The mage shrugs a bit, "It's not like I neglect myself on purpose. I just get too busy with work, or distracted. I don't even usually manage to relax on vacations because I usually wind up working.

He nuzzles arrow a little, "It's not usually that bad... but I'll be sitting at home trying to relax,a nd then I'll realize how much paperwork I have to do... or I'll... here about a kid who's having problems and find myself at work helping out. Or someone will ask me advice on how to handle a situation, and I'll take over."
