Ike blocked Sammy from doing so to the best of his abilities.
"The orb is no longer in existence." said Ike. "She and I gave it back to Cyrus, remember?" he said, avoiding eye contact with Sammy. "There is another way if you let me suggest an idea." he then told everyone.

Sammy backed up a bit, giving Ike a bit of space to state his idea. "Well, hurry up!" She scowled; when Sammy was in a bad mood, she was in a BAD MOOD.. >.<

"I-...." but after he thought about it... he didn't have another plan. He relaxed his stance and slumped over, depressed. "Oh go ahead Sammy. Give me what I deserve." he told her. He thought perhaps letting Cyrus keep his mind would fix everything... but it it was one thing he learned from his history with time travel... nothing really changes. Ike cleared his throat as a tear fell from his nose and down to the floor of the HQ. This was all his doing.

"It won't work Ike. Too many factors are in play." Ginji stated as he looked from Maddy to the leader of Aqua. "Just because you want the past to change, doesn't mean it will have your intended result." he stated, already thinking ahead to what was going on. No regrets. No regrets. No regrets.
Ginji looked at Maddy, her breathing seemed to have stabilized, but it was still ecstatic. He looked to Sammy and Ike before thinking about Sammy's idea, and had one of his own. A new surge of emotions flew through him at the speed of light as he leaned down slowly to Maddy's side. Ever so slowly he leaned in to her head and kissed her passionately on the lips.

Sammy balled her fist, putting her arm in the air. She swung, her knuckles coming an inch away from Mr. Ike, and then........... she stopped. For some reason, she just couldn't... She wouldn't. Quickly, she turned around and slumped beside the bed where Ms. Maddy lay. She still refused to cry infront of everyone, although her eyes were red with exhaustion. ".....I'm gonna ask the classic question that ends every drama and horror movie in existence...... Why?" The last word she spoke, she choked a bit, on her own sadness. Without hesitation, she began to make sure her voice didn't crack again; weakness couldn't show.

Maddy suddenly felt a warm feeling flowing through her body. "What is this?" She looked around, and noticed that she was being pulled upwards, towards a tiled ceiling of some sort.
There was a white flash as Maddy sprung back to consciousness. She opened her eyes and noticed she was staring right into Ginji's face. She blinked a couple times, trying to figure out what exactly they were doing. Before she knew it, she had her eyes closed again and was kissing him back.

Ike flinched as the fist zeroed in on his face, but as he turned his head to the side, he saw what Ginji was doing to Maddy. His eyes became white circles as his jaw dropped anime style. He just sat there froze, not expecting the dire measures Ginji brought himself to.

"HOLY CRAP; SHE LIIIIIIVES!! blaugh 4laugh " Sammy yowled, jumping up. "Ms. Maddy! And Mr. Ginji!... I guess now you're Mr. and Mrs. Aqua, huh? cool " she teased, obviously overjoyed that Ms. Maddy was okay. The whites of Sammy's eyes were still red, but she didn't even notice... She jumped up and down, a big grin on her face.

As Maddy's lips started moving Ginji emitted a high pitched squeak, not expecting that at all as he quickly ended the kiss and ran backwards into the wall, sinking to the ground while leaning against the wall. He looked to Sammy and Ike who were dancing and drooling unexpectedly and shrugged his shoulders out of Maddy's vision range. "Um..." he stuttered as he looked at them.

Ike got to his feet, seizing the moment to escape from Sammy's punishment.
"Something Cyrus never understood and Shadow can never defeat. Love." he said to himself, finally leaving the room. He would find a way to make it up to Aqua one day, but for now he was just glad Maddy wasn't going anywhere.

Sammy chuckled a bit, shaking her head. "Hmm... I always thought it would end up being Ike and Ms. Maddy... Well, I guess there's a new couple, now! biggrin " She couldn't suppress the smile that came afterwards; the scene had just been amazing! Like... sleeping beauty. For a moment, Sammy wondered if the sleeping beauty in the movie was in a coma, but she soon came back to reality. "Well, who knew, ^^"

Maddy blinked a couple times. She smiled, glad to see that Sammy and Ike were there also. She looked over at Ginji, flushed a deep shade of red, and then looked down at herself. "Why am I strapped to the bed?" She was about to inquire further, but she was too tired. Giving them all one last smile, she fell into an easy sleep, breathing lightly. She was still blushing.

Ginji flushed a deep red as Maddy fell asleep. He didn't think it would ever happen. He was so embarrassed now. "Sometimes surprises find you in the most awkward of places." he mumbled as he looked at Sammy. It was getting late though and he did need some sleep, though he doubted if it would ever come... "I'll see everyone tomorrow." he smiled, still a shade of red, as he headed for his room.

"Night! ^^" She called after him. Perhaps, she pondered, she should have started a dating service inside of Aqua.... nah. "Well, I'm gonna hit the hay, or straw, or mattress too." She said, noticing that everyone else was either asleep or had left.
((I won't be on much for the next week... up until next Friday....))

"Da... Da... Da... Da... DAMN! WHAT WAS THAT!?" Cody called after Ginji and followed him to the common room. Finally, he just let him go on his way. He sat down and thought. Well, hell. I never expected it. Not only that... Ginji has Maddy, but I STILL don't have Sammy... She knows I love her... Maybe one day Sammy... He kept repeating those four words in his head until finally accidentally saying them out loud. "Maybe one day Sammy." He was standing in the middle of the common room, looking up at the ceiling when he said, "I love you." OUT LOUD of all things! He just hoped no one had heard that...
