loved coming to the teahouse..... and the different lessons I've been doing are getting to be alot of fun.....Being a Maiko is hard work....but it will all pay off in the end... this I know. She then looked at her sister and gave her agentel smile and a pat on the hand. post 71

"Yes, it does pay off," Tora replied, again with a sleepy smile. "And being a maiko IS hard work. Making trips to the tea house and finding time to practice? I don't know how I did it to be honest." Tora gave a lazy laugh and drank her tea.
