Ginji noticed the girl drawing slightly away from him as he spoke. "Sorry, I'm going through a rather tough time right now." he said as he exhaled with a slight sigh and a smile as he laughed at his own predicament. Why did everything have to be so confusing? Emotions sucked and should be burned.

"Cool." Ike said, trying to think of a place to go to. "How about the weather institute on Route 119 in Hoenn?" he suggested.

"You make it sound like it's a place for Crazies." Ginji laughed as he grabbed his bag. He was already feeling better, but the word 'Institute' was completely funny for some reason.

Ike grabbed his things and poke balls as he made toward the teleporter which would take them to the surface. "See ya up top." he said, teleporting himself.

Ginji followed up to the surface, a few choice Pokeballs in hand and belt as he stood outside and noted the weather. "Fabulous day we're having isn't it?" he asked as he smiled slightly, taking it all in.

Adelle smiled at Ginji as he explained himself, which was a step towards a friendship in her opinion. However, she had to stop herself from speaking any further, or fear that she was going to say something that he would find offensive. Turning her attention to Ike as he suggested the Weather Institute, she gave an enthusiastic nod, turning and giving Meowth a small rub on the head so the pokemon jumped up on her shoulder once more with ease, rubbing her head against Adelle's. The three of them started to go their separate ways to make sure that they were ready to go, Adelle pretty much had everything packed already considering she hadn't been back to her room since she got back.
Making sure she had her full team on her belt, Adelle headed towards the door, grabbing her backpack and shouldering it before heading up to the surface once more, taking a deep breath as she stepped into the sunshine. Spinning in a circle, she laughed softly, giving Ike a nod.
"You bet!"

Ike noticed the great weather too as they prepared for the trip to Hoenn. Ike walked over to the shoreline and called out Mantine, prepared to surf to Hoenn and surf up the river that flows pass the weather institute. Mantine looked happy to be back in the salt water as Ike jump on its back. "See you there, then." he called back to Ginji and Adie. Mantine turned around to swim out of the mouth of the bay and into the ocean, all with great speed.

"Do you need a ride?" Ginji asked as Adie he sent out Wailord. The giant bus sized Pokemon landed in the water below and caused a great disturbance to the waves. He jumped on the giant Pokemon, it was always fun to ride on Wailord, who could travel surprisingly fast.

Releasing Squirtle onto the beach, Adelle slipped out of her black dress, revealing a white bikini underneath. Considering all the swimming she did, her backpack was lined inside to keep her thing dry. Squirtle splashed in the surf, Adelle folding her dress neatly and placing it in her back, which she put on her back. Thankfully it wasn't too heavy considering how long they were going to be swimming. So she didn't have the big fancy pokemon that these two probably had. Adie was a fantastic swimmer, and she had Squirtle to help her out. He might be small, but he was one of the most determined pokemon she had ever known. If they didn't offer her a ride, she would be just fine on her own.
Getting a running start, she dove into the crystal water, disappearing underneath a wave for a moment before her head popped up a little ways out.
"Oh my Gosh, this water is perfect! Come on Squirtle," she called out, treading water as her fist companion jumped into the water, swimming out to meet her with ease. Splashing her with his tail, Adie laughed, giving him a small splash back as she swam over, taking it's shell as the two of them bobbed up and down for a moment, seeing Ginji still on the shore. However, as he released Wailord into the water, her eyes widened slightly, having to dive underneath to keep her face out of the ensuing waves. It seemed she was going to have a ride after all.
"Uhh...sure, if you are positive you don't mind," she said, swimming up to Wailord and managing to get onto the pokemon's back with ease. Returning Squirtle to his pokeball, who was none too happy to be showed up by a bigger pokemon, she smiled at Ginji, laying out on the back of the Whale pokemon.
"Thanks for the ride," she said with a smile, running her fingers back through her drenched blue hair.

"Don't mention it." Ginji smiled as Wailord let loose a waterspout, getting him all wet. Though the world was warm enough letting him dry in minutes. They weren't too far away from the institute, or Ike for that matter. He doubted they could catch him, but they may as well try. "Wailord, up for a race?" he asked as the Whale smiled as they drew even closer to Ike, it seemed they had almost reached their destination.

Ike enjoyed the scenery as the ocean mist blew past his face. Mantine was quite the speedster, Ike thought. It was a not-so-common trait among Mantine. He looked back to see Ginji with Wailord and Adie with Squirtle catching up. "Feel free to battle any wild pokemon on the way!" Ike yelled back. "We're in no rush."

Adie laughed, sitting up as she felt the speed with which they were moving increase, Ginji challenging Wailord to try and catch Ike on his pokemon. The ocean breeze whipping through her hair, she was all smiled, clearly in her own element. Adelle was nothing like the rest of her family who wanted to settle down into the quaint life. She lived for pokemon and the adventures they could bring.
"This is incredible," she called over the ocean winds, laughing as she laid down once more, stretching out in the sun as she slid her sunglasses on. She was already dry from her momentary dip in the ocean, so she thought she might as well catch a few rays while she had the chance. Once it was time to start training, she knew there would be no time for play in her world.
"How long have you been training him," she asked Ginji, running her hands over Wailord's rubbery skin with a smile and a chuckle. She could tell that the pokemon was well trained, and she respected trainers who could handle such a large pokemon like this.

A group of Krabby's rose from the bottom and attacked Wailord with a multitude of Bubblebeam attacks. Wailorb flinched in pain before retaliating with a ginormous Surf attack, sending the Krabby under the water. The Krabby were mad now, they rushed at Wailord attacked again, this time with Crabhammer. Wailord was startled before jumping in the air, knocking its passengers along for quite a ride, before landing and sending out a Earthquake/Surf combo, sending out shockwaves through the earth and sea.
The Krabby had had enough before they fled the scene of the attack, taking their portable homes with them. "That was...odd." Ginji laughed as he took a deep breath of the air around him, the salt water burning his nostrils, he was still a bit shaken from the ride with Wailord. "He's been around the block, I think he knows my Playbook better then I do." he laughed again before losing his balance and falling on his butt.

As the Krabby came in for the attack, Adelle sat up once more, seeming completely unphased in her balance for the battle they now found themselves in. The Krabby just did not give up as they came in for a second attack against Wailord's impressive Surf attack, which she was sure would take out any water pokemon for a while.
When it was all over, she was on her feet somehow, probably from being tossed in the air, but managing to land upright, which was a feat in itself for her. Looking over at Ginji, she was about to respond to him when she saw him fall flat on his butt. Unfortunately, she could not help but laugh, moving over to him and offering him a hand to help him up.
"Oh my gosh, are you ok? I was going to say that it is impressive how you two have such a strong bond. Hopefully I can have that with my pokemon someday," she said, giving up on helping him to his feet, and instead sat down herself next to him, giving him a smile before she looked around at the expanse of pokemon around her.
"He's beautiful," she said, giving his rubbery skin another pat of affection before she brought her knees to her chest, giving him a small grin.

Ginji laughed. "I'm fine. I'm fine." he smiled as he dusted off his butt, not that it was dirty. "You should train then, it strengthens the bond between human and Pokemon." he explained. It looked like the Krabby were coming back. "If you want, you can try it out on a few of them."
